I bought livpure star plus ro on date 23rd oct 2017, on this product 3 preventive maintenance are free as per company offer.

Company did 1st pm on month april-2018 but 2nd
Pm still pending even after i call multiple days to costomer care & cc responding me every time "sir your pm is still due & we raised your concern on high priority" but after that no call for pm, cc also provided me bangluru area manager contect no but that is switched off when ever i called on that numbe.

So kindly look into tha matter & reslove it asap.

I bought livpure because sachin t. With livpure, now i am thinking whether that was my mistake when i bought it 🤔.

Still pending my RO PM .

I think livpure team wants that buy annual maintenance pack but when he not provided me a good service in warranty period so how can i trest him.

Please suggest me what should i do now .

    Sir i purchased a RO from livpure on 23/05/2016. After One year i extended the AMC for one year up to 23/05/18. After this i extended the warranty AMC for three more years in 9500 rs. This period started from 23/05/18 to 23/05/2021 . As per company rules service should be provided to customer after 110 days, but there is no call from company even after 165 days. When i called company says this is system problems what we do. Sir i paid 9500 rs. in advance than there was no problem in company system. Sir from last one, month i used Bislery bottles due to some allergic problems in my family. Company send service person only after my complaints and up to this time i suffered a lot. Sir please help me how can i get back my 9500 .

        I (Sheethal kumar) purchased touch 2000+ in 12/9/2016 in bangalore yelahanka new town and even it is just completed 2 years we are not getting quality of water after filtration. As your representative advice we changed the filter already 3 time and even last service 3 months back installed new filter. And now if we call to customer care they are not taking any action and telling once again to change the filters. So please take necessary action and

          I think company doesn't care after service. Regarding my livpure service i tried reaching out to customer care, never could connect. I registered call back multiple times, that also didn't work.
          At least have some courtesy on the customers who spent big money and bought your products.
          We can't stop our job and continuously keep on reaching out to you. My initial complaint number is js[protected].

            I have brought the purifier 3 months back and it was working fine. From last week the purification process became very slow and the tank was not getting filled even if we turn it on for 10 hours continuously where in earlier it was taking 30-40 minutes to fill the 7 ltr tank.

            I have tried calling the customer care 'n' number of times but it was not getting connected to the support team instead the call was getting disconnected saying "all the customer support engineers are busy and we will arrange a call back soon". I haven't got any call back. Finally after one week of continuous attempt i got the call connected to customer care once.
            I have told them the issue and they registered a compliant. One person who came to my home has replaced the sediment filter and asked me money 450 rs which i have denied to give since the customer care person already told me not pay anything. He has finished the work and water started getting purified fast, he left within 10 minutes by fixing it. Once he left the tank got filled in 20 minutes and it was not getting filled after that. The full tank light got turned permanently and didn't get turned off even after the tank got emptied. Purification was not happening at all (No inflow or out flow) i have called that person immediately but he told his shift got over and cant help today. He promised come and check it next day morning but he didn't come. I called him again and again and he was telling some excuses.

            I called customer care and again the same experience. Call was not connecting at all. After 2 hours of attempt i could get connect one person and he registered another complaint. Till the time the engineer was fixing the issue at-least we were getting water though it was taking time. Now no water at all. They are telling 48 hours to solve this. We have paid and brought this item to get good water, what we are supposed to drink for 48 hours?. We are having cauvery water only in our home then how come sediment filter got blocked in 3 months? Why the sediment can't get cleared by itself like other company water purifiers?

            Today the 2nd Engineer who has came to fix the issue caused by the 1st Engineer has changed one more filter and he has told that the the first person didn't give the connection to UV filter properly. When he has connected it the purifier started working. I don't know why he has replaced UV filter though it started working. He left the houses and after 20 minutes the purifier started overflowing from all the sides . Water started coming out of the purifier from all sides like waterfalls. I turned it off and called the service agency and the engineer, they have assured me that they will fix it in 30 minutes. Nothing happened even after 2 hours. It is really a bad experience from a customer point that the service providers are making new problems instead of fixing it. I also don't know when will it get fixed and what is the next thing going to happen.

