From the day i have bought this mobile, it is giving problem on 2nd day only i visited vijay sales, vasai, instead of replacing mobile they diverted to service center, I have raised complaint earlier also, but no one has called yet, several times we have send it to service center, every time it is formatted & given back problem is not solved yet, it works for 2days & problem re occurs

even service center dont give any document of job done,

i believe the hand set sold to us is defective one, want replacement now

I have bought a mobile from delhi which is under warranty now it is having charging problem.i am living in ranchi and tried to contact service centres but no response has been respnose is given.kindly look into the matter if the warranty period expires it will be the fault of company.i have tried to call at service cetres many times and visited them myself but the staff says the service centre has been shifted.these are adresses tht i have seen

I have purchased LAVA Pixel V2 in feb-16 from the shop at ghatkpoar, mumbai-400077. but unfortunately the problem starts in 4 months.

1) in middle of june-16, speaker problem arises.i.e.i can't hear voice nor my voIce can be heard by opposite person.i have send phone to you service centre thru shop at which i have purchased.they have returned it in end of july-16 saying problem is solved.

But next day same problem starts. again i have given to your sevice centre in mid aug-16 for repairing.they have returned it in after one monthi.e in sept-16 saying problem is solved.

yes, that problem was solved but in my bad luck in few days another problem of software arises.i.e.without toching mobile, all application automatically starts. again i approach service centre thru the shop in nov-16.
(since i was busy in oct-16)
I have sent my mobile 2-3 times till date but unfortunately till date my problem is not solved.

Looking to all above seriously please lodge my complaint and replace mobile hand set immediately.

My picxl v2 is not working properly I am giving this mobile phone to your service senter last 3 to 4 time for serviceing but my problem they not swalve.

First problem is hitting

And they create the new display problem.

Second problem is.

Phone working is so slowly that not working properly as per phone RAM and processer.

I bought Lava Iris 870 from Abu Dhabi and since the day I bought it, some applications were not working. like You Tube, Google Map and You tube in chrome. I visited Jumbo Service Centre finally and they changed the motherboard on first visit. After that also, same issue continued. I visited three times to their service centre and still it is not working properly. The phone is still with them and what I know from them that it has been escalated to you. My lava X11 4G phone's touchpad is not smooth...it is very very very bad.some time it not working properly...it's sound quality is very bad and very low while in high volume...it's system is not working properly...it become hang...while 4G data on unwanted external apps are automatically installed with out installation by me...and phone become hang..some time phone become hang and show sound recorder, desktop theam, game assistant, flash light app are not responding and become hang... even once formatting of my phone by me show same problem..so plz replace my touch pad and sound quality..take some step to overcome that above problem..

I purchased a Lava ARC 105 phone 2 days ago. I wanted it to serve as a backup to my smartphone in case its not working . The phone cannot type english alphabets. Whenever i press any key it just types the number, no matter how may times you press the key, i won't type the alphabet. It does not allow me to save any contact or type a message. I purchased it for just 1000 rs, the amount is not huge but it has been wasted. This is simply looting people.

I have bought Lava A79 gold on 1st Nov 16, on the next day i complained about the problem, vijay sales people diverted us to service center, we insisted replacement but service center people assured that it will not be repeated, even thay didn't gave any document, which can clarify about the repair, in this two months i visited thrice to service center, but problem is not rectified yet

this is to inform you that I am Sashanka Pramanik I was given a handset for repairing to S.B communication at Berhampore, murshidabad, WB & work oder no. is[protected]. They are told within 4 days handset problem will be solve but today they are told you have to be wait for some time spare parts is not available at our house, these will be come from Delhi.
please do needful step as regard this issue.

I bought a lava A97 which gave above mentioned problem after a week only. The service centre provided DOA and I got a new set which also giving same problem within 36 hrs. Also the back button gets auto used and the work is stopped which I was doing. One thing is that this problem is always encountered when phone is switched on when once it is off.
Please help me out at your earliest.

I am disappointed after purchasing your Lava X11 on 19/09/16 and i am facing the several problem since then among which the problem of "network reset during call" is the major and a serious issue, I contacted to the service center regarding the same several time with under mention workorder respectively:[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] at SC “Padmawati communication, Agra”. The phone is still in service center for the same issue (WO no.[protected] Dt. 24/12/16). During it they can change software, Change PCB Twice, and Network Cable too but the problem is still same. I called to customer care also for the same (Complain No. 1977149 Dt. 24/12/16) regarding the same and requested for the replacement of handset as because the handset was not repairable still after 3 operations. And issue was remaining same. But I can’t get any reply against the same till date.

I bought a lava iris mobile in month of March 2016 from Hotspot outlet Bhajanpura, after purchasing of 15 days it has not working. for this issue i submitted in service center at Rohini. then service center returned me this mobile after 15 days. but same as above, after 15 days again problem. it has been done 5 times in this period. and right now my mobile is not working. Even i complaint in customer care also.

Kindly suggest me what i will do. May i go to consumer court or LAVA company will change my Mobile.

Hi, this is manish and i have purchased a handset from flipkart model name lava x81 mobile phone. Flipkart order id is od[protected]. When i was receive the phone, i checked its rear camera 13mp was blur. Camera have auto focus issue that why its capturing blur images. I requested to flipkart to return this product and please deliver me a new product but they sent a technician and he sent a report to flipkart that camera is blur and issue has been resolved.
Now i submitted my phone to lava care khora colony labour chowk near sector 58 noida 201301 and work order no is :[protected] on[protected].
Today i called to customer care and spoke person confirmed that my phone has been repaired. I received my phone and check that back camera is blur and front camera capturing redissh picture.
Now what should i do? This is new phone and even i don't insert sim in it. How lava is irresponsible? I can't believe that lava is a indian brand. And you people are behaving like that with your customers, well who the hell i am to teach you that how to work.
I just want to know that what is solution of my lava x81 mobile phone. Please check the attached images for samples

Customer care executive have not answer properly and not satisfy the customer requirement. The lava customer care is totally worst service.

I brought 499 rs headset of lava brand. After that the head phone get damage so i given for replacement warranty after they give me 399 headset. And then i asked customer executive there's not proper answer with them. He's only skip the call
