Jeeves are cheating customer, it is written any electrical part if damaged by voltage fluctuations will be covered under total protection plan, I am using Motorola refrigerator which suddenly stopped working... jeeves technician found refrigerator's drier filter is faulty which is a part of electrical system of compressor of refrigerator and also connected to capacitor.
Refrigerator stopped working since 19/5/22, raised complaints 20/5/22, today is 28/5/22, only once a inefficient technician came on 21/5/22 who concludes to jeeve support team that drier filter is not electrical part ( however he told me it is part of capacitor which damaged due to voltage fluctuations.)
Now jeeves don't send any other technician to solve the issue, and told me that part is not under total protection plan, as it is plastic part and not falls under refrigerator electrical part. Cheap business, 9 th day passed, refrigerator is standing idle not working... Please don't trust Jeeves and buy any such policy from them. They don't have any parts and charges customer with creating false information by name of inefficient technician... They don't reply over mails and no positive response over phone. Jeeves doesn't repair or refund for faulty part since 10 days, refrigerator stopped working since last Thursday 19/5/2022, technician came on 21/5/22 and took pic, still then no one came and repair the refrigerator, whenever i called jeeves they told the spare parts is dispatched, but no technician with nothing still came back and repair, more over jeeves technician marked damaged drier filter is not a part of compressor which he told myself was a part of capacitor which was damaged by voltage fluctuations. I don't know the how much time it will take for jeeves to repair the refrigerator under total protection plan, today is 10 th day. No positive response from them. No senior technician review either done even after several requests, writing mails, calls have no results fo far, they even refused to send technician 1 more time to evaluate the situation and cross check actually what part is damaged and gives me proper documents in writing so that i can make arrangements locally if jeeves technician could not repair or arrange the damaged part.
Sharing you screenshot of jeeves policy term and conditions which says any part damaged due to voltage fluctuations will be repaired with in 16 days.
Mails from me to jeeves asking the technician re visit and sharing the damaged part's pics, but no resolution provided,
Please stop doing such wrong business

Today is 31/5/22 still no resolution or senior technician visit provided, refrigerator stopped working since 19/5/22. It's motor is not starting. But jeeves fails to send any senior technician apat from an inefficient technician on 21/5/22, who gave wrong information that refrigerator's cooling is low which is not correct cause refrigerator was power off since 19/5/22 which I mentioned in complaints on 20/5/22 after that it never started. 2ndly the technician wrongly updated that damaged dryer filter is a plastic part wheather it is part of electrical components of motor and metal part.

Today is 31st, may, 22, no resolution or technician visit still now. Refrigerator stopped working since 19/5/22

    I have purchased jeeves completed mobile protection plan and I have raised claim under this. I have made payment of Rs.1000 on 12th May 2022 but till date no confirmation has been received nor my claim status has been proceed further. Every time I ask and mail to Jeeves, they give one reply that "We are facing some technical issue while updating your claim. Kindly bear with us for 2 business day." Now 15 days has been passed but still I am not able to get any update.

      My Marq smart 43 inches led tv was picked up on 10th March for repair under complete protection plan. But i haven't received back my product back. Customer support in not providing proper update. They just update that product is under repair . Now for each mail they are responding to connect to support team and support team is not responding

          Dear sir/Madam,
          I had purchased 8kg MarQ front load washing INR 21690.00 in Nov 2020 on[protected] also I had Purchased the 2 years extended warranty from Jeeves Customer Services and in Dec 2021 washing machine was not working properly getting loud noise so I raised complaint on Jeeves Customer Services on[protected] and technician was came and told that the washing machine is not repairable. So jeeves consumer services customer care executives took the consent from me about refund option and sanctioned the refund Rs 17352.00 (80% of total value of product). and product picked up after two days. after that i got the link for the payment but link was not working showing that "link is cancelled", I informed the issue to the Jeeves services through phone, They told that you will get another link in two days. but not received the link. Then again i asked about the link after five days, then they told me that due to technical issue there is the problem with link generation. After eight days they told me that send the bank details for manual ( NEFT) refund with scan copy of cancelled bank cheque. Then i have sent the bank details with scanned copy of cheque through email. I received the confirmation mail of about the bank detalis & told that i will get the manual refund in my account through NEFT. But i didn't get the refund by manual or through link. After multiple reminder through phone and email i didn't get the refund till date. Now they are only giving assurance from last five months that you will get the refund amount, but till date they are not giving the sanctioned refund amount. so kindly do the needful for getting the sanctioned refund amount at earliest.

              I bought a nokia laptop on 9th sep, 2021 and 2 yrs jeeves complete laptop protection plan, i raised multiple queries in feb as my laptop screen got partially damaged accidentally which was covered in the warranty but despite repeated mails & calls to the consumer care, i didn't receive any call from their end and today i called them to complain again regarding the same but to my surprise the old one has been mentioned as resolved.                 I ordered Mi 4A PRO TV from Flipkart[protected] and added extended warranty (full protection) for 3 years from Jeeves Consumer Services. i noticed a small black dots (Check attached images) in TV display (No other complaints) on april 2022.So registered complaint to Jeeves (CPFK[protected] Claim ID is CLCPM[protected]. After that Jeeves technician's come twice. The first visit of jeeves technician, he opened and closed the TV. When he closing time occurred some cracks in the display and the half of the TV display did not work. He said the display will be replaced in a week. After the second visit of jeeves technician, the TV display was fully damaged (He opened the TV) and he told the display had some cracks would be replaced. i got a call from jeeves, told that the display has accidental damage and refund "3000rs" will be give. i try to contact Jeeves Consumer Services many times, but they are not taking proper actions and foolish to me. Actually the accident has been caused due to the technician's actions. Full working condition TV to change fully damaged TV (After the 2 technician visits).i will not accept the 3000rs refund, i spend 11K for my TV..I want the TV display in full working condition.Due to the actions of technician's, the TV was fully damaged.

