We had book a hotel in Coorg{The London House, Coorg}. We had already paid full amount with room with breakfast but unfortunately hotel manager said that breakfast is not include in your amount. Hotel manager denied for breakfast. i have all the records and call recording of hotel manager. I have discussed same thing with goibibo but goibibo didn't reply or taking time so much . Please refund my breakfast amount becasue we have already paid the amount to goibibo.

    I have booked a hotel using goibibo app at ganapathypule, maharastra.
    we reached the hotel around 7:30 pm 26/12/22 and the hotel said that they are not dealing with goibibo and we got cheated by goibibo
    when we call the customer care they said they are unable to reach the hotel so they will be cancelling the booking. They were not ready to provide any alternative hotels.
    Do I need to stay in the road with my 80 yrs old grandmother and my kid?
    While conversing they said If I book any near by hotels they will pay the extra charges (maximum 2000) when I share the invoice.
    Now when I call customer care they are asking proof for such a conversation. My bad I didn't record the call, I asked them to check my call recording, they didn't call me after that.

        I had cancelled my Air Asia flight ticket due to excessive delay and had asked for refund. I cancelled my ticket on 10th Dec'22 and claimed my refund, i received a call from goibibo stating that refund will be based on approval from airlines. i received a mail from Air Asia on 11th Dec'22 confirming that the refund is processed and the same will be credited in next 7 days. On 23rd Dec'22 i receive and automated mail from Goibibo stating my refund has been cancelled as per policy.

        I am highly disappointed with goibibo as I booked a same day round trip from goibibo app and the delay was too much to accommodate. instead of fighting on my behalf to get a refund from the airlines, they cancel the refund which was processed by air asia without any proper explanation.

        It is also very tough to get in touch with Goibibo customer care as most of their emails/contact numbers are automated.

        I want my refund to be processed as the airlines has already done the same and goibibo as a service provider has no rights to block the same.

          Refund for Flight cancelled due to Medical Emergency

          I booked four tickets of Spicejet through Goibibo.com from Delhi to Pune for family journey on 14th December 2022. I applied for cancellation of tickets due to medical emergency reasons by submitting the medical certificate as required by Goibibo.com. The Goibibo site shows that the booking has been cancelled.           I have booked Magnum resort on 1st nov for 29th dec-1st jan. I have got confirmation from hotel (Mr. Mehra) around 6th Nov. Again i got a call from goibibo that it is not confirmed yet and i checked with hotel again which says that we have booked at lower price and they dont entertain such bookings and blaming third party which is goibibo for this.
          My money is now stuck with goibibo, i have then starting following up with Goibibo on this issue.
          First they said that the booking is not yet confirmed and they were trying to reach me from long time. Why should i bother to call/pick call from unknown toll free when it is clearly mentioned in app no need to call booking is confirmed.
          second i understood the situation and i believe there should be policy/contract between third party and hotel in such scenarios.
          well i got call 3-4 time informing me about same issue but no solution to it, and what i supposed to do in this case, either they should come back with solution/refund something but nothing.
          This makes be little worried and now i started following them on issue but i spoke to many support people(
          kajal sharma, rakshA KUMARI, priyanka, bandana manjhi, shubham, taran) and no one knows what exactly they should do they dont have any idea and i get to hear that i need to wait for 2 hrs / 24 hrs/ 72 hrs everyone says different stories but no one is taking actions on this. Infact they cut my calls and give me more mental trauma.
          why it is taking so long to get confirmation from hotel/ implement any other resolution? why they cannot help before travel date?
          everyone is saying different stories some says will get alternate booking some says no will get confirmation?
          Can any one really take action and resolve this case and inform me what the final status?

            I have booked Magnum resort hotel from 29th dec-1st Jan, it was confirmed the first week and after 10-15 days i got a call that the hotel is denying the checkin, hence the reservation will get cancel. The booking was pre paid fully and it was non refundable. Goibibo is not helping us to either get the confirmation from same place or book any alternate option. Our money is stuck and time is flying we are not getting any help. I have been calling every 3 days the customer support and what I hear is they will call us back come back but nothing is happening. I have spoke to many people from support people like kajal sharma, raksha KUMARI, priyanka, bandana manjhi, shubham, taran and few of them promised to get some output within 2 hrs or 30 mins or a day but whenever I call I have been asked to wait for 72 hrs and I am waiting it just wasting my time and giving me mental trauma as I can see with there support they can deny booking at very last minute and I will leave with nothing in my hand.
            I am not understanding what is the blocker? why they cant book alternate hotel if booked hotel denied the check-in? why it is taking so long? why no action can be taken ? or get confirmation with the same hotel?

