Loan closure issue

Hi,
Contract No. MHPUPNTW06343.

I have payed all the installments and still my loan is in live status.
Reason is loan if 4/- is overdue.
There is no official communication on this from your side. No reason given nothing. Due to this my cibil score has been affected.
I had logged query from your HLF app and guess what, no answer.
Also I have paid overdue amount and again no reply.

they calculate high EMI, which is very unfortunate.

Activa loan /not getting any updates on my emi

Gj01uf3936 is my activa number
I had canceled my ecs after lock down happened in april since then no one is asking for emi for this and my mobile number is updated wrong in the loan for which I have tried hard to change it to correct number but no one responded positively my original mobile number is [protected]
And [protected] plz get me updated on this since it has been a long time...