              I had registered a complaint with livepure customer care service that my livepure pep ro not working properly. Their technician visit my home replaced a set of filters membrane and other segment & charge me average price 5000. Often completely the repair quality of water as check & confirmed by the livepure technician, after using the machine for 2 days ro not working not supply purifier water i again complaint with livepure customer care their technician visit my home, check the machine & say machine pipe not set perfect & thok thak kiya. After 2 days again ro machine not working. I again again complaint livepure company but not respond me. Not solving my problem. So i again complaint jago grahak jago consumer complaint my grievance number 978328 i see what happens next

                Worst experience ever. Even after calling so many times no engineer turned up for the service due. And when i call customer care they don't even transfee their calls to manager neither they call back. There is no one to take matter seriously. I will be filing case against company for the illeness of my family due to contaminated water because of livpure water purifier.

                They even don't have correct bill details...my product was under warranty when I called but they rejected the call from backend and now they say they will charge for the service.This company is just here to make money and customer representatives are very rude.One of the them is Anil from senior ex department.

                  Total worst experience, fraud fake company not respond to your complaint. Cheater service fake duplicate product. Mostly time ro not working after change everything filters membrane. Cheat your money. Wasted time. After spend 5000 ro not working. Don't buy livepure at any cost. I change every filters every part in this ro but after 2 day problem started ro not working his technician say membrane jiska cost 2500 h ka koi guarantee nae to ye 2500 ka membrane 450 rs ka sara filter milakr 5000 khrch kr do 2 din me khrab.                     I have made compresive maintenance contract with livepure for my envy+ water purifier.

                    Last two times, i told at the time of booking serivce request as well as to service engineer that taste of water has changed, tap has broken and there is leakage of water. But, they say that next time engineer will do. No engineer come forward to solve the problem.

                    I have paid rs.11000 for serivce contract against new machine cost is rs.14000/-. Still they are not give attentiion to our requests.
                    I need to take up the matter with consumer court.

                      Hello scammers,
                      This is in reference to the complaint number js[protected].
                      Technician came to my house for the free service check up and took 1125/- rs from us in the name of part replacementwhich were already covered under my amc.

                      On conforming from local company floor manager mr. Abhishek, gave me false information about my amc and forced us to pay for the parts.

                      Basically i was under the impression that, my 2350 rs partial amc gives me 2 times replacement for carbon sediment and outer filter (Within a span of one year),
                      But this time first the technician came late to my home for 3rd official service and then later took money from us. This is a fraud which these companies are running under livpure name.

                      Until today i havent recieved any call or feedback on the issue. I want my money back. And now i want an apology form this fraud guy abhishek who sits in rajveer enterprise service aliganj lucknow.

                        मेने लिवपयूर वेब साइट से ऑनलाइन आरो वॉटर सिस्टम धर के लिए 17.09.2018 को ऑर्डर किया था। मेरे को वो 10 दिन के बाद 27.09.2018 को सामान प्राप्त हुआ। तब से लेके आज तक मेरा आरो लिवपयूर की और से धर मे फिट नहीं हुआ हे॰ मे हररोज कस्टमर केर मे फोन करके थक गया लेकिन वहसे एक ही जवाब मिलता हे की सर जल्द ही हम फिटटिंग करा लेंगे। और ईमेल मे तो वो लोग कुछ रिप्लाइ भी नहीं देते हे। मेरा ईमेल लिस्ट पूरे ये मेल के साथ हे।
                        मेने लिवपयूर मे प्रॉडक्ट खरीदने के टाइम पर ऑनलाइन पेमेंट 9199/- भी कर दिया हे। अब मे लिवपयूर की और से देरी होने की वजह से और सर्विस टाइम पर न देने की वजह से उनका प्रॉडक्ट वापस करना चाहता हु। आप कृपा मुजे मदद करे।

Then livepure technician visit my home & change everything filters, membaring, carbon filter & every machine. I paid approximately 5000 bill but after 2 day water quality also change very bad quality water we obtain. He used 2 nd hand cheap quality products. Old repair filters in new package. Very worst service maintenance & quality products.

