My idfc easy buy card has been temp blocked without any prior notification and information, and an unknown ammount of 2700+ has been used from my card without my consent.

I am vinitha having account in idfc first bank a/c. I visited Indian overseas bank atm in porur branch, chennai- 600116 to withdraw the money from my debit card. The amount I tried to withdraw is RS. 1300. This issue is I did not received cash from atm but money got deducted from my account.

This incident happen on 01/06/2020, around 10.38 am hours ist.

The above bond is due maturity by November 2020 . There no intimation on maturity repayment and I have registered bank account focumulative interest. My residential address is changed . However my email address is [protected]@yahoo.com. did not receive any intimation. p N Sridhar

We are holder of 4 no bonds we submitted documents of change in address along with a cancelled cheque in 2014 to m/s karvy.But till date bond money not received along with interest.
Pl inform me the procedure of redemption

I had been alloted 4 bonds of idfc limited-infra bond tranche 2 with application no[protected] on 21 march 2012. I never received hard copy of documents in spite of my requests. My address and bank account no was written wrongly although i had filled form correctly.
My correct address is 6/9o9 vikasnagar lucknow.
I got intimated that they sent it on 6/969 vikasnagar.. I was not even i nformed on my registered mobile no -[protected]

Referring to my folio no. 2715113 with idfc mf, i redeemed the amount of rs.5000 on 11th march 2020 but they put the amount on hold due to yes bank moratorium and requested me to submit bank change mandate request enclosing old/new cheque leaves and non-financial transaction form duly signed by me to [protected]@idfc.com from my registered mail. Accordingly, i sent them the requested scanned documents from my mail. I also got those phone recordings. From past 7 days, i have been continuously following up with the team over the mail or toll free number but they are not responding to my concern and i am finding myself helpless here as to whom i should approach then. Please look into it and transfer the redeemed amount to my bank a/c.

Dear sir, i have invested in idfc infra bonds vide application no.32948742 dated 31.03.2011 amounting to rs. 20, 000/- till date i have not received the bond certificate. It is understood from your office at bangalore that the bond certificate which was dispatched to my address was not received and hence the same was returned. I request you to kindly send the bond certificate at the earliest possible.

I was allotted IDFC Bonds TRANCHE 1/2011 with Buyback option (PAN AFRPG0808C). I was recently informed by Karvy that the the redemption warrant was sent to my communication address and the same was returned undelivered. Thereafter they asked me to send them the required documents to get the redemption proceeds in my bank account which I had sent and was received by them on 25-Nov-19. I was informed that the amount will be credit to my account in max 15-20 days and so far its not been credited. I have sent multiple emails to karvy but everytime I received generic reply. Request you to please help me on this

The undersigned did not receive any information regarding the buyback.
Therefore failed to send the certificate and do other formalities as may be required.

It's being approx 20 days mr vijay still not stopped the harrassment and hes still continues to call my colleague in office. I have been saying this multiple times that i am not denying to pay my pending dues but its just the delay happening. But idfc is not considering my request neither mr vijay is even little bothered and worried about the consequences what my family will go through if i fall ill or die because of his harrassment. Pls forum request to take action against him.

Respected forum, i am very scared but just stepping ahead and putting my life threating concern in front of you. I took the loan from idfc capital loan a/c no. 12988523. All emi were going on time but due unpredictable personal problems in family and later fell sick and daigonsed by dengue fever (Hospital bills available) and was hospitalized while delayed my emi's was in depression and under medications. During that portion i failed to pay my timely and now currently only 2 installments i am running behind (Emi pending: july 10658 august 10658). But honestly during this whole period i never missed any bank call or non of call from idfc capital calls i missed. I have all the recording of messages and calls that i received in abusive language from mr. Vijay gupta.[protected] and ms. Priya 49742524
Forum please hear my petition both of them have not only spoiled my name at my work, but also my home and now calling up my friends and references. They sent goons to my home and have attacked me and asking for money. They continously giving calls at my work place and pushing to humiliate me. But this is resulting in my job loss. Please correct me if i am wrong if they will do there best to humiliate and let the company throw me out then from where i am going to earn my bread butter and how i pay the remaining payments. They both shouting at my office front desk and used abusive language for her as well. I have always keep idfc team in loop regarding all my payments. This can happen with anyone but hitting and giving life threats have pulled me to you as my last petition. Please save me from them.
Looking forward to hear back from honurable forum and expect to have positive reply back.

Dear ig-infra,

I fail to understand why i need to submit the documents again for sending the bond to the same address.
Also my pan / address proof / bank details are same and if so why i need to provide the same again and again for a simple courier to be send again.
Also you need to note that i never received the same bond to the address as i am residing the same house then and now.
