On 19th Jan 2024 I have given complaint regarding the sound coming from the washing machine the technician had come and said problem is with suspension needs to be replaced but till date that is 01-03-24 complaint no [protected] the issue hasn't resolved

I have IFB microwave oven (20sc2). Which is being trip automatically on power plugged . For the same issue i had lodged the complaint on 24.01.2024 or on before also over the portal as well as on customer care also. Problem still persist however IFB technician closed the complaint as mentioned resolved . and further complaint is not taking as showing already complaint exist. pls do needful . and take necessary action to penalize the assigned regional IFB agency.

It been 2 weeks. I registered a complaint for my IFB washing machine. Complaint no WR[protected] dtd 7th Feb 2024
Despite several follow ups no action has been taken and washing machine is still not fixed.

I have raised complain many times with your customer support number but they said they will send technician but no one came...

Water draining system of the washing machine is not functioning properly.

FACTS that should be verifiable at IFB end :

first tries to cheat us out of a part (Magnetron) still covered in warranty, although in vain, for an IFB microwave that stops heating in less than 18 months of purchase ( in the premises where a microwave of another brand worked fine for more than a decade!)

I have purchased Washing Machine in Oct 2022 and my machine is working fine. On 23rd Jan, 2024 I got a call from the franchise service centre of IFB and they insisted that I should get a Warranty service done . Personnel by the name Mr. Majit visited my house and his entire focus was to sell products to me. After his visit and after completion of so call WARRANTY SERVICE, my machine started giving problems.

On 5th Feb, 2024 when I registered a complaint with IFB, delaer personnel visited and was able to identify that the earlier service personnel has reduced the water pressure and have blocked the pipe from where coolent/fabric conditioner is consumed by the machine.

Although my problem is resolved, I would like IFB to take strict action against the personnel and in future if I get any problem with the machine because of this, I should either be compensated or my machine should be replaced..

My Washing Machine is under Warranty, Purchased it in Oct, 2022. Service Personnel by the name Mr. Manjit, from a Franchise Service Centre visited my house to perform a free WARRANTY Service (pl. note I never asked for it) and after his visit my machine started giving problem . Machine which was working absolutely fine started giving problem after warranty visit).

Although my problem is resolved but I would IFB to take strict action against personnel who are there to sell their products and create a problem for the customer under the name of free service.

We purchased front loaded 8 kg IFB company's washing machine on November-2023. within 3 months we faced many issues and accordingly we complaint and it's solved too. but this time there is voltage error showing now them enginees says that in our home there is high voltage issue so we have to spend approximately 6000 for stabilizer while our other electronic equipments running without any stabilizer and also in our area/ society there is no...

I purchased IFB WM ELITE MXS 7012, 7.5kg Washing machine on[protected] with Invoice number - 1220/23/S-282.

On[protected] got the smoke from the machine while running it, we stopped and opened the door then got smoke heavily. On the same day raise the complaint after two days service team come and checked the machine. They concluded that rubber got damaged...

I have a IFB washing machine 8 kg front load fully automatic, purchased in 2019. In October 2023 they changed drum of machine costing 7000/- Rs. And now on January 2024 it's PCB got burnt. Cannot understand how whole PCB got damaged, as every electronic machine has its own fuse, which gets blown out in case of surge. And it's only job is to protect costly part of PCB elements from damage by getting blown out. But see the case of IFB waching...

Desired Resolution: Serivce team does not have skilled people to work upon. They are only doing.

I have raised more than ticket from last 1.5 months but problem did not get resolved yet and now technicians denied to visit and they have chargers more than 8k

From last 1 month i am facing issue that my machine drum is not spining i have raise kore 10 complaints and sent 20+ emails and called customer support more than 100 times but my machine still not running only 2 times technicians visited and they charged more than 8000 and from 15 days they saying company does not provide sufficient fund that they can visit more.here is letest ticket number [protected] and my mail is [protected]@gmail.com and ph no [protected]

A dishwasher purchased from them has never worked and I have been calling their customer service for weeks now. They have not bothered to replace the dishwasher at all. Even the person who came to give the demo could not give the demo and these irresponsible people do not even bother checking if their tickets have been closed or not.

I would not recommend bothering with any of their products. Faulty products and even worse customer service.

Sorry to write this letter that my complaint vide Ticket No. [protected] mentioned above in the subject not yet been solved though a long period from registration of complaint has already been elapsed. So urgent action is requested.

My well-wisher/friend, Mr Sonu sharma, lives in Buxar, near Patna, Bihar. On October 29, 2023, he purchased an IFB 9KG AI powered eco inverter washing machine from Flipkart with the order ID OD[protected] and the IMEI/Serial No: [protected] 03T9. We did not receive a proper demonstration of the washing machine, and it did not work the next day.

We have made several complaints to the customer service team in the last 45 days since receiving the machine and ref ticket no( Your IFB Ticket no- [protected]) & Your Ticket [protected] . However, there has been no response to my complaint as of yet. ( all the above tickets are closed with attending the problem)

This is the one of the poorest customer services given by IFB in ever. Because even after 45 days the above tickets are not attended.

In fact, I have paid two EMIs without using the machine. And I'm losing the machine's warranty because I'm not using it.
In this regard, I respectfully request that the washing machine problem be addressed as soon as possible.

I don't trust IFB service because they come and start marketing some product saying it will resolve the issue. For same issue of washing machine vibration on agent mentioned you should load the machine fully (not overload) without space and recent service agent said you should not fully load. Recent issue of fabric conditioner not fully getting drained is still not resolved and the overall vibration still exist.
I think the service agent had come 24th Nov. Escalated on 29th Nov on WhatsApp number provided WA273052. Have not received any call till now from IFB.
