I am using Indian Oil Corporation LPG Gas cylinders since last few years. At that time it was showing any trouble in delivery/gas supply. Now a days it is a lots of trouble as I and my neighbours are facing, we are unable to get gas cylinders in time. We can get a cylinder rarely in 8-10 days after order. Due to which we are enforced to buy the cylinders in black, which is not fair. But what to do...

Let me bring to your notice that openly cheating @ India Oil Petrol pump so called "Madhu Enterprise " Dealers : India Oil corporation Ltd Sy No 152/2 Kodhihalli , HAL Airport Main Road, Bangalore -8.

I have a lpg connection with Baby gas agency Adoor. I had booked for a cylinder on 9-4-2011. ( My consumer no is 59067) But even after a lapse of 35 days the cylinder is yet to be received. Sir,
The second cylinder booking is taken up strictly after 25 days from the date of receipt of previous cylinder for our domestic LPG users. On booking the cylinder is supplied after 15-20 days .
We usually consume one cylinder in 30-35 days duration.But this booking after 25 days and delay in supply after 20 days takes a period of 45 days in between. I hope the second cylinder option is to meet our continuous LPG...

I take this opportunity to inform you that I have LPG connection # 9756 with Shri Darshan Gas Service, Pallavpuram, Meerut. The behavior of the personnel and staff of the gas service is highly objectionable. The customers are being harassed like any thing. The gas is delivered after at least 15-20 days of booking that too after continuous pursuance. Some times it takes even longer. The next booking is done only after at least 21 days after...

I have booked for my Indane gas supply through IVRS on 15 April 2011 and my ref. No. is 201306. There is no supply of gas so far and none answers when i dial on the toll free complaint in the last 15 days. Gas supply agency says, they do not know and i should contact complaints only.
