I ordered a cloth hanger from the site homeshop 18but it was damaged so I placed a return for it .Soon after I placed the return I received an email from them that their will be no pickup service provided and I myself will have to courier the product by money to place MUNDAKA which is very far .Due to these reasons I called their helpline and complained to the female executive who received my call she said to me that my money will be returned to me in cheque and the pickup service will be provided within two days.
After few hours the email was again send to me that I have to courier myself.i was really exasperated .I again called their helpline and executive told me that no money will be returned and I will have to courier it myself .I am really annoyed by their rough service.they are not taking the responsibility of their mistake I will be really thankful if you will take an immediate action in this situation .

Product delievered on JUNE 2018.And i filed my first complaint on 27 june 2018.Afterthat i filed many complaints but every time the said the cheque will be delievered in 8-10 days unfortunately i still not get the Refund Amount Cheque. please resolve my query as soon as possible.

    I had booked above product on 09.11.2018 and the same order was delivered on 14.11.2018. On opening it was found that supplied packet was containing only 25 items instead of 26 and product quality is also inferior. The said product is not upto the mark and publicity. Totally fraud. I hereby cancel said order and request you to refund my money at the earliest and send your delivery boy to take back this product items.

        Respected sir/madam,
        This is regarding issue with refund the amount in online for cancelled product for order no.[protected]. For this regards, we have contacted for several times with the team and provided the mini statement as for their request. But yet now i have not received the amount to my accounts. While i contacted the bank they asked for unr no. For tracking. But same has not been able to provide by the homeshop 18 team. Please do the needful of that.

        As per our conversation, the team needs to provide the detailed procedure of refund. But instead of providing the details they resolved the issue. It is hurrible instead of resolved it is put it has a resolved. Kindly provide the detailed information and before issue resolved kindly don't put the the issue as resolved. It is disgusting.

          I have received one message from homeshop18 that i have won tata safari worth 1280000 in the lucky draw for buying product from homeshop18 and to claim the prize they have taken rs.8600 plus rs 5000 from me in the bank a/c of aditya singh (Sbi adb pandua a/c no.6 [protected]) but after taking the amount they have stopped responding me.
          They have cheated me.

              I booked an order on 25 october [protected] and there was two product missing and so created short shipment for frypan and nylon turner order number namely [protected] and i get the product on 8 november and there was also issue in short shipment first is i got black colour and second is fry pan handle was missing attaching the image also now i complianed on 8 november they told they cannot do any thing even i can manage colour but what about handle missing they told me they cannot do anything and suggested to provide a refund of 150 rs in coupun but i would like to clearify whatever your policies is i dont care i want 150 rupee in bank account or paytm wallet which i paid. Its totally upto you how you provide me 150 rupee in bank account. Because now i am done i dont want any coupun i want 150 in bank account or wallet. Dont reply your company policies an all that. I will not left homeshop 18 untill they provide 150 rupee in my orignal method of payment or in back account. I will complian again and again untill i dont get proper solution. Plz see the image of black colour. Plz call urgentky for taking bank account detils

                Selling old products. Recieved used products. If we want to return we have to do courier. I returned through courier but the address is not exist again received back. I have called customer care but they r saying sorry they have given wrong address. Again i have to do courier with different address. Don't order anything from this stupid site. Once u ordered u will lose ur money. Somehow they want to cheat and take money from people.

                    Homeshop 18 may fool customer after receiving payment when order can not be dispatched at your end u cancelled the order after waiting of 10 days is this your ethics?

                      Hello we ordered a 32 pcs living room combo by gulmohar design of blue colour on 25/10/2018 from home shop 18 but a maroon coloured product was delivered to us on 1/11/18. We immediately called home shop18 about this matter but they didn't respond well.plese help to resolve the issue.

                      Further we called home shop 18 many times for change the product and provide us the product with right colour (blue), but they are not listing us. They are not willing to take any corrective action for their mistake. The product is useless for us and it's a waste of money for us.

                        I got call from the fraudster saying that i won tata safari in home shop 18 lucky draw. The mob number were seven five two zero one five three one seven six and even five two zero one five three one six seven.

                        (Such numbers must not be masked by this site, for the safety of consumers)

                        How telecom companies give sims to these people.

                        I can't understand why home shop 18 is not serious about these fraud complaints on their name. May be this is side business of home shop 18 else how come these people get full information about dealing with home shop 18.

                        I request the responsible person of "consumer complaint" to make home sop 18 a party and book them too with police.

                          I m one of the customers who odered wow anti hairfall range from homeshop 18 . They showed me delivery date of 25 on phone and 26 at mail. I waited and even at 27 no message regarding my order is given. Even on 31october they are unable to deliver the same to me . When i talked to their executives they behave very inappropriately and when i said that as per consumer protection act you can not give wrong information to customer. They said its your legal right go and file a complain and till now its 31 october they are sending me message that your delivery will be on 30 october

                            I have making an online order for Singer Snack Maker having order no.[protected] Sub Order no.[protected] dated 17.10.2018 to Home Shop18, after twelve days received the above product then same day evening I have start these product but above products not working properly and corn started to burning.

                            Further I have call to Home Shop18 customer care and inform the all above problem with machine and demanded for taking replacement or return the above product but Home Shop18 denied for return and advise to us please call/visit the service center for repairing but I totally denied and said that I have not used it once and it needs to be repaired. Therefore, it should be return back as soon as possible.

                            Today again mailed to Home Shop18 by us with Singer Service Center contact number for repairing.

                            Therefore requested you to please look this matter and give the proper resolution.

                                So, my complain is service is not good.

I had placed an order from home shop 18 which was received as defective on 17/10/2018 & same day was informed to customer care of home shop 18. They have confirmed that the defective product was recollected with in 2 days & money will back in my account. Till the day no any action taken by the company & i'm helpless in the matter.

Since then i am calling them every day thrice day, in the morning they say it will get delivered by evening and in the evening they say it will be delivered...

                                    I have recieved a call from no. [protected] and got sms from hmshop on 22/10/18. The caller told me that i had won tata safari in lucky draw. I can get it by deposit 26000 or 1240000 rs by 7500 for registration. He took my account and all my details. I am so exited. I gave 7500rs in rakesh singh's account. Then he told me to give 12400rs for tds. I gave it today in manoj ravidas all, a/c-[protected]. Then he told me to give again 12400rs. Pls resolve my problem. I think it's a fraud call.
