I had booked to and fro Mumbai to Vapi tickets for[protected].

PNR Details of ticket are [protected] and [protected].

On cancellation of the above two tickets, the Free Cancellation Charge was not refunded.

I feel cheated, as it is not a small sum, Rs. 1479 and Rs 1437 respectively for both the tickets.

Request ixigo.com to refund my Free Cancellation Charge.

Hi there, as per the free cancellation terms and conditions IRCTC base fare is refunded in full and the IRCTC cancellation fee is waived. The base fare as per terms is already refunded and the benefit of the service is availed already hence the premium amount is non-refundable.     Booked two 1AC train tickets on 4th April-23, Vizag to Raipur. Successfully made payment of Rs 4221 through Phonepe but ticket not generated. tried customer care no +91 [protected] but it say number does not exits.

      UPI fraud

      I booked a train and I paid the full amount through my upi and transaction was successful but I waited for 7 minutes and I didn’t get the ticket so I tried again for the payment and in 2nd time I got the ticket. My money deducted 2 times for the same ticket so kindly assist me for the refund. As per my knowledge the first payment was fraud/scam because ixigo always requests for transaction in upi. So there are bugs in ixigo train application...

      Hi Team,

      I tried to book train ticket yesterday, at payment option i selected Gpay and made the transaction, after the transaction got complete, it again took me back to the payment page and no booking confirmation was given
      Even if i check in my account, i do not see any booking done, but money has been debited form my account.
      Rs. 1118.29 debited to VPA ixigo.[protected]@icici(UPI Ref No[protected]

      Kindly refund the money
      A real Bad experience

      I faced the same issue today I paid the amount but in first transaction the money debited but didn’t reflect on the ixigo app and 2nd time I paid and then after the ticket gets generated so I paid 2 times for same ticket

        I opted for "ixigo assured" while booking my ticket. But at the time of payment, amount deducted for "ixigo basic". And now, when I cancel my ticket, I'm not getting my full refund.
        On contacting the customer service, they say that though you selected "ixigo assured", as the money deducted while payment was only for "ixigo basic", you will have no benifits of assured.
        But how is this a mistake from my end?
        Please look into the issue and refund my full amount.

        Kindly note that the fare type cannot be changed automatically, it can be selected by the user after itinerary selection and vasic fare type was selected for this booking and hence ticket is cancelled with applicable charges, we regret however we do not see any issue on this at our end.

            On 20 march 2023 at 7:42 pm, I booked the ticket. the money was debited but there was no ticket received. if the booking is sucessfull then please send the ticket or please refund the money

              I Booked a ticket with UPI. Later which I changed the UPI ID and when I cancel the ticket that refund amount is transfer to old UPI ID. It's not credited in my current account. So it's my humble request to solve this problem.

                I booked a ticket from vikarabad to jasidih for 6 members and had to cancel it for some reason. I haven't gotten the refund yet.

                It was just that the Company delayed refunding process a little bit. However, the amount was refunded in the end.

                  Alliance air ticket was booked for travel on 11/03/2023 for the journey on 12/03/2023 from Hyderabad to Tirupati . Ticket was confirmed with PNR number MCKB2K . The ticket was cancelled at 11:51hrs and status shown as cancellation initiated. At 23:27hrs status showing cancellation pending. As the ticket was cancelled more than six hours prior to departure time (06:10hrs) of flight. The amount may please be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

                  Hi there, the ticket was cancelled on 11 Mar 2023 11:44:33 and the same time will be considard. As of now the ticket is cancelled and the refund is pending from the airline due to which the cancellation status on app must be pending however the ticket was cancelled as per the request raised.                       Today booked on indigo flyt through ixigo. From Dibrugah to kolkata on 15th of April . Booked through mob in the name of Arghamita Sen sarmah. After clear payment name appeared unknown name. Soon we lodge to complaint customer care but tickt has been cancelled and return money was half of the total money. Pnr no.                                   I made a booking on your website on 11/02/2023 and unfortunately, due to a buggy payment process, I was charged twice for the same booking. The second payment was unintentional and made by mistake.

                                  I kindly request a full refund of the second payment amount of 1529 INR as soon as possible.

                                  I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a quick resolution.