                            Hi founding team of livepure,

                            I have purchased livpure water purifier pro+ last year, due to changes in water taste, i raised a request in sep. 2017. After following up with customer care, finally technician from livepure visited my place on september 16, 2017. His name was jatin (A turban guy).. He checked up everything then came to conclusion that filter needs to be replaced for that i need to pay for it. Then, he pitched for amc then accordingly convinced me to buy amc for 3 years at the cost of 10, 000 (Offer price). Straight away, i said yes to his proposal (Trusting the authenticity of livepure team. Lucky, i transferred the money through paytm considering that it may help to get a proof of it.

                            So, one year it went well as whenever i called them.. They came up on time and repair the ro requirement. But from last one month, i am trying hard to contact the service center but couldn't get through as all numbers are not reachable but i have the personal no of technician mr. Jatin who sold the amc to me at that time.. His no is [protected]/[protected].

                            I called up jatin, in the staring he refused to take my calls but when i tried from different no. He finally picked up my call. I told him that i am going to police station to file the complaint and customer court. He got panicked and told me share the concerned person details asap.

                            Now, no is respponding to my calls as all numbers have been changed. This is totally fraud.

                            I may request you to kindly take a strict action and return my amc amount. Or else, i need to take legal action against the company and the founders.

                            Have attached the necessary documents for your reference.

                              Duirng preventive maintenance the LIV pure guy told that the membrane is leaking and it need to be replaced. He made an order four days ago and said that by tomorrow or latest by day after tomorrow it will be changed. Five days have elapsed and i am following up with service gut to customer care to area manager and running from pillar to post. I highly recommend not to go for AMC as in case of any fault where the parts are to be changed new part will arrive late while with the amount of AMC one can easily get it replaced from the market. Very bad service too annoying and anguished. Why is Sachin Tendulkar promoting such a irresponsible company...

                                I have made my valuable investment into livpure though reputed competitors are offering similar featured products at the same price seeing one year free maintenance service offered by them for free assuming that they are committed to the customer.

                                But, all the issues that i have faced from the first week of installation of the product and i have spent almost 6 months spent out of one year warranty time raising complaints following up with technical team to get them addressed which almost resulted a gross loss of six months mineral water investment (25rs per can * 30 days each month * 6months) and fully disappointed and fed up with the service on the complaint and followups i am doing even before few days of warranty closing due to lack of spares with technicians and whatever reasons i have faced during the entire fuss several times.

                                    Such a pathetic service livpure has never knew! I'm helpless but think of abusing the whole cs staff at livpure "inefficient & lack of empathy" my complaint hasnt been resolved yet since a month now.

                                    Need refund + 15 * 100rs for water = 1500 till 08th sep. Pathetic such # i hv bought

                                    The product was faulty since day 1 & their staff has numerous reasons to deny the same in last 6 months 7 service staff has visited.

I had a complaint o[censored]r product regarding non function of the beep alarm which is supposed to be stop as soon as it starts filtering but it use to sound continuously. The technician came nd disconnected that indicater permanently in order to avoid the replacement. When i came to notice i registered th complaint again and he replaced the concerned equipment. No. [protected] who have several frenchies of others purifying products who tells not to buy amc from the company but buy from me i will give u less price i have products of all companies

                                        This is to inform you that the service from livpure is not up to the mark and it is very frustrating to follow up with your customer care team, area service manager and service engineers. I purchased livpure ro pep + which i received from flipkart and got it installed last year on 13th of august, 2018 and it worked fine till last month and since july 2018 the service team and customer care had changed my experience of being a nice customer to an irate and frustrated customer who is calling customer care then to the local service engineer and when no one is listening then contacting the local service provider and when not acknowledged by them also, calling back to customer care and taking the number of the area service manager of allahabad and calling him back again for help but none was able to help and got the issue resolved, now for the last one month i have been purchasing 4 canister of packaged drinking water from a local water seller and fulfilling the needs of my family.

