The window ac has been uninstalled from one flat and installed at nearby other flat. However it is not installed properly. Now the company is not responding to install it properly and investigate the matter. Instead it is asking for installtion of ac charge without doing the job properly..
The copper pipe has been unnecessarily pinched and indoor part has been unnecessarily opened in such way that some parts l found scattered in the previous flat has been collected by me. And the servuice persnal are not aware of these parts.
My request is to install the ac properly so thet my ac is operational and not damaged and then charge for the due service money for installation of ac.

    I have made complaint regarding my semiauto washing machine. It's dryer was not working that time and dryer cap was broken. My complaint ref was hil[protected]. After 2-3days their represtative came to my house to examine the machine and he told me that a small part is needed for repairing the dryer of machine. Till then we are just calling to them and different belonged of lloyd company but nobody is cuming to repair that saying part is not received to them from company. No one is assuring us when the part will come and my machine will get repaired. I used to call them daily but nobody is helping us due to which m facing unconvince to me. N my machine is under warranty. Very bad helpless to customer company lloyd is not corporating us. Please help me if anybody can.

      Hello everyone i am javed sayyed my dad is the customer of lloyd we had purchased 2 new air conditioners 8 months back form jain traders in thane. After 3 months we started facing problem with 1 air conditioner it wasn't giving us proper cooling we spoked to many operation people from lloyd, but all of them was helpless and didn't helped us with proper solution after every 1 week they send a new technical person to solve the issue and every time the person gives us new issue like motor is faulty, need to change the gas in compressor cylinder, or else entire compressor has to be replaced. I spoke to mr. Shivnath lohar from bhandup office every now and then he just say i'll send someone and then after i came in contact with mr. Shahnawaz shaikh from kalwa office he send one technical guy who checked and informed shahnawaz and he says that we have to change the motor to solve the problem then he brought the motor which was not compatible with our air conditioner so shahnawaz asked for few days and took 8-10 days to get another motor and still the second motor again same issue not compatible. It's been 5months since we are facing problem which has not been solved yet, and today when i called shahnawaz he says what we can do company is not sending the correct motor inspite of sending photo of barcode on the motor which is in our ac still he gets the wrong motor, from last two weeks he is giving any reason. Now he need more time to get one single motor from lloyd company.

        I purchased 1 ton Llyod AC on 02nd April 2017. Suddenly, the AC stopped working on 6th July 2017. I registered a complain through Toll free number on Friday, 7th July 2017. The person visited me on Saturday, 8th July 2017. It was told by him that Gas has leaked!!!.It was told by him that with 2 to 3 days, another person will come and arrange for filling the gas. However, I am waiting since then. But nobody turned up. I called up following numbers but no response ( [protected], [protected]---Rajesh Roshan--This guy never picks up the phone; [protected]--Siddharth--His no. is always busy and he does not care to call back.) There is Area Service Manager by name of Avinash, who just forwarded my mail to Some " Manoj". And, then, no response.
        Such is the pathetic customer Service of LLOYD. I have following points to make:
        (i) How can a NEW AC Gas can leak? Apparently, this is a case of Manufacturing defect.

        (ii) You may understand that Delhi is very hot these days. How would we survive when your customer care "PROCEDURE" takes so much of time attending requests.

        (iii) Why should we suffer at company's expense?

        (iv) And, if your procedure takes so much of time, LLOYD should arrange for an alternative AC.

        (v) And, if a brand NEW AC can leak? What is the guarantee that other parts are free of any defect?

        And, I understand that the product itself is faulty and no amount of service would remedy that. And, now, I do not want the AC to be serviced. I want LLOYD take back its AC back and refund my money.

        I raised my complaint to Lloyd customer care about AC its water draining 6 days back i raised my complaint till now no one called me. I called 3 times to customer care they are fail to sent technician don't know what to do with this AC.

          I bought a brand new split ac 2 weeks ago that has stopped working suddenly 3 day ago. I lodged a customer complaint on Wednesday 5th July @3.22 PM complaint Number- HIL[protected] at their call center and got an sms confirmation for the same. I am so amazed and disapointed at their service team that its been 3 days and no one has even bothered to call or come to address the complaint.
          They use Amitabh Bachan for tall claims on their service speed and quick delivery for all tv advertisements but in reality they are nothing but a bunch of liars.
          Request someone to please help.

              I have registered a compliant 6 dayz before but non of your service associate are boughter to take the complaint.
              This problem is second time when your service associates are not attending the calls In time. If you have problem to give service so kindly mention this also so I should resolve my problem from some local service man as your people don't have time to look or attend the complaint .

                My complaint no isHIL[protected].on 14 June 2017 In this 20 days I tried calling on [protected] this number given in message but you executive don't receive my call.
                When I checked the status of my complaint " waste call" assigned to me.
                I make a call on customer service. After 20 minutes waiting representative they give me [protected] but still not received the call.
                I asked your customers representative again with waiting of half hour. Given number are not received call. He said " Sir this is your problem I don't help you"
                I feel I am fool to purchase Lloyd because, I have already two products of Voltas and there's services are very well..

                  Dear Sir,

                  Regret to write about terrible service process and team,

                  I bought 1Tr. Lloyd make split AC in April 2016. Initially in the month of May we realized AC is not cooling properly. We registered complaint in Lloyd customer care. Service engineer attended call and top us the gas by saying that there was a minor leakage in line.

                  Subsequently same complaint was launched in the month of June, July, August, September and October. Every time service engineer used to attend call and rectified the problem.
                  Later in March 2017, again we registered complaint for cooling problem. Service engineer came and told the cooling coil needs to be repair. This was also noticed that cooling coil was not properly fitted at the time of installation.

