Hello,

This is Rajesh Chauhan, I am writing to you regarding a ticket booking.
My registered mail ID with goibibo is [protected]@gmail.com.
Today, 02 October 2022, I booked my flight from Hyderabad to Mumbai, departure date being 03 October 2022, with Air India, time being 08:15 am.
An amount of Rs.4734 has been deducted, however I did not get any confirmation from ibibo.
I have no reference number that I can provide, as there was no information communicated at all for me to provide to you.
I hope you can resolve this issue for me at the earliest.

      The worst experience with Goibibo customer care Service .

      I have booked ticket for my family from MAA - BOM and i requested for changes in timing and let me know the extra fare charge From last 8 days they are just bluffing and saying we have marked email to airlines but Airlines has not reverted back .

      Without any final solution how the ticket are been closed and when i call customer care team says they create new Ref id and say they will update in next 48 hrs . But that 48 hrs has taken 8 days still no final conclusion .

      Now after calling back to check the status customer care team shared new Ref #[protected]

      Seriously some time i feel they are taking so litely to customer as if they don't care .
      I was the one who is to say my friend that Goibibo system is good and quick response .
      But when it was my turn i really got to know how bad is the team and same word same dialog are been pushed to client by just simply saying as wait for 48 hrs .

      I m really sorry i have to write so much bez they was no proper follow up and solution given to me as a client .

          I have booked a ticket through Goibibo for my family. We are traveling with a 9 months old child . We did make sure that we cannot take kinder flight or the one with longer layover. I discussed it with my wife and booked the one with 5.25 hours layover at Singapore airport, certainly what I received was completely different. I received a ticket with 12.5 hours layover at Singapore airport which was not the one I had booked . Luckily I took screenshots of my booking while booking the tickets . Still Goibibo is not willing to resolve and they are saying you had booked this ticket only. They are just trying to give me the cheap ticket with longer layover regardless of what I had paid for short layover considering that we are traveling with a small infant. Action should be taken against this app else they will be keep scamming other citizens too.

            Hi, I had a booking for 22nd October but unfortunately had to cancel it because of major circumstances. The cancellation was done on 21st October after confirmation from the hotel “RamN Residency” receptionist and they confirmed that the full refund will be initiated by Goibibo, but Goibibo is not transferring my hard earned money. This is totally unethical and fraud. Only 50% of the total amount was refunded after n number of requests. Kunal, Kritika are the social media support executives handling the case.

                  In goibibo app i was booked a train ticket from secunderabad to brahmapur on 30th and the ticket got cancelled the app shows the refund will be returned after 1 week but i didn't get my refund.                     I had paid Rs 3200 through PhonePe for train ticket booking on 4th October, 2022.While booking for tatkal ticket, got failed due to technical issues.I had got assurance for full refund but got no refund till today.Checked regularly through goibibo app and it is displayed as refund processed and refund expected between 11- 13 October.Please refund the amount.

                      I booked a flight ticket from bombay(BOM) to kolkata (CCU) date 11 oct 2022 first i was unable to see the booking in goibibo website i tried calling them they could not find my booking i dont know how I received a mail regarding confirmation of my ticket from goibibo still they can't find my booking. Now i cancelled the ticket from official website of spicejet but my booking partner is goibibo so unable to know the refund status i need help...

                      Booked two train tickets but the train was cancelled by the railways, and also as per the IRCTC website it is saying the refund has been credited to GOIBIBO, but it has been nearly a month that the same is not credited back to my account.

                      As also i am not able to contact GOIBIBO as no contact number is reachable.

                            I have booked my flight using goibibo booking platform, from 1st october to 7th October
                            And airline changed the schedule due to operational reasons.

                            They have agreed to refund the money still goibibo asked me to wait 15 days for it.

                            Now after 15 days have been passed, they have still not refunded the money and they do not even provide support for the same.

                            I have attached the screenshot also of their message of refund but I have still not received the refund.

                            Please help to get my money refunded.

                              I tried booking a hotel in Goibibo. The app redirected me to payment page where I paid the required amount of INR 3178 via Google Pay. The amount was deducted and as per Gpay the payment was successful to Goibibo but it didn't reflect in goibibo and booking failed. Goibibo instructed to wait for 30 mins before trying repayment. As the booking was urgent I retried payment after 30 minutes and this time I paid via netbanking. This payment and booking both were successful. But I didn't receive a refund for the first payment. The order ID was HTLDNASHZP57FMS3. As the amount had been deducted twice. I would please like a refund for the same.

                                    I've booked a car on the date 03/10/2022 12pm to 10 PM of the same date ( Booking ID - BTXAZTVH1C1E037 ). But after reaching the location I didn't find the vehicle and I also didn't received any contact details or vehicle details. Then I called the customer care and after 15 minutes of conversation they found to know that the booked car is not available and also they informed that there is no replacement cars available at nearby my location. Because of this I've lost my valuable time and my travelling expenses got doubled, I also got embarrassed in front of my family members. If the vehicle is not available they have to inform me before the mentioned pick up time. Because of their irresponsible behavior I've traveled few hours from my place to collect the vehicle and my total trip plan got spoiled. So I demand a compensation along with the refund.