                                        On 10th of july 2018, an automatic generated call from customer care came to me for preventive maintenance in which they would be changing the carbon filter and the sediment filter, i was fortunate that they gave a call because the problem generated with the ro was that it was not able to fill the tank and continuously wasting the water from the blue outlet pipe so i thought of getting it repaired (Js[protected] allocated on 10/07/2018), the service engineer came on 11th july 2018 and changed both carbon and sediment filter and took the happy code by saying that now it will work fine and closed the case immediately.

                                        Again on 13th july 2018 i filed a complaint that the ro is not working with the complaint number js[protected] on 13/07/2018 and allocated to shanti enterprise allahabad and closed on 13/07/2018 which i don’t remember what happened on that day as i was not at home to check the ro.

                                        The tank of ro started filling but the taste of the water was bland like a tap water so i filed a complaint again with customer care toll free number with ref. No. Js[protected] on 22/07/2018, i was out of station in new delhi, they might called me up but due to roaming or no network issue they were not able to reach me over the phone and also didn’t take the pain to visit my place which is in the heart of the city. The service engineer cancelled the complaint automatically without taking much pain on 23/07/2018 with a reason ‘refuse to pay’.

                                        Now it is becoming frustrating for me because for the last 15 days my family is ordering water from outside, again coming back from new delhi i filed a complaint with the customer care team on 25/07/2018 with the ref. No. Js[protected] and it was allocated to shanti enterprises allahabad. Nobody reverted and on 30/07/2018 i received an sms that the case has been allocated to lallan prasad maurya phone number [protected], nobody reverted and again i received an sms on 01/08/18 with the same request number js[protected] that the case has been allocated to shanti enterprises allahabad, in between i had a word with the customer care team on toll free number and got the number of the area service manager mr. Anupam pandey and i gave him numerous of calls he conferenced the call with whosoever was concerned, with multiple people (I don’t know the name of them) but lastly mr. Yogender singh, a service engineer of livpure visited my place on 04/08/2018 to change some parts, where carbon and sediment filter has been changed and now there are some other parts to be changed which was not in the stock of the service center, so the service engineer mr. Yogender singh visited and changed the respective part but he so much emphasized on giving happy code before service and before changing the part that my elder sister called me up when got irritated because of his rude behavior and not servicing the unit without giving happy code so i called him up and got irritated with his behavior and refused to give happy code without checking the machine myself, so somehow after long ill discussion between the service engineer and me, he repaired the unit and i promised to give him the happy code the next morning means the morning of 05/08/2018 but amazingly i received an sms regarding the closure of the case js[protected] on saturday, 04/08/2018 at 06:43 pm, just after he left my premises.

                                        Still my family is not able to use the ro till my approval as i left to a nearby place on 05/08/2018 morning and returned back on 06/08/2018 midnight and when today on 07/08/2018 i checked the ro unit it is leaking from all the side the water is coming out from the ro and still the tank is getting filled and the ro is wasting the precious water from the blue outlet pipe, the problem is unresolved and remains the same since 10/07/2018.

                                        For the last one month approx. My family is buying water from outside market, this lead to monetary loss, frustration, mental agony and what not!

                                        None was able to help with my problem neither the livpure area manager mr. Anupam pandey, multiple service engineers who visited my place including the ill-behovioured mr. Yogender singh nor the customer care team. Today i am in a great distress and facing issues with my drinking water, i called up the customer care and they said to contact livpure by emailing my complaint.

                                        Please take this as final written complaint from my side before legal proceedings and also inform the kind of compensation i am eligible to.

                                        I purchased Livpure LIV-PEP-PRO-PLUS through flipkart on 10th of July 2018,

                                        After few days it is making so much noise, after that I tried to contact to livpure but they are not giving any response, it is always busy whenever I tried to call them, please help me resolve my issue asap.
