I AM COSUMER OF M/S AGNI RAJBUDDHADEB BOSE ROAD,ASHRAMPARA,SILIGURI-734401,WEST BENGAL PROVIDING US INDIAN OIL LPG GAS LAST 4 YEARS I HAVE FACED LOT OF PROBLEM ,I HAVE 2 CYLINDER EVEN I BOOKED THE GAS IN WELL ADVANCE EVEN AFTRE 20 DYAS OF BOOKING I AM NOT GETTING CYLINDER . ALL THE STAFF BEHAVIOR IS VERY BAD ,NEVER LIFT THE PHONE ,AFTER SEVERAL REQUEST ALSO THEY DONT PROVIDE THE GAS . I[censored] WILL GO TO OPEN MARKET ANT TIME U CAN PURCHASE...

Hi,

I booked a refill couple of days back and today i got a message today stating the cylinder has been delivered against my refill. I have not received the cylinder yet and when i dial [protected] to enquire no one answers it.

Sometimes the IVR says, "Sorry your call cannot be processed". I don't understand what is the number for?

Please let me know if you have any alternate number...

ALWAYS A PAIN TO BOOK A CYLINDER WITH THIS BRANCH.tHE PHONE IS USUALLY OFF THE HOOK(ACTUALLY WALKED INTO THE CENTRE AND SAW THIS ), OR THE STAFF IS ON A BREAK.

1. No complaint register is given to us when we want to make any comlaint and after a long conversation, they just give a duplicate register.
2. Workers of the gas agency behave in a ill mannered way with the customers
3. No verifiation of the complaint register has been done by any Indane oil corporation officers.

I wanted to complaint against the Gas Agency "Associated Traders, Chennai" for delay in delivery and irresponsible answers. We had booked the cylinder more than a fortnight ago and they said that they would be delivering this week (from 30th May - 3rd June 2011) but still not been delivered. When contacted they are giving irresponsible answers. I have a small 2.5 Years child and we need to give her hot milk but...
