The worst bank i have ever visited, the staff are not aware about the service about the bank or anything, if we ask them any question they will direct as to the manager, particular branch should have some common sense before asking any questions and he is very rude to the customers thinking he is the boss of that bank.

I have a saving joint account ([protected]) with my wife name in thudiyallur branch at tamilnadu and today morning my wife inserted the atm card in the tamilnadu mercantile bank at kanuvai, coimbatore branch, tamilnadu but the amount (Rs. 5000) debited in the account but not received from the atm machine and immediately she informed the same to the mercantile bank and they told some time it will happened like this but again it will credit...

The problems are.

1. There was a typo error on account number while transferring fund through neft to boi account number [protected]- vibali clothing for rs. 139289 (Wrongly typed as [protected] 06.12.2017,
But debited in our account on 06.12.2017and same thing we did...

I have made an irctc transaction on 12/02/2018 & canceled on 13/02/2018. Withdrawal of inr 385 ac xxx532891 drawn th pos id:00222562 on 12/02 at 11:05:07. Amount is not refunded yet. Already given a web complaint and it shows closed without resolving issue. Account number is [protected]. It has been one week after cancellation. I have already experienced same earlier....

wrong debit

I have gone to lifestyle retail store situated in phoenix market city chennai on 19th january 2018 and purchase a top worth 505/-. The first time i gave my card for payment and money of 505/- got deducted from my account and the card was declined. Second time i gave my card i was able to make the payement and another 505/- got deducted again.
It has been 29 days and i have not yet recieved the refund. Please refund my money...

money not credited into beneficiary account

On feb-6-2018 i've sent rs.12000 to my friend's account. The money got debited from my bank's account but it wasn't credited into the beneficiary account as well as in his tez's account. Since, it's a huge amount i can't pay my tolerance towards waiting for more than a day.
Kindly take necessary action or else i will have to approach consumer forum /court and sue this app to close it immediately...

transaction failed from bhim app but amount debited

I did a transaction of 8000rupees yesterday on 5 feb 2018 from [protected] (Own a/c) to [protected] (Benefeciary) this account number by bhim app. Transaction was failed and payment was not received by benefeciary but the 8000 rupees amount is debeted from my account. I call the bank but they told to complaint on bhim app. So i call the bhim contact number but no one is recieving and also they did not call back. Please help....
