    Initially i was getting message of delivery attempt failed for my order [protected] without any attempt of calling me, later i was texted and contacted by [protected] pretending himself to be homeshop18 employ having my name number and other personal information.
    When i brought this into the consideration of hs18 employee he forwarded my call to his some senior mr. Navdeep who was arrogant as hell and asked me to take actions on my own and wasn't listening nor was ready to speak later and was only responding "achaa, hmm" when i tried to make him speak by asking question he simply said disconnect the call and call again to talk to other member.
    Highly unethical, irresponsible and rude, and unprofessional kinda behaviour that too after a blunder of leaking my personal information to some unauthorized party!!!

      We have been purchasing regularly from home shop18. We received a call stating we've won a yearly contest and prize amount is 1, 00000. We were skeptical so we declined, but we got calls informing us that we don't need to make any payment/give our details. (Shipping address and contact details were already with them)
      Now they've sent a post for which we needed to pay 990 (Amount to the company)+50 (Post office charges)
      They called and confirmed that this envelope has a cheque for 1, 00000.
      On opening it, it's a letter saying we're confirming your address and there's a scratch card.

        Hi,
        Please tell me when will i get refund of [protected].

        On 2nd october i placed an order with hs18 and then their delivery partner claimed by sending me messages on 11 th october, 12th october and then on 17th october. My sis was at home 24/7 for all three days when the delivery partners claimed they attempted to deliver. Which happens to be a bug lie. When called customer they said they don't have product in stock and they are simply playing with the delivery partner so that the customer is fooled for a delivery attempt. All done and dusted it was my biggest mistake to trust hs18 and order something from their site.

        I have been said by gati delivery partner that the product had been returned to hs18.

        Please return me my money back.

        I will request people not to shop for homeshop18 ever.

            Sub request a refund amount.

            Respected sir i would like to inform that i made a order last month 25 sep 2018 of 5 double bed sheet through my sbi debit card ([protected]). After that they was saying your product will ship to you till 4 to 5 days but not received product or information. I made a complaint against this service on home shop 18 customer care, then they were saying your order cancelled and payment will refund by courier company and your payment would be return in 2 or 3 days or 72 hours. I made more time call but i could not find no any type of answer, solution about my product or payment.

            Today is 16 oct 2018, till now i can not received any type rs. 1399 from home shop 18. Please help me this is not a good for who would make a payment by digital e. G. Credit card or debit or online etc...

                My self shashi ranjan from vadodara. My order number is [protected] and sub order number is[protected]. I ordered i-kall calling tablet from homeshop18 channel during now or never mega sale offer on 15 aug 18 through mob no [protected] and got announcements on tv screen by anchor that ' i have won a 32 inch samsung led tv '. Now it's two months over and did not got any message from homeshop18 team that when i will get tv. On homeshop18 website my name is available as winner of samsung led tv. (Screen shot attached). Several times i have made contact with customer support homeshop18 on telephone number [protected] and they told me that i have registered your complain number and forwarded to promotional team they will contact you within 3 working day but didn't call me yet and neither send any messages. Complain number is hs[protected]. Each and every time reply was same.
                Sir hoping for the best please help me.

                My complain is not yet resolved because still i have not received 32 Inch SAMSUNG LED TV from home shop 18. As per homeshop18 letter reference number [protected] heading 'homeshop18 winner of samsung LED TV 32 Inch' I was requested to make payment of the income tax deducted at sourse(TDS) through DD or CHEQUE . On receipt of that letter i have made DD from SBI Air Force Station Makarpura Vadodara for the amount of Rs 7170 in favour of "TV 18 HOME SHOPPING NETWORK LIMITED" DD Number 369464 dated 31/10/2018. Submitted All required document like DD, AADHAR CARD, PAN CARD latest ADDRESS PROOF through India post vide tracking ID " EG[protected]IN" on date 01/1102018 on address "TV 18 HOME SHOPPING NETWORK LIMITED 7th FLOOR, FC-24 SECTOR 16A, FILM CITY NOIDA, UTTAR PRADESH, PIN-201301" which was received on that address on 07/11/2018 and I gots a confirmation call on 11/12/2018 from No[protected] . after that from same number I received call that your DD is cleared and TV will be sent to your address up to 23/11/2018 but till the time I have not received that TV. After contacting to customer care they given a number for qurey about prize related query mr KRISNA KANT[protected] . on this number I have contacted several time and always he told that give me some time i will contact you and TV will be delivered to you within one week. on 21/12/18 he told that TV is not available in stock and I have raised a query regarding your winning prize.

                Sir, with humble request I beg to say you that I am frustrated from this reply and waiting for your favorable action on this issue. Kindly get my solution resolved.

Earlier the executive told me that it could be returned but now they are refusing..                       I bought looks 21 hair colour from home shop 18. When i applied that colour in my hair my grey hair didn't change. It is completely useless product and when i complained about it customer care senior executive said that we can not go very refund of it.. I really want to resolve this issue as the product cost is 1100/- and that was totally gone in water.

                        I have this product order no : [protected] which was delivered to me on[protected].

                        I have bought the product after confirmation from your executive. That i can return the product within 15 days after receipt of material. He has no where mentioned that i need to file the complaint within 5 days.
                        As i bought this product for my daughter who came yesterday. And the size was not appropriate so i called to return the product. Based on you the complaint you executive call today that they have listened the call recording during order placement of[protected].

                        But i am unsatisfied by thier response. I need to listen the recording of the order as per your executive confirmation of 15 days i put the order.

                        Hence kindly send the call recording of the order date. Because the product is not useful for me as i put the order taken into the consideration of 15 days lead time.
                        I could have not placed the order if your executive confirmed me 5 days lead time for registration of complaint.

                        Fraudulent is done with me neither your customer care executive told me while placing the order nor it’s written on order.

                                    I placed an order on 10th september 2018 for the above namely six designer kurtis for a total of rs.1, 550/- which is inclusive of delivery charge (Attached is the image of the order of my choice).