              Horrible experience in staying at Hotel Pranav Executive (Near Swarget), Pune Goibibo IDHTLDVAU7J2CH54BV. I have booked 3 days in the same hotel. I made mistake by booking for 3 days. The hotel room and washroom is horrible I have shared the images to goibibo team but I didn't get help from hotelier or goibibo team on time. Hotelier was requesting me to don't post any images or review in goibibo website and promising me he will not charge me for early checking price. While checking out we had a quarrel with hotel manger as he didn't agree to wavie off early check in charges.

              Forcefully i have stayed for 3 days as I am not sure hotelier is going to help me or goibibo team will help me so I have adjusted and stayed but the room condition is very pathetic as mirror and toilet is not cleaned properly. I would like to request your team to review once before uploading any hotel images though your images we have booked their rooms for 3 days.

              I would like to reimburse my full amount which I have paid and please remove this hotel from your website because other traveler should not suffer like me.

                I booked bus tickets from Delhi to khanna for 1st December using goibibo. The bus was changed at the last moment. Also my destination was modified to Ludhiana instead of Khanna which is like 45km away from khanna. I had to spend my own 1000 rupees to reach khanna from Ludhiana using a cab.

                My bus fare was 4145.20 for 4 tickets and the tickets that were allotted to me were only of Rupees 1800.

                The timings for the bus that I had booked was 8:30 source (majnu ka Tilla) and 11:30 (khanna).
                The alloted bus started at 9:10am and reached Ludhiana at around 5:00pm.

                I had paid 4000+ rupees so that I could reach early and instead i was alloted a bus that didn't even drop me at my chosen destination.

                I complained using the app but my ticket was closed and marked as resolved even without any resolution provided to me.

                  I booked flight from srinagar to jammu for 21/12/2022 with PNR NO. YST23N due to some unavoidable circumstances i was unable to travel on 21/12/2022 thats why i applied for date change option and for that i have to pay extra INR 1859/- .
                  During this payment on date 30/11/2022 amount of 1859/- debited from my account and during transaction response from PAYU it shows error and the date change not done even amount hasbeen debited .
                  In this regard i made a query on PAYU and i got response from them that kindly contact customer care team og GOIBIBO.
                  For your reference i have attached response screenshot from PAYU .
                  kindly arrange to resolve the issue.

                    I cancelled the flight which i booked from goibibo within 24 hrs of booking.
                    As per the guidelines i am entitled to 100% refund.
                    It has been more than 20 days i cancelled the flight.
                    I contacted Airlines they are of the view that refund has been processed on the same day.
                    Goibibo has still not credited the amount in my account.
                    Please look into the matter urgently.
                    I am in need of the refund amount.
                    Here are the details of flight cancellation.

                                This email register with many server but the ibibo email system not found to use . Now I am change my email on the other website but the website send OTP in email. So what can I do now.
                                I think ibibo mail close their mail system with out advance notice .

                                  I had booked bus tickets for my uncle and aunt on 28th Oct. However, later in the afternoon it was informed by the Bus Operator that the bus got cancelled. Its been long GoIbibo has not been refunding my money which i booked. There is no customer support to speak to. This is a fraud company which finds its way to loot customers. There is absolutely no support from the company provided. Its been almost 10 days not a single call nor response to the ticket. Attaching ticket details for reference.

                                  Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  The refund has not been provided yet. The customer care called but so far no refund is initiated. I did not receive any written intimation regarding the refund being initiated.
                                  There has been no refunds initiated or intimated to me via email or message. The customer care called called and informed that the refund will be processed however its not done as confirmed. The issue is still unresolved
                                  I received my refund from GoIbibo.

                                    My last Goibibo wallet balance was INR 64895/- from which I had requested a refund of INR 64000/- on 28 Sep 2022, 08:07 PM via online request Task ID[protected]. Out of 64000/- I had only received INR 37327.0 Transaction ID: INDBN[protected]

                                    My current wallet balance is INR 895/- I could not see INR26, 673.0 in my wallet.

                                    Could you help check. It is difficult to reach Goibibo on customer service portal in their mobile application.

                                      When I reached the hotel the Manager refused accommodation by stating that the amount is insufficient to accommodate. His way of speaking was so arrogant and indecent. I had talk with your representative, she also was helpless in the scenario and assured me for refund at the earliest .I left the hotel and stayed in another hotel by paying much higher charge. Refund is not yet materialised. Kindly do the process at the earliest.
