I have raised repair request on 23-Oct-2021, initially jeeves team asked to wait for 7 working days. After 7 days also there was no response from them. I am trying to call to customer care from 1-Nov-2021 onwards, they are saying that we escalated the issue and we will get 2 workings days.
I am calling to customer care every 2 Days and i am getting same response and asking me to wait 2 working days.

I have been taking continuous follow ups since 20th October, 2021 to Jeeves customer service for my bosch washing machine water leakage issue. They are not giving any warranty or service after the product get complaint.people are already having traumatic experience with their services.do something team...

Jeeves team installed our new purchase of Kodak TV last year in September and very cleverly sold us an extended warranmty till 2023. However a few days ago the TV malfunctioned and this company, instead of sending a technician home, is dealing with us over E Mails, with a response time 48 hours on E Mail.
