complaint against Rajendra gas agency kathua

dear sir,
we the resident of kathua city facing problem of indane gas, Rajindera gas agency of kathua selling the 80% cylinders in black market. this black marketing by the dealer lead the peoples/public to haras.sir, please look into the matter and stop black marketing of gas by the dealer.Behave and attitude of the dealer is also very poor , kindly take action against the dealer at the earliest so that publicshall not suffer more.br...

Regarding not giving cylinder on Time

Our distributor is not delivering the cylinder on time. Whenever we are booking they are not delivering the cylinder less than 10 days. This time also I had book on 22 Jan 2011 and today is 14 days of my booking. Their behaviour is very bad and they are selling most the cylinder in black with the support of Indane...

I am consumer of indane gas. My consumer numbr is-027026, and the agency name is UDAI GAS AGENCY, Smriti mension, Lohagal road, Ajmer and agency code is -123775. I had booked a cylender on 19/01/2011. But till now it is not delivered at my home. Plz resolve my problem.

undue Delay in receiving the filled cylinder

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

I would like to understand that under normal circumtances how many days will take to get the refilled cylinder from the date of booking . I have booked on 21st Jan'11 but till date the Gurgaon gas agency is saying that it will take another 7 days to come .
I wants to kone the actaul ground situation whether there are short supply of Gas from Indane or something else.

Non booking of refill gas cylinder

Non-booking of Gas Cylinder

Dear Sir,
Agency is not booking refill. The man at agency says that after getting a refill cylinder you are eligible to book only after 15 days and after booking you will get cylinder after 15 days that means you are entitled to get a refill cylinder in 30 days.
I book a cylinder on 13-01-11 and got delivery on[protected]. Now they are saying that you can book after 15 days on[protected]....

Long waiting period for delivery of lpg cylinder.

Gas agency unwilling to give, except on buying gas table (burners) from them

Dear Sir,
I had applied for a gas connection to Indane gas and I received a confirmation letter after 3 months that I have been alloted a gas connection. I was asked to present myself with a copy of my ration card. I am attaching the copy of my confirmation letter which says that I have to pay a total sum of Rs.1890/= only.But when I approached Padma Gas Services, No.65,Broadway Road, Chennai-600 001, they asked me to pay around Rs.5500/=...

refilling LPG cylinder residential

I have request to refill my gas cylinder at 27th January 2011 at Om-Viom Indane agency, New panvel, Navi Mumbai. They told me that i would get delivery on saturday. When i again called them on saturdat they replied as upto evening we will get the cylinder. But we didnt get on sat and sunday. After on monday i called the agency, they replied that they havent stock of cylinder.
Daily they give execuses instead of delivery. Kindly do...
