My father in Law has sent me a coever of Very important documents relevent to a court case from Khandwa <450001>to Angul <759145> on July 10th 2008 through Indian Postal Department's Speedpost Service. Speed post registration No. EI[protected]IN .The documents had been delivered to me after 11 days on 21 st July2008, that too by normal registry delevery.those documents were very urgent in nature and due to this inordinate delay my old age in law was under mnental agony for all this delay and our case also sufferered a delay in proceeding.This is very bad from such a very important Department of Centra Government, and this irresponsibility causes undescribabble difficulties for the public who trust the postal services completely.

Why the money order is not delivered to me?
I am available in my office from monday to friday between 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM as aboved mentioned recepant address .

this balaji from thiruvanimyur about the M.O .my M.O order number A467 amount RS 60/ date of sent 13.06.09 to tirupathi .so for money order not received at tirupathi .10 times i came to ur adyar post office but no responds . i have given complain 4 times by letter but no respond i have gave the complain one lady she very lazy she is not respond to me .when i always call to ur land line number she went to lunch always she in lunch time.she is not respond me . wht happen to my money . i think u taken my money and enjoy i think so .i do no wht ur postal department doing for long time .postal department very very poor service .

On 15.9.2009 I sent a money order for Rs.500/- to my age old father, running 88 years, for his maintenance and my mother's medical expenses, aged 80. : I remitted the amount through your Adayar Post Office (Code No:600020) in counter No: 2 under MO PNR No:[protected]. The payee address is Mr. P.V.Srinivasa thathachari, Peramoor Village, Ayyampalayam S.O, Musiri Taluk, Trichi Dist, Tamilnadu. Till date my father has not received the amount ie even after 14 days. The purpose of sending money has been wasted. I request you to trace it out and arrange to pay the money order amount to my father within two days to enable him to live in peace and comfort.

I had sent a money order of Rs. 5000/ from the PO SHIPRA SUN CITY (201014) on 31/10/2009
MO No: A 9324 and sent to the following address:
Smt. KAMALA ADHIKARI, Village-Nainoli (Asgoli), P.O.-Asgoli (Dwarahat), Distt.-Almora, UTTRAKHAND-263653

After 24 days it has still not been received by her.
Kindly look into the matther and help to resolve this issue at the earliest.

Post Office — Delay in Postage always

I stay in Chinchpada Rd., Kalyan East ( Pin Code 421306).
From last 6-7 months, it has been observed that the post office of Katemanivali, Kalyan East is not delivering letters on time.
There is a delay of minimum 20-25 days, after the despatch of the sender.
I have received the Examination Call Letter for my JAIIB Examination after the exams were over
When contacted at post office, they said we send everything on time, however date stamps on post clearly suggest else.
Even my neighbor has received his Railway Examination Call Letter after his Examination Date making him missing on a opportunity he always dreamed and prepared for.
I have observed the trend and i think they make only once in a month visit to particular sector and then deliver whatever letters have been accumulated.
This is really not acceptable, as all the telephone bills are received after the due dates have gone and we have to pay the fine for no mistake of ours. Also other important documents are not received on time.Request somebody to take a strict action on this.

Timonium MD Post office is the worst Post office in America. They are terrible to the public. They all need to be fired and hire people who want to work and be nice to people...please do something!!!

From last 4-5 months, it has been observed that the post office ofsHAILASHEREE VUHAR is not delivering letters on time. oNCE IN SEVEN DAYS TO ONCE IN MONTH . ORDINARY LETTER FATE IS UNSEEN. There is a delay of minimum 20-25 days, after the despatch of the sender.
I have received some transporter L.R after erecipt of goods against the inedmnity in 30days.
When contacted at post office, they said we send everything on time, however date stamps on post clearly suggest else. Date stamp envelope of five separate days being deleivered once. In reply to our contact they replied due to shortage of staff it is normal.

I have observed the trend and i think they make only once in a month visit to particular sector and then deliver whatever letters have been accumulated.
This is really not acceptable, as all the telephone bills are received after the due dates have gone and we have to pay the fine for no mistake of ours. Also other important documents are not received on time.Request somebody to take a strict action on this.

KATEMANIVALI POST OFFICE — NON-DELIVERING MAILS

I have subscribed TINKLE MAGAZINE and since last 6 months I am not getting their issues. When I contacted to TINKLE office they have informed me that they are despatching same regularly. What miracle happening don't know issues are disappearing for the last 6 months. Also BSNL telephone bills are getting after their due dates resulting one have to pay penalty or disconnection of telephone bills. Some time bills are not getting at all and we know when the line is disconnecting that we have not paid the bill.

Can some one explain / take necessary action to the errant Postman of this Post Offrice??

I am also residing at Chinchpada Road, and what Mr.Mileend Nadekar saying is exactly right. Letters are not getting in time and some are not delivering at all. I am subscribing TINKLE MAGAZINE for children, since last 6 months I am not getting issues, when I contacted the TINKLE office they informed they are sending same regularly. Also telephone bills are getting after its due dates and we have to pay fine for the mistake of not ours. Who will punish these type of fellows taking salary regularly and not doing their duties???

With deep regret, I like to bring to your kind notice the following facts for your judicious implementation:

That on 28.10.2010, Smt Baby Sadhukhan, Lady Peon of Ichhapur- Nawabganj Post Office, Pin 743144, 24 Pgs(N), W.B., India refused to deliver my Registered with A/D Letter to my mother in spite of her request and on production of Authorization Letter which has duly been attested by the said Lady Peon but she ordered to collect the same from the Nawabganj Post Office.

On 30.10.2010, I compelled to collect the said letter from Nawabganj Post office and again requested her to deliver my letter to my mother as authorization letter is lying with my mother but she ordered me to type out a new authorization letter and specimen signature of authorized persons will be attested by the said lady peon at my residence and she will take the same for approval of Sub Post Master. Accordingly I get ready an authorization letter as per Post Office Proforma but neither she has come till date to complete the formalities nor intimated anything in this regard in spite of verbal reminders and reluctant to deliver my registered letter to my mother in my absence.

On 27.7.2009 also, the said lady peon had taken back a registered letter without delivering the same in spite of requests of my legal representative and even on production of authorization letter on my behalf and on the next day i.e. on 28.7.09, the undersigned went to collect the sdaid registered letter from Nawabganj post office but the lady peon was not available from 9 AM to 10 AM and even she has not come to deliver the said Registered Letter for 2nd time since 28.7.2009 and for which a complaint has lodged to the concerned post Master & sent through courier and the same has duly acknowledged by them but neither any action has taken nor feel any courtesy to reply for the same by the Post Master/Sub Post Master of the Nawabganj Post Office..

In past also she had not delivered Registered Letter which had been verbally reported to the Post Master of Nawabganj Post Office but no action has been taken from their end.

It can bring to your notice that the previous postman was usually delivering my Registered Letters/parcels/postal materials/documents to my mother/authorized representative at my residence in my absence. Lady peon could have taken the witnesses
at the time of delivering my letter in my absence without returning the same on one visit and consequently she forced me to incur huge financial loss.

As I am working with a leading International Educational Institution as Top Executive with lot of work pressure, so, I cannot take leave on my sweet will..

The above act on the part of Lady Peon is not only defamatory, illegal, malafide but also malicious, willful insubordination & reflect carelessness/negligence in duty.act of lady peon has reflected non co-operation, carelessness, negligence in duty,

So, May I request you, sir, to take appropriate legal action for ends of justice.
