Credit not received

Address: Corporate office Naman Vhambers C-32 G Block Bandra Kurla Complex Bandra East Mbai 400061

I have shifted from Mumbai to Bangalore
When they have confirmed that the Dd is returned in postal return from my old address I mailed to them
They have asked to upload documents on their link
But when we upload the details of Bank it says wrong IFSC code even though it is right
I even sent the hard copies to Hyderabad which they have acknowledged but till date I have not got the credit
I have been mailing...

I have the order product that 25 Jun 2021 and prize of the product 2699rs and this is the order id[protected] 15/07/2021 was the date of initiated refund so you have and still my refund has been not so, this is my refund refrence number...

Not received redemption payment

My IDFC infracture bond tranche 2 folio no.Idb0133103 bond distinctive number [protected] to [protected] Rs.20000 invested Rs.5000 each Maturity date Feb 2021. Interest Warrant Revalidation

My folio # is IDD0035715. I was unable to encash my interest warrants for the year 2018, 2019 & 2020. I got in touch with einward.ris & IG infra team on 28.04.2021 and they asked me send a bunch of documents, application & forms which I did and it was received by the Kfintech office in Hyderabad on 09.06.2021. As per the communication on 15.06.2021 my news bank details were updated on 15.06.2021 and the interest warrants was sent to the bank...
