Booked from Goibibo so why customer has to suffer directly talking to airline .

      Using Goibibo for more than 10 years. Booked a Hotel in Goa on 15th July for a night. We could not go because of the Heavy Rain alert. Requested to process a refund or credit notes to plan on a later date. Followed up with Goibibo for more than 4 days in advance. Goibibo could not process even this simple request and gave reason, sorry hotel denied the request!...What is the point of going through Goibibo for Hotel booking if they can't help customer in a situation like this ?!

        On 4-June I tried booking train tickets via GoIbibo app while the money was deducted the booking could not be made as confirmed by the app on the same day. The app further showed that the refund is being issued and it should get credited by 10-June. Unfortunately that never happened. After I called them multiple times they assured me that the money will be credited within 48 hours while it never happened. Finally they told me to share the bank statement to prove I did not get the money back on 18-June but they still did not issue the refund. Recently when I again called up they requested for the Credit Card Statement which was again shared but no luck still. Now when I call they just keep on shifting the calls and finally tell me that they are opening a ticket that will get resolved in 48 hours. I have also addressed their grivance mail id but no luck still. Please help!

          Declining refund and compensation

          I have a nightmare experience with cab booking from @goibibo on 11th June from Durgapur airport to Mayureswar.
          First, you sent a different cab. I booked a diesel car but a CNG car came to receive me. There was no space for luggage at the back. I immediately registered a complaint.
          Then the driver choose different route for the extra income. The shortest route is approx 90 km. But the driver chose the route that is expected...

              I tried booking flight from BLR to BOM for 17th May'24 - Gobibo asked for Rs 4221 which i paid via UPI. UPI ref[protected]. The amount got debited successfully but goibibo app shown error for flight booking. I tried reaching their customer care number[protected] but its useless for such topics.

                Unable to reach out to customer service to cancel the flight tickets

                I live in USA. I have made flight bookings for multiple members of my family online. The transaction went through goibibo.com, for my upcoming vacation to India. My plans have changed, and I want to cancel the tickets. goibibo does not have customer service, all the number they listed on their website or from google search have no response, or go to auto caller with no meaningful response.                 Hi,

                I would like to bring to your kind attention that I have cancelled my booking for the flight AI 852 on the 1st for PUN - DEL (PNR - 64UNQZ)

                I still haven't received any updates on my refund. Inspite of cancellation, the Air India team is calling upon to check my boarding status. Their system has not been updated.

                I request you to refund my amount at the earliest and kindly update me on the status which you guys have failed to update. Your toll free no doesn't work!!!

                I am hoping for an early resolution from your team.

                  In this hour I bought a ticket flight from Delhi to Dabolim for an amount if 5555, 56 rupees. For tomorrow with Air India.
                  The money was taking from my account but I haven't receive any confirmation e-mail nor e-mail with the ticket.
                  And in my account in the payment's details that appears in field "fines" so what's that ?

                      I had booked hotel in pune name called hotel panchrantna residency on 28th of nov.its been 3 months now company has not refunded my amout of Rs. 1824. they denied checked in and after i called to goibibo customer care they said u will get refund but after so many phone calles to them they are not taking any action. or non giving me refund. they are fake claiming that ihave stayed in the hotel but they dont have any proof of that. i request to take strict action against such fraoud company.

                          My flight booking from Los Angeles to New Delhi has been delayed by the airline for a day. Goibibo's confirmation number is GOFLISTLK5Y8GE, and the PNR is 54U6BC.

                          Even after several calls to customer support, I am yet to receive a confirmed quotation for the refund if I cancel my booking. I checked the airline policies, and it says, "If the expected delay is more than five hours, you can cancel the flight and get a full refund of your ticket." So I am assuming that I should get a full refund. I need written confirmation for this.

                          I have to book a new flight after the cancellation, and I CANNOT go ahead with the cancellation unless I have confirmation of the amount, as it's a big amount.

                            My pnr number is ([protected]) journey date is 7/06/23 as the following pnr number ticket is partially confirmed in RAC format so because of that reason i filed the tdr for all the passenger who are supposed to be travelled but as of till(15/08/23) my tdr (ticket amount) is not deposit

                            I had called the customer care number of irctc but they said only for one person the tdr is approved I want to ask that as i filed tdr for all the passenger why only for one passenger the tdr is approved even none of the passenger is travelled

                            I request you to look in the issue as soon as possible and requested to solve my problem

                              I booked ITA Airways flight AZ769 from Goibibo portal from Delhi to Nice for 28th Sep and booked seats (53J, 53L). On 27th Sep while checking in I discovered that the portal is asking me to rebook the seats, I called the airlines customer care only to discover that the seats I had booked initially do not even exist on the plane. I called goibibo customer care where they gave me an option of either a refund or book the seats again thru them, I agreed for a refund. It has been more than a month of repeated calls and innumerable " we will get back to you" and I have not received my refund instead I have wasted hours chasing these guys for getting the expected support.
                              All I am getting from their support team is that the case has been rejected internally and we will follow up again with our internal team - this is also when I follow up on a call, I am not getting any updates from your end.

                              As per last commitment 4 days back of getting an update within two days, I have still not received any call or email informing about the process in this case...!!!

                                I have bookd a flight to Kolkata from Bagdogra thru Goibibo of GoIndigo airlines.Unfortunately flight has been cancelled by airlines due to operational issues.Goindigo has sent me an email confirming same and refund amount, saying it will be sent to Goibibo to trasfer to my account.It has been two weeks till now Gobibo has not refunded the amount keep on saying it will be sent to your bank account with in 3-4 days.Very upset with Goibibo
