Reg: non receipt of pre-paid order

I have been to run pillar to post made endless calls to your contact center,

However i am just getting standard answer that my order delivery issue is been looked into and will be reverted to.

Let me inform you about the sequence of events,

I placed an order (Prepaid) on homeshop18, order #: [protected] on 22nd aug,

Post that i receive a call from your courier partner, infact what they did was gave a "missed call" on 29th aug, (7days post order date)

To which i reverted back, the guy said it will be delivered tomorrow i. E thursday (30th aug), to my surprise i got an sms saying my order is rescheduled as per my request.

Quite shocking since i never asked for any reschedule, next day (31st aug) i receive a call from homeshop18 stating that the order will be delivered in next 2 days.

The same day 31st aug i receive an sms on 21:37hrs stating that my order is delivered, which i quite shocking since i didnt receive it at all.

However i reached out to your call center, who after much haggling, gave me a direct line no, and promised resolution in next 3-4 days, now we are on 5th sep'18 and your contact center agent still instead of resolving my problem are simple juggling me with fake commitments

Some one was infact supposed to call me y'day evening with an update, however didnt adhere to her commitment,

Its me who is calling your call center up asking the status, infact i also wrote an email, since they were unwilling to share a timeline with me, more so they said "if you

Want us to write an email, you will have to escalate on email 1st", which i did just to follow ur protocol.

Your agent said she will revert to my email within today evening however to my surprise has not written back.

Hope you would look in to my problem and resolve it once and for all.

Appreciate your involvement, quite frankly i am skeptical about ordering prepaid from homeshop18.

Since i still haven't received my order.

      Order no. [protected] and sub order no.[protected] amount rs 1300/ and rs 300 courier charges for returning the item.

      I had a very unfortunate and a horrible experience of shopping with homeshop 18. I received the electric tandoor after one month of my order, it was a defective piece and the accessories mentioned in the website were also missing.

      After a huge follow up my item was returned and received at their end which has been confirmed by their customer care.

      It has been more than 30 days but i have not received the refund of my amount, every time we call their representative tells that the item is under quality check. But when they promise easy returnable policy then why so much of pain has been given to the customer.

      I am feeling cheated.

                  1. I have ordered two products from home shop 18 on august 20, 2018. But still haven't received the product, 0ne product has already reached in guwahati on 30th august, sms from courier have received that is out for delivery. But in the evening at about 07.55 pm i get a call from xpressbee couirer that product can't be deliver as it was too late, shall i want to receive tomorrow. As soon as my call has been complete i received a sms from xpressbee that i "requested for future delivery"., but in vain item is still not in my hand though it was prepaid earlier at the time of booking. Showing delievery attempt failed for your order. Why this so i cant understand.

                  2. Another prepaid booked item showing status that is delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience. No valid reason was there only showing status i. E. Is delayed. Sorry for the inconvenience. Please expect the order to reach you within 14 days.

                  I raised an compalint today but cannot track the status of the complaint. My concern is only that it is prepaid booked order, is it the cause of getting late delivery?

                  Dear Sir, after your initiave Homeshop18 shipped the booked product on 18th September'18, and delivered on 28th September'18. after a gap of one month. The "courier is the worst one" as the product reached in my area on 24th, but delivery was made on 28th making several requesting phone call to the Courier.

                    As subjected above order on date 09.08.2018 not received till date. As it was prepaid order, i cannot request for the refund until it is despatch to me. Despatch notification not received yet after several calls to the customer care executive given awb no. But after tracking number i came to know that the given awb no is invalid only. Till now there is no response from the seller nor the shopping channel if anything wrong.
                    I am continuing with tail mail for the confirmation of the order, which is prepaid by me.
                    But no body cares. Each of the call is not free of charge and the call hold for 5to 10 minutes. Really its very hard to get contact which is paid by me. After 10 day of my order one of the executive informed after complaining that the order was not despatched from. Then what is going wrong with the order i want clarity on the order. I have requested for the refund but according to the executive the refund can be made only after cancellation.
                    So i am waiting for the despatch confirmation from the homeshop18.

                    Thanks for the quick response but recently I have gone through all the complaints lodged against homeshop18 and same thing happened with me.
                    Request you not to add my complaint as one of the other issues of bad experience and in all case there is one common problem that the prepaid orders only.
                    In this context the other online shopping are giving 100%customers satisfaction, I had got so many times same type of issues and solved within only 24-48hours only.
                    From 5 years I am shopping with home shop 18 by COD only. This was my first prepaid purchase with SBI card and given each and every proof of payment to customer care email.
                    If I knew that the channel is not having quality peoples with software like others had- flipkart, snapdeal, amazon etc. I did not make any payment by card.
                    It is very difficult to carry this type of nonsense.

                    But after delivery of product free gift not made and also cooker plat are not attach on cooker perfectly

                      I ordered for 5 PC sarees but received 4 pc suit PC's...and inspite if repeatedly complaints to the customer care for pick up since 17th August the day I received the product but all in vain...every time they say within 24-48 hrs it will be picked also I paid the amount as cash on delivery.. It is a sheer harrassment to have to sit on call for over 30 minutes and not get any reply from their end for a mistake from their end. I hope you can be of assistance in this regard and help me get my money refunded. They should pay compensation for the loss of my precious time, money and efforts.

                        Hi homeshop18 shop cj whatever you are i just want to give you final warning for not having a refund of shop cj order no [protected]. Oh my god from last 8 months they are just giving me execuse to wait for 5 days more but nothing happen anything. Last 10 days ago menu manhotra told me to wait for 8 days lasy for final resolution but 10 days passed nothing recieved. I have submitted all recordes and datas to their official whatsupp i have no limit to wait any more. There is my amount 2094. This time i dont want to lisen any execuse to wait any more.                           I ordered a product on 18th august, order id is [protected] and sub ordered id is[protected] for which i made payment through rupay debit card, the money got deducted but here it is still showing as amount payable. And the product has been shipped. I am not going to pay again while collecting the order.
                          Kindly look into this matter before it gets delivered.

                            I have ordered a product from homeshop18 site on 11 August and it was showing to deliver it by 6 days. Now it has been more than 10 days and I have not received the product. When calling customer care they are saying that you will receive it but we have no timeline and we will also not able to cancel the order when I requested to cancel and refund. I have already made the payment.

                              I ordered a kurta combo on homeshop18..but the product delivered to me was a different one...so i requested homeshop18 through email for returning the product but they are not responsive...Homeshop18 customer care email service is not responsive...after making various calls homeshop18 has assured me that they will accept the product and refund me...but the courier advisor have not yet come to collect the product...5 days have allready passed from the date they have assured..
                              Plz ask them to collect the product from us as early as possible...and refund the amount

                                  As i have booked the attached gown but after receiving the same the size is too big for me as at the time of booking i have asked for the same but as per your executive it's available in a single common size and it can be resize at our own. But after receiving the same i realised that it's too big for me and also resizing is not possible as design is liked that it will go in waste if i do so.

                                  So here i would like to request for return the same. For the same kindly suggest the way what to do?

                                  As i have sent mail multiple times but no response and called but they put on hold for more than an hour and no respond.
