iphone 11 cashback not received (hdfc bank)

I have bought my iphone 11 128 gb with hdfc bank credit card on 6th february 2020 from apptronix mumbai. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days), i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible. If its not resolved then i will lost my faith with hdfc bank for any future transaction....

netbanking unlock

When i am trying to rest ipin, it says account locked for user. I retried the same after waiting for a week. Still same issue. When i called for ivr, it ask me to visit branch which is not possible due to covid situation...

cash back not received

I purchased one mobile (19990 rs) on 24 jan 2020. And there was 10% cashback if paid via hdfc credit card. I have not received my 1990/- till 27 june. I tried contacting them on their call center/online complain. But no option to choose for such kind of issue. Finally posting my issue here....

one assist membership deduction

I recently received my new hdfc emi card.
Received a text saying
"dear cardmember, oneassist membership fee has been debited on your card ending 4333. Membership will be processed and welcome kit dispatched shortly."
I did not apply for any membership. And this was done without my consent.
Kindly cancel the membership and revert the amount at your earliest....

ach debit return charges

Money has been deducted from my account a total of ₹1769 in three transactions of ₹590. This amount was first on hold when i didn't have any money in my account it resulted in my account going into negative but as soon as money got in my account it has been deducted.
