Send defective parts

Out tv was not working, which was in warranty period. so asked for service they send a technician and then they said they will send one part and do the service but after almost 1 month they send a part today which is not working now saying it'll take more time ....

Delay in processing of refund

I raised a service issue with Jeeves for a tv that is covered under extended warranty in early April. After numerous visits to repair the tv the technicians are clueless and continued to replace parts one after the other. In early May I was contacted by Jeeves support saying that the parts are not available and asked me if I want to opt for a refund of eligible (70%) amount. Jeeves are cheating customer, it is written any electrical part if damaged by voltage fluctuations will be covered under total protection plan, I am using Motorola refrigerator which suddenly stopped working... jeeves technician found refrigerator's drier filter is faulty which is a part of electrical system of compressor of refrigerator and also connected to capacitor.
Refrigerator stopped working since 19/5/22, raised complaints...

Tv picked up for repair has not been returned Till now
