    I have ordered 10 led + k 71 mobile phones +1 lantarmby home, whose order number is [protected]
    This product does not run k71 mobile phones and in when i got this product since then, till this day, this phone was automatically restarted for three days, after which this phone was completely closed on homesop 18, 16/8, and this phone was complaining to me on [protected] the number was told to speak but the phone was not received at that number our area there is no service stencil in this area, then please give me a new phone.

      I have bought magic clean after seeing your advertisement in TV.i bought it for nine Hundred rupees but no use. It's doesn't works at all. It's only contain water inside the bottle. I have been cheated.im a regular customer with you and much disappointed by your products.i have bought alot of items from you but this time is very shocking to experience this.i hope in future this don't break the trust in you. I might not buy any other product from you as u break my trust.

        Hello i have ordered 30pc living room set but i got only 26pcs and i complaint about that they said that they will delivered those remaing four products but i have not recieve those product yet and when i called to their complaint number the number got very much busy from 9:30 to 6 only... very much disappointed... i want return the products their service is not very good they dont respond.. at all...😠😠😠

              I have booked combo of 1 mobile phone, 1 portable cooler & 1 solar lantern by via order no. Hs18 [protected] on 18 july, 2018 and and received this order with faulty lantern, and mobile with not picking up the sim and memory card i booked a complaint on same day and get an message to sent the items to alpha radios, shop no. 1900 near shes ganj, gurudwara delhi-110006 and sent the item to this address via consignment number ch[protected]in via india post parcel on 24 july 2018 as per tracking (Any body can checked) no. Bag dispatched to the address of alpha radios, delhi and i again call them on [protected] and again but they did not picked up and again i booked a complaint on 30 july 2018 the executives said you have to wait for at least 10-15 days from the date of complaint i. E. From 18 july, 2018. Then after the said period i again booked complaint against complaint number hs[protected] on 08 august, 2018 and again given the 72 hours wait time and again after having so much mental harassment and loss of money i again called on [protected]on 11 august, 2018 and my phone picking up time is now increasing from 5 min. To 10 min. (As they have saved the customer number and when you will call they automatically know you) of waiting time and then after an executive picked up and after listening to me said i am transferring your call to my senior and after waiting time of 13 minutes no body picked up and i am on the same situation as i was on first day.
              Please!!! Do not buy product from home shop 18 as still you can check my consignment no. On india post.gov.in.

                On july 28 i returned my dresses which wer of wrong size. They told me i will get refund within 5-6 days but till date i have not received my refund. Had worst experience with them now. Complaint no is always busy n people ter not responding properly. They will lose customers trust very soon if they continue dis way others beware. Dey r harsng a lot. Worst n 3 class service given

                  I have ordered special 26 pc of complete home decor by sheetal on 13 july 2018 order number [protected] but on 21 july2018i have received only18 pc balance 8pc I have raised a complaint number HS[protected] against order no. [protected].
                  But not received any replacement. When I called them they simply say Waite for 3days today 6 August 2018 when called them I have received different ans, first ans they can't take action i have to speak to senior then senior said she will send with in 3days. Then asked if I ve not received then what further steps I need to take but without giving ans she disconnected call, on second call senior guy said I will get refund after I send this 18 products what's the garuntee of my money? For this no proper ans and he suggesting me to take leagle action for this Rs 19999, they don't care for consumers and law. On 3rd call one guy said he can give 300 RS voucher of free delivery for next 2 purchase I should keep this 18 products and forget 8 products which is not delivered and products suddenly out of stock. On forth call one guy said he only can replace 26pc if i send 18 PC which I have recied. When I question him about given different ans from morning not clear within themselves. And asked him if stock is available then send the balance 8 products for this he is not at all ready. And he also says i[censored] send products he will do product quality check and then refund the money. How can I trust them now? After reading complaints here I can't trust them now, they have cheated many here. If they have stock they have deliver remaining products. If not let them refund and then take back products. Even I have ordered for leggings replaced after for different sizes they delivered that also after replacement also not received proper size they even cut the size label so we can't make out which size is that. Full of fraud company was with homeshop 8years but now it's become worst they simply put on hold from morning 11 to 5pm. It's really frustrating. Am going to give consumer forum. My mail I'd [protected]@gmail.com if any one wish to join for this complaint pls mail me. If more people complaint and unite together then we can teach this fraud company a lesson. Am not going to leave this here.

                  Still homeshop 18 people are saying I have cancelled the short shipment order. But I asked them to send the short shipment items (8 in which 2bed sheets, 6cusion cover's) they keep on blaming me saying I need Waite for more days ( already am waiting from 22july2018). And they want me keep quiet by accepting 300 worth voucher instead of these 8 products that 300 RS is 150 each of free delivery coupons. I have clearly told them I don't want have any further business with these people. (If pay online homeshop 18 says free delivery on top this they want to give me free voucher!!!) Anyways I want to my product not the money. And after 6august2018 they way you people are behaved with me and even I have gone through this website came to know many have already got cheated by you people.so I have started using those 18 products. How come you people demand a customer to keep short shipment products for so long without using them and keep on calling for the balance products and get frustration by your customer care executive reply.
                  I want my balance 8 products at the earliest I have not requested for any refund my end.
                  I have raised complaint only for short shipment with you that complaint number I have received by you on 22july 2018. That's the last complaint registered regarding this. so don't fool around customers.
                  I have contacted consumer forum regarding this. As one of your customer care executive said go head with your leagle rights for 1999rs.

