Livpure touch 2000+ has been installed in my home 6 months back, and on an average every month it has complaint registered with your customer care.

This time again it has problem, filter get burst out and water flooding out of your magic box. Could you please explain that warranty period will be given for lifetime or exchange this box with any good quality water purifier.

I am very disappointed by your junk box. I am worried after warranty period will be expired then i would not be able to afford your magic box maintenance charge.

    My livpure product making me to visit this page often. Yes, again an issue. Now it's an new problem. Product is not working periodically. It's been only 6 months now it's 3rd time getting fault in my livpure. Bought it for 11, 000 it event last for 6 months. Please take necessary action on this and change my product in warranty period. Requesting your fast response.

      I am maj jay singh. I got livpure touch plus ro installed on 27 aug 16.

      I have requested for preventive maintenance (As promised by company at the time of installation) on various occasions on 7 apr 17, 6 jul 17, 25 jul 17 & 8 aug 17.

      Service request numbers are provided as above.

      I have also spoken on various occasions on mobile no provided in confirmation sms ie [protected].

      After prolonged requests of 5 months, technician (Or so called engineer) from livpure mr madhusudan (Mobile no [protected]) arrived on 10 aug 17.

      He did some cleaning & took the customer satisfaction code & went away.

      But he was so ill trained that he damaged the product. As now, the water purification stopped, which i came to know as soon as water stored in tank finished.

      I called him immediately on 11 aug 17 & again started the same old story that i will come today evening or tomorrow morning, but he has not came till date. Now, he has stopped taking my call.

      Now i have no water at my home & begging the same from my neighbours.

      This incident has further strengthened my view about livpure that company is worried only about selling their products & not at all worried about services afterwards & that is why their technicians (Or so called engineers) are so well untrained & capable of damaging the product even during preventive maintenance.

      I will again say that name of their company should be changed to lie pure from liv pure because these guys just keep telling lies.

      I will never ever recommend livpure product to anyone in my life.

      Thank you lie pure for making me beg for water from my neighbours inspite of having a ro installed at my home.

      Thank you for no action on customer complaints.

      Thank you for no action against your non competent service centres & ill trained employees.

      Now i am forced to lodge a complaint in consumer court.

      Wish to see your company representative or lawyer soon in consumer court.

        The ro was installed yesterday at my home and after two cycles power supply stopped stopped working.. Trying to reach customer care and even after holding the call for more than 1 hour it's not getting connected to any representative. Tried raising complaint using the app and getting g a message saying a request is already raised. Now i don't know what should i do tk get this fixed. This is the worst service i have ever faced. Did a big mistake by choosing livpure.

          Bought a liv pure RO ENVY PLUS model for my domestic purpose in December 2016. Today on 15/08/2017 a guy named Mangesh from LIV PURE service center with mobile number [protected] came to my house for service of RO. He started opening the machine and asked me to get a blade as he will install new filter in my machine. The moment I came back from my bedroom getting the blade I saw two white filters out of the plastic I asked him that he should have opened the seal in front of me but he assured me everything is alright and not to worry.
          Later on when he was trying to fit the new filter I saw water flowing out from the new filter before installing them into machine, I questioned him that why there is water in the filter to which Mangesh the guy from liv pure replied KI BHAIYA ISMAY PANI COMPANY SAY ATA HAI YEH TEST KARTAY HAI (this is being tested in company and water is always present in the new filter)
          I could not swallow and felt something fishy so I called up a friend who is into RO business he told that filters should be dry when opened. Then I checked the packing and the product both of them had different product number. I was really mad then I called up MR Manoj the service center owner of chandrapur and told him the story to which he was very calm and said sir aisa hota hai pani rehta hai company say check hokar atay hai, agar aapko dry hona to mai dusra bhijwa deta hu.(sir the filter comes wet from the company as they are checked before sending to customer so there is water in them and i[censored] need dry once ill send you different filters tomorrow)
          Then when I told mangesh that iam going to complain he told me that the filter were fited to a customer for one day but customer refused to change so he brought the same filter to my house.
          I asked mangesh to leave my house keeping those new filters with me so that he could not cheat on any other guy, I am sending you the picture of those new claimed filters
          Kindly check the mouth of the filter in the picture where the pipe is installed, you can see yellow crap stuck on it also the scratches on the filter and no matching part number of filter and the packing . I have kept those new claimed filters with me mangesh was asking to give them back but I refused and asked to send his manager to my house.
          These fraud can do anything to my machine they can damage the pump and ask me to get it replaced or easily play with my health by using used of damaged products.
          Sir this is very sad and disappointing that a branded RO company is practicing such cheap practices and installing used filters to the customers who are promised a free service. Sir I would rather prefer to get a service from anyother guy and have no faith on the the brand. I request you to kingly look into the matter and save the image of your perstigius brand. A strict action should be taken against such customer service centers.