                  I have purchased SAMSUNG AC from Flipkart (Incident: IN[protected]

                  and Complete Protection Plan(2 Years) from Jeeves Services.
                  i raised a request with Jeeves consumer services and they had sent the technician to check up the issue with it. After checking the issue the technician said that there is some issue PCB and he had raised a request to replace the PCB
                  Than struggling after almost a month i got a call from Flipkart and Jeeves that my AC cannot be repaired and you will get refund but Struggling to get refund after Flipkart made promise for refund but was not done after 45 days
                  Kindly help here

                        I have Realme 7 mobile, which got a screen damaged repair before 6 months. Again on 6 May 2022 unfortunately due to unknown issue their was screen problem.
                        I called to customer care same day and got confirmation that it will be again repaired and if it is not software issue, than I have to pay Rs1000 for repair. I agreed and mobile has been picked up on 9 May 2022.
                        I got an email that it is physical Screen damage and I have to pay Rs.1000 un-refundable. I replied instantly that I am ready to pay the said amount, as my business is affecting badly without my mobile.
                        Jeeves took 10 days and everytime replied that there is some technical issue and they will resolve my case soon.
                        Suddenly yesterday I received a call from Jeeves stating that my handset cannot be repaired as the same damaged was repaired 6 months back, wherein Jeeves plan was about 2 damaged services.

                        I emailed to CEO-Kalyan Krishnamurthy of Flipkart, but not received a single acknowledgement.

                        I am planning to move to consumer court for such type of irresponsible service and wasted my 14-15 days.

                          This is adv paras arora from saharanpur. I have purchased a window ac of hitachi 1.5 ton capacity from flipkart which is delivered on dated 11/05/2022. The installation date was 13/05/2022. I have continues called from 13 may 2022. But again and again the owner ([protected]) told me to wait again and again. Two times i have closed my office as he said that we are coming but then no response. One time he said that installation will be done in afternoon. That time i was in office so i replied that adjust this in evening. After that i have called more then 20 times but neither he picked the call nor response through back call. What is this. If you don't want provide installation. Its ok. Just give me simple reply. I have attached the screen shot of my phone calling history which cleared the outgoing history. This is totally harassment. Yester the technician boy mr. Sahil said sir sorry tomarrow it will be done in first time of morning. Then no response. Now no sorry is sufficient. Kindly take note of that an a strict action request is demanded by me.

                            Hi Team,
                            I had purchased a real me tv (43 inches) from flipkart on 12 August 2020,
                            i had also purchased the Complete TV Protection Plan(3 Years) available on Flipkart from Jeeves Consumer Services. Now After 1.5 years o[censored]sing the TV, suddenly a black horizontal line is coming at the bottom of the TV.
                            So i raised a request with Jeeves consumer services and they had sent the technician to check up the issue with it. After checking the issue the technician said that there is some issue with the panel and he had raised a request to replace the panel.
                            Than after 2-3 days i got a call from Jeeves that my tv cannot be repaired and they will be providing the refund which is too low.
                            also i checked with Real me service centre and they said that the panel is available and can be replaced but Jeeves is not getting agree to repair my TV and asking me to take a refund only. I had already raised a complaint 2-3 times but there is no resolution for the same.

                            can u please help in this case

                              I was keep on tracking with flipkart for the installtion my installation suppose to be done on 11th may still I didn't receive a sms or any update regarding installation how long I could wait for installtion spending lot of money without getting any response is to weird could you please arrange someone and do my need ASAP

                                I have registered complain against Jeeves on consumer complaints web site on 9 may 2022 and after two days the complain is not solved but at the web site consumer complaints is showing solved the problem.
                                So request you kindly check with Jeeves the problem is not solved it's still pending.. I have all the mail replied from Jeeves support.
                                Pl. Don't buy any material from Flipkart because Jeeves is the company of Flipkart..

                                  This service supposed to get addressed by 10 as per your 72 hours promise however from the last 5 days I am calling you guys again and again to get a resolution on this.

                                  Everytime the agent responded with an excuse and apologize for this

                                  I had enough of this now I am filing a case in the consumer court also i have recorded the call and post the same scenario on Facebook mouthshut.com

                                    On 18th April 2022, my iffalcon 55K2A 4K LED TV in Jeeves extended warranty just would not turn on. I raised an extended warranty claim on 19th April. The Jeeves technician checked and the TV was taken for repair on 21st April. Thereafter I was told it would take 14 days for repair. However, it has been more than 20 days now with no resolution in sight. All I got was a video of a half repaired TV with red lines on right hand side of the screen which was unacceptable.
                                    The claim id is CLJPF[protected]

                                    I request for a refund in line with terms of the Jeeves extended warranty policy.

                                      Hello team,

                                      I was assigned with a technician to repair the washing Machine from Jeeves, the technician visited and collected visiting charges + spare part charges from me and went, he came back again with a used spare part, when i denied to get it, he kept the washing machine open and went off, he never came back.

                                      I tried to call him from past 3 weeks, he just keep on rescheduling the date.

                                      Tried to call jeeves customer support, they said that the ticket is closed with some other reasons. Jeeves team never connected with me before closing the task.

                                      Its been 3 weeks, washing machine is in open condition.