                    Regularly i called at Homeshop18 call centre but they informed me that material not received but when i spoke Mr. Akbar he confirmed that material has been received by their person, and material under quality check, its very surprise that from 23.07.2018 material laying at qaulity department not checked.

                    I think Homeshop 18 is fraud company and making fool to public is it there business,

                    Please help and guide me how to get my refund from Homeshop18

                        We have ordered curtains(pack of 5 with 3 tie bags)
                        we dint get the tie bags when we got the order and 3 out of 5 are damaged curtains with stains. when we called to complain about it and return the product they gave 2 options of taking a 100rs coupon and keep the product and full refund while giving these options she asked us to hold the line for some time to which we said yes and they just said okay coupon have been sent to you to which we dint agree and asked to take the product return to which they said okay the executive will come and collect the product three days later and now they say that the coupon was given and nothing can be done.they are refusing return/exchange and not responding properly and just keep saying technical issues. we just want the product exchanged or full refund.

                          Please let us know where i can find new rod for sparkmate cleaning mop in ahmedabad. Share us the list of authorized dealers of sparkmate in ahmedabad.
                          I had purchased combo of 5 gorgette sarees but now I had got the different product.. I had called the HS18 but there is no response at all.

                            We received the above mentioned product incomplete dated 6th july 2018. Instead of 30pcs i got only 25 pcs.4pcs of curtains and 1pc cution cover are missing. After several complaints still my products are not delivered.. Everytime executive taking new complaints with new complaint number and giving 7 days tat..                               Very bad experience with home shop 18. I received different size of tops. We ordered xxl 5tops and we received three xxl, one l and one is xl. What we do? After one hour of trying to call customer care received my call and say the product is out of stock. And for return policy she said no return of shipping charges. Total bad bad bad experience. 😑 i really like the product. I don't want to return the product but problem is in size. Refund me sirf product ke paise return milenge to bhul aapki or shipping charges hame bhugatna padega.

                                Website: Home Shop 18 they delivered the defective piece and did not replace it even despite various calls.

                                Dear sir, i ordered super clean mop on 07.07.2018 which was delivered on 10.07.2018, but it was defective piece and even the color was changed. The complaint number is hs[protected]. Despite many calls to super clean dealer and your call centre nothing was happened.

                                We are still facing the same problem with your product which has manufacturing defect. As a loyal customer of your site, it was never expected from such reputed online site. Even the customer care is not paying any attention. You have just left me with the option to go for litigation. As it is your duty to replace the defective piece.

                                Hoping for an favorable reply from your side, otherwise i will goto the consumer court.

                                  Hi menu mam samsuddhin sir i have allready wait for morethan 5 months but now i reaaly want resolution .Shop cj i am telling u last time i cannot wait any more. My refund not proceed regarding order [protected]. First u told me to wait 7-8 working days but it passed so i compliant on 25 they told me to wait 4-5days more but it also has been passed no copun recieved or call from your side. I am telling u last time i do not have any patience. Plz call me [protected]after 12 pm any day . and do not reply to wait any more. Dont give me a shat reason system issue.help .

                                  They revert via samsuddin on 26 june to wait only for 5 days now approx 1 months passed not recieved my coupun yet .they are always making execuses .i reeally did biggesg mistake of my life to shop with shop cj company .i like homeshop18 very much but now i have dautt to shop from homeshop18 also.

I received my order today on 19 july 2018 on the order place bhiwadi 301019. I received damaged usb fan and mini cooler is not working .                                       I placed an order (order no. is [protected] & Suborder number[protected] with Homeshop18 on 13 June 2018 for two numbers Swipe Konnect Prime 4G Dual SIM Android Mobile Phone (Product Code:[protected] each priced at Rs. 3399/-. Total order value is Rs. 6, 798/-.
                                      The order was delivered to me on 18 June 2018. Homeshop18 delivery team insisted me to pay only cash. Hence, I paid Rs. 6, 798 and received the order. After opening the box, I found that there was only 1 phone instead of 2. Immediately I spoke to Homeshop18 and raised a complaint as attached. Since then, Homeshop18 is giving me some reason and not delivering the short supply of 1 phone nor providing me the refund.
                                      Hence, I kindly request you to intervene in this matter and give necessary instructions to Homeshop18 to have this resolved IMMEDITELY.

                                      Yesterday I lodged a complaint with you and today I received a call from Ms. Meenu Malhotra of Homeshop18. She informed that this issue will be resolved within 3 working days.
                                      Hoping this will resolved, I thank again.
                                      Would like to rate after the issue is resolved.
                                      Surprising! for the first time Homeshop18 called me today (after I lodged this complaint on 19 July 2018).
                                      Ms. Meenu Malhotra called on my mobile phone and gave the same kind of assurance as I am getting by email.
                                      Definitely, this progress has only because of the intervention of this Indian Consumer Complaints forum.
                                      Shall definitely update after resolution of this long pending issue.

                                        I bought a swipe slate 8 tablet from homeshop18 which is dead, tap phone was not turning on even for several hours of charging, i raised a complaint within 2 hrs of delivery, they simply saying wait for72 hrs u get a call from our representives, but i have not recieved a single call from homeshop18 or swipe brand, its going on from more than 3 months, still no refund or replacement, i already paid my hard earned money 4999₹ for it, my invoice no: DIPL/HSNFA/392
