Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Less refund despite the flight cancelled by airline

We had booked a flight from Ayodhya to Jaipur through GoIbibo. Booking ID - GOFLDNTAAB[protected]. This flight was cancelled by the sirline. We therefore requested for full refund. We should get the full refund as flight is cancelled by airline, but we were refunded Rs. 1, 566/- less. We should be refunded the balance Rs. 1, 566/- immediately.
