[Resolved]  Tata Titan Eye+ — FRAME broken , within warranty

Hi , I purchased spectacles from TITAN EYE+ showroom Hypercity , Kundalahalli.
Purchase Date : 23 / 3 / 2013
Purchase Amount : Rs 4590

I have been using this spectacles from 3 months.
Warranty given to me was 1 year for the frame.

When I was recently riding on my bike with Spects , suddenly the frame broke and fell on the road on which a TRUCK went over.
When I told this to TITAN people they say that , the frame can not be broken.
Its not a manufacturing defect , its handling defect.
If the frame can break , what is my fault to not claim.a

They keep saying that its not a manufacturing defect. They say frame can not break , then why do they give only 1 year warranty.
They can give LIFE LONG warranty right.?
Pls help me.
