We booked train tickets for 2 from Puducherry (PDY) to Tiruchirapalli (TPJ) for the 21st of May. The amount was debited, but the booking did not happen. Please return the amount, below mentioned are the transaction details.

    Flight ticket has been cancelled by the Thai airasia airline but still i did not get the refund yet.
    I booked this ticket from ixigo and ask for the refund they are saying connect with airline when i connected with airline they are saying you need to connect with ixigo as you booked ticket from ixigo.
    From last one month I am trying to reach out to both of them but still I did not get the resolution and still waiting for my refund as when I see the portal of both of them I saw flight has been scheduled.
    Because of that flight cancellation I have to booked the higher price ticket and so much problem I faced as that is end of the moment.
    Want to ask my refund and compensation against higher charges and inconvenience.

    purchased additional buggage from airiasia portal under this PNR#J24P9C and ticket has been booked from ixigo. I received the refund for the ticket and they deduct the airline cancellation charges of rs 236 and flight has been cancelled by airline.
    And still I did not receive the refund for additional buggage which I purchased directly from airline and while I contacted with ixigo they are saying you purchase from the airline you need to contact to airline and I contacted with airline they are saying this pnr belong to third party so you need to contact ixigo.

    Please help on this and provide my refund and with airline deductions which they deduct in ticket.

        - the flight has been cancelled by air lines (go first). Immediately asked for refund and it was committed to refund for the same. But till date, i didn't get any refund.

          In June 2022 ibooked a ticket but as of now I didn't got the refund

            I was trying to book train ticket. The money got deducted but the payment confirmation failed. I also cannot see this failed booking under failed payment booking section. Please refund me the money for the same. I have attached the relevant screenshots.

              Hi,

              I was booking a train ticket. My money got deducted but the payment didn't get confirmed. On top of it, the failed payment is now not reflecting in the failed trip section. Please refund me the money for the failed booking.

                Booked a ticket from hyderabad to bangalore today. Amount got debited but ixigo payment page expired and took me back to passenger details page. Kindly provide refund since no ticket has been booked.

                    Hi,
                    I am Ritul. Earlier i had booked a train ticket. I partially cancelled this train after three days of booking on 30 april 2023. After that there it is showing that the refund amount Rs 1995/- will be reflected on your account by 3 may 2023. I had used my UPI Id for the payment of this ticket. It was shown that the amount is returned to the source, but it isn't showing when i check the balance in Google pay. I hope your will surely look into this problem as soon as possible. Thank you

                      We tried booking a train from jaipur to Indore on 9th May around 8:30am and it said that the transaction has failed so we booked another ticket and it was successful after some time when we checked the money has been deducted from our account twice (₹3071+₹3071) please resolve this issue and refund amount of ₹3071 as soon as possible.

                        I have booked train tickets through ixigo app on 30-Apr.The booking numbers wereIXITRS[protected]
                        IXITRS[protected], which were cancelled in last minute.In their app it shows the amount was refunded but I didn't receive to my account and there is no proper response in customer care the automatic chat service not giving any proper replies.I need my money back.

                          My Name is Kevin John, and my ticket Payment ID is 1C7EPIT25HXS7FTQWJG. Attached the screenshot for details. I have cancelled the ticket before the journey and was supposed to recieve the refund by 23 april 2023. In the app it says refund complete but i have not yet recieved any refund till date. Not even able to chat with a support agent as all i am able to connect with an AI chat bot Tara which keeps on saying refund is complete. I tried reaching out to the team via ixigo's official twitter handle and no proper response for their side as well. They keep on saying wait for few more days or weeks as its a payment gateway issue and no other response. Kindly look into this issue and resolve the same on priority as it has been more than 3 weeks and ixigo does not even have a proper customer service to register complaints

                            Flight booked with pnr N4I3SL is cancelled by the airlines and they have refunded the amount to the agency which is ixigo through which i booked ticket but ixigo denying that they have not received any update from the ailines yet regarding refund amount.
                            I have called airlines customer support executive and confirmed from them that they have already refunded amount to the agency(ixigo) and they also shared me refund confirmation mail on my mail id which i am attaching here, please take action on ixigo and ask them to refund my money as soon as possible.

                            Pnr N4I3SL flight cancelled but ixigo didn't refund my money even after airlines has refunded money back to them that same day only, they are not responding anything, always saying its pending from airline end but airline has refunded and send confirmation mail to me already which i am attaching here for your reference

                              I have booked a train ticket on April 19 and it got cancelled automatically because of waiting list, so the app shows refund was completed by 24 april but today it is may 6 the amount is not reflected in my account yet. I tried contacting through chat and call but no helpful response