          I m Debdulal maji, I have a live a Live pure RO pep pro plus installed in my village kadamdanga, since 7th it's not working . I registered a complaint on 9 the August. But livepur services engineer not visit yet to day 01.09.2017. I call lots of time in livepure and authority but no action taken yet by livepure.

            My flat owner had bought a purifier from amazon, livpure ro. We called the respective people for installation. When the engineer came for installation, he replaced a hardware knob as the provided one was faulty. For that he charged us 350 and when i asked for the bill of the knob he refused to provide one. I even requested him for a bill as we needed to send that to our owner to reimburse. Then the procedure is to drain the purifier twice before using it. When i switched it off to drain the water and switched it on, the adapter wouldn't work. So i lodged another complaint for the same on 27th august. No service has been provided ever since. I am even contacting their regional manager, mailed their customer care, tweeted to them. But no response. The regional manager, chand sheikh, simply disconnects my calls and then switches off his phone. A lady from the head office calls me everyday since this week and asks me if the service has been provisioned and promises to do so by the end of that day. Yet no service has been provided till date and we're stuck with this faulty purifier. Amazon also won't take it back as i had raised a request to uninstall the purifier but the uninstallation was also a no show and when the amazon vendor came he had to go back as the purifier was mounted on the wall and there was nothing to send back. They even charge 500 for the uninstallation. Such a sick game of theirs to delay the uninstallation so that we can't return the piece and are stuck.

              I am major jay singh. I got livpure touch plus ro installed on 27 aug 16.

              I was promised two free preventive maintenance visits by their authorised engineers automatically (Without any service requests) within 12 months of installation. However, when no one came, i have requested for service on various occasions on 7 apr 17, 6 jul 17 & 25 jul 17 & service request numbers are

              Every time i call on this mobile number, i got a reply that someone will come today evening or tomorrow morning, but no one came till date.

              However, every time i got a request cancellation sms, reason being no response on call which is lie.

              I have started requesting for service on 7 apr 17 & as per their company till date, i have not responded on their call.

              I request for my two free preventive maintenance visits; one immediately & one in due course of time or else i request for a strict action.

                Livpure water purifier touch 2000+ design is faulty. You cannot empty all the water from purifier. Even their technician visited us and tries to empty whole tank but they couldn't. And agreed that this is design fault. I contacted livpure customer care multiple times, also send them emails. But there's no action from their side. I would like to give my scenario here - if i go on vacation for 15 days then i should empty the tank else when i come back it will have bacteria. The same thing happened to me. And my daughter fall sick after drinking the water from livpure purifier. They should change the design of water purifier for people's health else stop the product. I need my money back or new properly designed machine. They only use batting legend mr. Sachin tendulkar as brand to sell their product but do not give product and service matching to stature of mr. Sachin tendulkar. Livpure management, please do not play with health of people. Request quick action in this regard.

                    I punches livepure pep plus model from vijay sales chinchwad on 2 july 2017 and from 21 continuously creating voice like alarm it happens only after few days after installation after complaint to livepure s customer care after 7 days one service engineer comes at home his name is kishor he cannot open machine he only removes one cable from back side. When i pliged cable back the sound is start again. It means he not repair the problem he only removes sounds cable i create several calls of livepure call centre but they can't helps me my no is [protected]

                      I am facing a very bad experience with livpure customer support. I have written my last email on 4th may and not received a positive response from livpure side.
                      Livpure executive has changed prefilter on 4th may and charged rs. 650. Executive told me that problem will not repeat again.
                      Fact is that it has again got burst within a month.
                      I have again raised complaint on 3rd june ref no. Js[protected] which is unattended till 5th june.

                      On 27th july, there is a leakage again. This time heavy leakage inside ro cabinet. Already registered complaint with ref no. Js[protected] but no one attended complaint & no call from executive till 28th july.

                      This ro having leakage issues every one or two months which is really frustrating as a customer. It gives me a feel that i did mistake by purchasing livpure ro.

