I am facing same issue tried to book flight ticket using upi payment via phonepe, in phonepe payment got completed successfully but in goibibo it didn't detect the payment and booking didn't happen, so no booking in my trips, not able to contact anyone...worst goibibo didn't even provide proper customer support to resolve issues . Not sure how to get my amount back..any help would be very much help full..!

I had made payment of Rs. 1222 using UPI at the payment page on 08 June 2022 at 22:05 PM for booking of one day at an hotel.
The amount got deducted from my bank account using PSP app.
The app completed the payment successfully and the money was sent to the UPI ID:[protected] and To: IBIBO GROUP PRIVATE LIMITED : [protected]@hdfcbank.
But the payment page did not update even after waiting for 10 mins.
The booking is not being shown in my goibibo account so there is no way to manage it.
I tried to contact Goibibo's customer care via call & email but none of the phone numbers worked and nobody replied back to my email.
