Poor service

Post warranty, I am having repeated repairs with my k10 mobile, I have taken it to the service centre at least 3-4 times, but to no avail. I am tired of giving it for repair again and again, more the time and effort. In service I have paid almost the cost of the mobile itself.

What is to be done, it has passed warranty by a year, now what is to be done....

Bad service

Not Functioning properly

Not working during warranty period

My Karbonn Handset K336 is not working due to PCB compalint. I submitted for servicing at Karbonn care, Thiruvananthapuram on 13th june 2011. So far it is not serviced as on 15th July. So many times contacted through Phone and e-mail. Always getting same reply 'spare is not available call after two days'. Bad Service

I Took Karbon KC 750, Within 5 months there was problem with Display, Battery, Keypad and Camera.
I went to Karbon Service, they couldn't solve my problem and top of it there service is disgusting.
Though I visited several times they want me to come later by making phone call which they dont answer.

Facing worst company customer service.
