[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — I have paid for my transaction but not received anything

I had made payment of Rs. 1568 using UPI at the payment page on 10 October 2021 at 3:44 PM for booking of one day at an hotel.
The amount got deducted from my bank account using PSP app.
The app completed the payment successfully and the money was sent to the UPI ID: goibibo.[protected]@axisbank.
But the payment page did not update even after waiting for 10 mins.
The booking is not being shown in my goibibo account so there is no way to manage it.
I tried to contact Goibibo's customer care via call & email but none of the phone numbers worked and nobody replied back to my email.
I tried to contact using Facebook Messenger and I got a reply that entire amount will be refunded within 7 days in my bank account.
It's been 10 days now but I haven't received any message or refund from Goibibo Team.

I got the money refunded to my bank account on the next day after posting the complaint on this site. I had messaged them on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook, but I didn't receive any support there. I am thankful for this site as they forwarded my complaint to Ibibo Group which resulted in resolution.
Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I am facing same issue tried to book flight ticket using upi payment via phonepe, in phonepe payment got completed successfully but in goibibo it didn't detect the payment and booking didn't happen, so no booking in my trips, not able to contact anyone...worst goibibo didn't even provide proper customer support to resolve issues . Not sure how to get my amount back..any help would be very much help full..!