                          I bought livpure glo model 12th july thru amazon online and given installation request on 13th july. So service engineer installed water purifier on 14th august. Below are the communication happened with technician and service manager and livpure area manager.

                          1 service request no. Js[protected] : date[protected]
                          Installation completed on 14th july, after two hours running the water purifier, there was water leakage happened from inside. Then we called the same technician to check, he checked and told us the adopter is faulty and need to replace.
                          2 service request no. Js[protected]: date[protected]
                          As per technician i opened new service request on 15th july and the technician came to my home on 17th july and fixed the adopter. The water purifier started but the display indicator didn’t worked. We started the water purifier without display indicator as suggested by technician then we encountered the leakage problem again. And i am struggling to called service manager and livpure manger last couple days but the problem not fixed yet. It’s already 4 days over and really pathetic service.

                          I sent email to [protected]@livpure.in and getting call back from livpure head office and told me they will try to fix my issue soon. But its two days over and called number of time to customer care and area manager mr. Chanda, still the issue not fixed yet, even if they don't care about customer.

                          This really pathetic service provide by livpure. So i am making compliant on consumer complaints forum. I believe my problem will be fixed.

                            My nams is dinesh ramteke i purchased my livpure touch 2000 plus 8.5 l ro + uv + uf water purifier (White & blue) in jan 2017 order# [protected]
                            Wednesday, may 18, 2016, i got call from livpure for service even though they promised me for regular 3 months servicing with no service charges for 1st year. But not getting any service from livpure i had called lot of time customer care but not getting any response from livpure.

                              I have bought glitz pluz model before 3 months... Now machine is not working... I got a service person number for the shop i bought.. Initially he picked the call and said he is committed for next 2 days with appointment it is been 5 days now he is not even picking my call... What this rubbish business... His name is selva tirupur person... Worst mistake ever in my life buying this product... Not recommend...

                                I have been facing utter dissatisfaction with the kind of customer service provided by LivPure in Hyderabad. It has been a week since my complaint was registered. The technicians who came damaged the old as well as the new motor instead of repairing/replacing it. Now they have taken the RO machine with them to repair and commited to install it by yesterday. We have been trying to reach the technician but he is not responding to calls. We are without drinking water at home and have no idea when the technician will come and install!

                                  Dear sir,
                                  This is to inform you that, i purchase a livpure machine about 1& half years. As on 01.05.2017 i contact your livpure engineer. He convince me for amc for 2 years by rs. 5, 000/-. I gave service engineer to rs. 5, 000/- for amc. He told me this parts are available in kolkata (New town) so today is not possible to work. After that he can't come to our house. Please take a necessary action immediately.

                                    1. Livpure customer care is one of the worst. If you call them they always take your service request on high priority but never respond on that request. No work/effort is done to resolve the issue.
                                    2. Water purifier tank does not get empty. There's technical flaw in design.
                                    3. I bought this water purifier 2 month back - there is always some or other issues - e. G. Sometime it beeps when tank is half empty or vibrate.

                                      I have been using livpure ro waterpuifier touch model. I am totally dissatisfied with the poor service of the company. Last week, i got the system reinstalled at new place. The machine was installed for which i made payment of rs. 900/- to the company's service personnel. The system was working fine earlier but it stopped working after installation. The water inflow to the reservoir was stopped. As such water could not be stored. I, again, lodged a compliant on 18/06 which was attended on 21/06. The water storage problem was solved but a new problem started. The key board and the indicators now stopped working. There was no such problem earlier. It appears the service personnel sent by the company was not well equipped with the system and he has damaged some parts.
                                      Please get the issue resolved.

                                        I have registered a complaint with service request No. JS[protected]. It iwas allocated to YASHWANT SERVICESS for which he attended and closed saying it is solved. As there was no water so we could check only on next day morning and realised problem is not resolved. So relogged the complaint on 18/06/17 with service request no. JS[protected] and also spoke to the same person over phone who came to attend earlier day. He replied saying some power adapter issue and need to be ordered and would come to replace on 19/06/17. Today is 22/06/17 and still he has not attended the complaint saying part not received yet. Everyday he says he would visit with part but did not visit till date and also not picking up any calls now. I even called up livpure customer care number several time for reminder, they also gave me some one area manager Mr Devkinandan Singh number but it is continuously not reachable. Then now whom to contact for further escalation.

                                        I have paid Rs.9000 for 3 yrs amc, after that when i am registering service request, i am not getting service, we will have to wait for 15- 20 days, very very worst service. don't go with livepure.
