Deduction of extra EMI

Description:
Initially no any issue regarding payment. Cleared loan on 18/09.2019 .After clearing loan one month extra EMI was deducted. As of now on average around 11 months have been completed. Till the office members are not ready to repay the extra EMI Amount. More than 5 times my spouse visited the office.After that 2 times i personally visited the office.No person is responding properly.If we paid an amount late for that they...

Wrongly charged extra charged on my two wheeler loan

My two wheeler loan end date shoud be june 5 2022 but hlf company add extra monotoreum charged on my loan, but i have not taken any monotorium, my all payment r clear, i have been speeking for 6 month, but hlf company always say ... we will revese the monotoreum in your account and confirm to you at the earliast ...but problem is not been fixed yet ... plz help me

Emi not collected vehicle no OD05AG6612

Sir,
i subhasmita mohap[atra i finnce tata ace vehicle no OD 05AG6612 .my emi date is every month date 07th .
ocober month emi paid through collection agency on date 30 sepetember 2020. my cheqe is bounce on 10 .10.2020.then i conact to collection agent and he not respond me .then i contatct to branch head of jagatsinghpur branch for above matter and try to solve them but he is not coporate me and also suggest me to go jagatsinghpur...

I subhasmita sahoo loan no ORCURMSV00283 date of emi every month 07 and emi amount is 16450/- . i want to pay my emi but till date my emi not collected . I want contact your collection agent (mob no [protected]) from 30.11.2020 to 09.12.2020

Very slow approach to deal with customers

My self Ramparasad dogra my customer code is PJTW055734 the contract tenure was one year due to the Pendamic the tenure got extended as per the government guidelines . There was some amount which was due which i have cleared on the recommendation of your company employee. Inspite of following up conteneously for the clearance certificate, which i am not getting and on contenious follow up, the answer i am getting is not not at all satisfactory...

About due loan

Hellow Sir/Medam,

My name is Ch. VENKATESH taken finance from our company and loan account no. is ATNLNXTW02230. So, I have pending in paying dues because of my some problems . Okey. If any collection executive came to collect money of pending, how they should talk, they are talking in walgar language he came to me at Saturday 29th nov, when he came he need to ask money instead of that he is speaking an unwanted language....

They didn't report to CIBIL (Or any other credit bureau) even after 9 EMIs

I took a two-wheeler loan (ATRYRTTW04858) in February from HLF. I've been paying every EMI on time and expecting to see my repayment performance on credit reports. It's been 10 months and I paid 9 EMIs and I'm going to 10th one in next few days. But I still don't see their entry in any of my credit reports. I checked today (1st Dec) too. I've contacted several times through their app, their only reply is "We'll check and get back to you"....

This month the EMI has not deducted automatically and did not able to see the outstanding amount in App

I brought a Hero mestro last year and after two months I paid the full loan amount to the agent(He gave me a fake payment bill) but after continuously 3 months the EMI gets deducted from my account and every time I called the agent and then he refunds the amount and then he suggested that I do not need to keep the amount in the bank so the EMI will not be deducted next time, and unfortunately I did so. Now after 6 months I came to know that...