                  From 20th March 2017 complaint was ongoing till 20th June 2017. Every second day a new story used to be conveyed by service head MR. NARESH MOB.: +91 [protected]. Excuses was like
                  Cooling coil needs to be repair.
                  Cooling coil has given for repair will take 10 days.
                  Your product is out of warranty, can’t be processed.
                  New cooling coil is not available with company.
                  Blower has been broken on site, hence Lloyd is not responsible. (Broken by lloyd service engineer)
                  Required blower is not available.
                  After 90 days horrifying service quality, finally AC was fixed. But complaint was not resolved. Swing lock which was again broken by Lloyd service engineer has not been replaced till the date.
                  Above mentioned issue was escalated to Mr. Pankaj Agarwal Mob.: 91-[protected](Regional Service Head) on regular basis by us and Channel partner (distributer). But there was no such response.
                  I request to Lloyd service team, please look in to this matter and improve service qualities.

                  Customer is incurring his hard earn money for his convenience, not for mental torture which Lloyd gave.

                      I had been using lloyd 2 tons split ac model no. Ls19a3dx, 3 months back we had some issue with 1 slip ac. During march ‘2017 there was problem in cooling and raised a complaint on initially they said there is problem is gas and need to be refilled. I agreed and paid amount of rs 2200 for it.

                      Again during april ac started giving trouble in 10 days, technicians visited my place informed us gas is less and refilled again.

                      Again with in a week started troubleing and started getting water from indoor ac. After giving complaint your technician informed us and said that copper coil needs replacement, which will cost around rs 4500/-

                      Since 3 months continuously requesting your service center and also mr. Suryaji area service head-hyderabad to solve the issue. No one is bothered about customer satisfaction.
                      As you aware we have suffered massive heat and unable to sleep overnights during this summer season. Your company punishes and made deliberately to suffer from hot summer with terrible, horrible and made us to sleep in this hot summer and punished us.

                      Now we are finally going for legal against your company lloyd’s for defective quality of ac supplied to us and service for recovery and will file case against your company lloyd’s and also service center m/s. Comfort ac solutions, hyderabad for making us fool since this 3 months.

                        I have purchased an air conditioner of lloyd company on 25 april 2017. It's has been two months from now. My air conditioner is not working properly. I have talked to so many representative of the company but my product have not been get repaired till now. My air conditioner compressor is not working and the representative have been saying they do not have compressor. I am my dissatisfaction from the company.
                        I purchase a 24 inches Lloyd led tv on 5th Nov. 2016. The tv set is not working on 1st june 2017 and I Lodge my complane on 2nd june through company's website. As on 2nd July 2017 the tv set is not repair or exchange by the company

                          I purchased 2 ton split a. C. On 18 sep, 2016 and had been operated occasionally till date. On onset of summer season this year its remote did not function on 31 march, 2017 and a complaint was lodged. However, it started functioning before deputed technician called and he was informed accordingly. Second time again event repeated.
                          Finally again 3rd complaint was made. Technicians visited and inspected the remote and took note of fact that there is no damaged signs and remote is dead. Now representative of lloyd informs that remote is not in comprehensive warranty of one year of a. C. Unit. Customer has to bear the cost for replacement that too no future warranty of replaced remote. A. K. Agrawal mobile [protected]

                              From the april 2017 gas leakage problem started. No technician are able to solve the problem. After reinstall split ac from ground floor to top floor the problem arises. Technician took money for installation but dont know what they are actually doing??? This thursday and friday i. E 8th & 9th june technician came did nothing. Again problem started. Our again complaint no on friday nite hil[protected].
                              What type of after sales service you are providing.

                                  I am really disappointed by the services given by lloyd company.
                                  The dealers here are disappointing and rude with no respect for the customer.
                                  I wonder how the company actually works, even after having such a great reputation. This happened today, 1st june 2017, when i ordered a lloyd ac, and the person who came to give my ac said that i need to give the full payment before checking it whether it is working perfectly or not.
                                  How can you expect that from an indian customer?
                                  The desirable resolution could be telling your workers to behave with a possible decency
                                  Do take this important suggestion given by me.
                                  You r telling within 24 hours u will solve the problem but proper reply is not there. from 27th telling evening will come but not coming.
                                  Lloyd ac service VERY VERY VERY BAD

                                  we have regisotred complaint 05.05.2017 complaint no-LEEL[protected].
                                  and continue follow up . under follow up our daily basis time wast 3-4 hours

                                  we have decided going to consumer cort, not more request because we have already very harass

                                    I registered a complaint on 9 may 2017 that our ac is not working. The technician came and said its sensor is not working. It took 15 days but the sensor was not available. After that he again came and said pcb is required but now it has been 25 days and no satisfactory action has been taken by the company. We are suffering a lot as it is a government office and in such hot days, without ac it is not possible to work properly due to which office work is getting disturbed. And we have almost 250 employees in our office but after such a behavior of the company, we will never suggest lloyd to anyone. Very bad service and unsatisfactory.

                                      Dear sir
                                      We are from dist kangra, teh kangra, state h p. We purchased llyod split ac from verma electronics march 2016 but due to faulty installation of ac by technicians the drainage system of ac is not functioning properly and in rainy season water comes in room, due to this once short circuit and fire has created financial loss,,,, we have complaint to the customer care for more than 4 times but no solution has been made. I want immediate solution. Our ac serial number that we have mentioned below.

                                        I purchased split ac when ac start getting bad smell and after some time restart the ac then do not come smell. After 5-6 hours start the ac again getting bad smell. This is my second complaint. First time do not solve problems. Three technicians come but problems do not solve and company code not reserved. Technicians not solve this problem then i change the ac.
