My ac is not cooling gas leaked some time, when i lodge complain your service center employee come n always bargain charges as high by company rate, currently i loadge a complain again for not cooling, they come n bargain and also said for do work out of company, but when i refuse, they said high charges, they are not testing any thing, saying if i test my gas waste, who paid for that, please do neccesasy for this, i m need for your help

    We bought the LLOYD/Portable A/C from GIRIAS INVESTMENT (P) LTD. Bangalore. TIN No. [protected], on 07/06/2012.On the behalf of M/s. Seasons Residency, Electronic City, Bangalore. Our two A/C compressers are not working since last couple week. We request you to change the compresser as soon as possible.

      I have been calling the customer care service for more than 15-20 days but they are not responding to my complaint and when i ask for their issuing authorities nos they simply give me a wrong no or if they give a working no then no one pick up the call they are making fool of me since 15 days the problem in washing machine is that there is somthing went wrong in the control panel and they asked me to replace it but now they are telling that they dont have parts and which i dont think so should be the correct reason .bascially the customer service and the related offeciers are not taking the complaint seriously.

        To our Air conditioners were installed at August.

        We submitted so many requests telepathically through emails but NO ACTION could be taken by your company as a result we had to under go service of 2 AC's from local technician here in Jalandhar and we have to pay amount of Rs.1200/- whereas it was mandatory from the company to provide 1st service of the Air Conditioner by M/S LLOYD.
        we had already submitted an email to this effect to ( perfectservice.[protected]@lloydmail.com ) at 12 June 2015 but sorry to say we could not get any relief / reimbursement of the expenses incurred on service of the both products supplied by your company.

        नमस्कार सर,
        मैं हर्ष लुनिया राजनांदगांव (छतीसगढ़) निवासी हूँ, मैंने लॉयड इन्वर्टर AC 1.5 टन आपके athroised डीलर air fair cooling systum रायपुर से 13/2/18 को पर्चेस किया, जिसका इनवॉइस नंबर 586 है, जो कि मुझे 16/2/18 को मिल गया
        17/2/18 को मैंने उसके इंस्टालेशन की requset डाली, , , , आपका बंदा आया 19/2/18 को मॉर्निंग में और उसने बताया कि आपको स्टैंड बाहर से लाना होगा, मैंने कहा ठीक है, , , आप इंस्टालेशन चार्ज बताइये तो उसने मुझे 650/- के आसपास बताये (जो कि आपके 490+18% gst =580 से 70/-ज्यादा हैं )
        उसके बाद उस बंदे ने स्टैंड लगाने के 200/- अलग से मांगे otherwise AC नहीं लगाने की बात कही, तब मैंने आपके एरिया मैनेजर प्रभात पूरी जी से बात की, , , उन्होंने भी उस सर्विस मैन से कहा कि 580/- होते हैं और स्टैंड लगाने का अलग से चार्ज मत करो, , , पर फिर आपके राजनादगांव सर्विस सेंटर (मिलिंद इलेक्ट्रॉनिक) के संस्थापक महेश जी का फ़ोन आया और उन्होंने भी मुझे 200/- अलग से देने की बात कही, , , मैंने साफ कहा कि ये 200/- मैं नहीं देने वाला चाहे तो आप AC फिट ना करें, तो उन्होंने मुझे कहा कि लूनिया जी कुछ कम ज्यादा करके दे दीजिए, ये सबको देना पड़ता है, तब मैंने उनसे पूछा के इंस्टालेशन चार्ज का मतलब क्या होता है तो उन्होंने मुझे ही समझाने की कोशिश की, , , but फिर मैंने प्रभात जी को फ़ोन किया और ये समस्या बताई, , , फिर प्रभात जी ने उनसे बात की और फिर वो रेडी हुए 580/- में AC फिट करने के लिए, , , और उनका काम भी थोड़ा भी सफाई और जवाबदारी वाला नहीं लगा ।।। आउट डोर यूनिट को भी स्टैंड के 3 साइड ही बोल्ट से टाइट किया एक साइड तो open ही छोड़ दिया था, , , मेरे कहने पर कई किस्म के बहाने बनाने लगे और उसके बाद मैंने उनसे ये कहके (की कुछ भी हुआ भविष्य में तो वो आपके सर्विस सेंटर की जवाबदारी होगी) उनसे उसमें तार बंधवाया, भविष्य में अगर वो आउट डोर यूनिट गिरता है तो वो आपकी कंपनी की जवाबदारी होगी, , , ,
        इसके बाद वो लोग ये कहकर चले गए कि आपका AC का कनेक्शन खींचा हुआ नहीं है, अगर हो जाये तो बता देना हम तुरंत आ जाएंगे, , , मैंने उसके 1 hour बाद ही कनेक्शन करा कर उनको कॉल किया तो वो बोले आ रहा हूँ, , , , उसके बाद से मैंने कल से अभी तक 25 फ़ोन कर दिए पर ना तो वो आये और न ही AC चालू हुआ ।।।।
        अब आप ही बताएं कि coustmer की कोई वैल्यू है या नहीं आपकी नजर में ।।। भविष्य में मैं कभी किसी को रिकमेंड नहीं करूंगा लॉयड का कोई भी प्रोडक्ट खरीदें और आपकी सर्विसेज को मैं "-5" स्टार रेटिंग दूंगा ।।।।
        और आपकी सर्विस का यही हाल रहा तो मैं आपके एयर कंडीशनर को सार्वजनिक शौचालय में लगवा दूंगा जिससे आपको अपनी कंपनी की वैल्यू भी पता चले ।।। और हां हो सके तो अपना "मिलिंद सर्विस सेंटर" राजनांदगांव बदल दें (ज्यादा पैसा मांगते हैं)
        मुझे तो अब अफसोस हो रहा है कि क्यूं मैंने लॉयड जैसा चीप सर्विस बेस्ड प्रोडक्ट पर्चेस किया ।।।

          One of the biggest mistakes i did by purchasing a LLoyd AC/ . Its not a Khushion ki Guarantee rather its a Irritations and disgusting products ki Guarantee. One of the useless products and BRAND. not at all customer centric and they only give false commitments. Please never ever guy Any LLoyd Product. I have been suffering for last 4 years and even after getting the compressor replaced on chargeable basis the damn thing doesnt work and adds on to my Electricity bill.

            I raised a service request on LLoyd's website on 4th May 2015. Every 3-4 days, I receive calls from Lloyd stating when can we come. And no matter what time I used to give, no one came. Today is 3rd of June. So it's a month now. And the best part is I do not live in some remote village. I live in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. This is an upmarket area next to Delhi (just 2KM's from Delhi) so they must have a service centre too. I suggest al buyers to stop buying from Lloyd. They are pathetic in service and do not deserve your business.

              I registered complaint of ac at Lloyd call centre. Executive got 3 days to attend against tat of 24 hrs. He took of[censored]nit and told period of 2 days for repair. I got my ac back after 7 days. After 15 days now, ac is again out of order. I again registered complaint, 4 days r gone & no one is at door for any resolution. So miserable customer service

              dealer told us one ton portable a.c can chill room .but after installation
              is not even cooling.after calling dealer &company we are not getting any
              response.so i request you to action.

                  I have logged a complaint by phone on 8-MAY-2015 LEEL[protected] still there is no progress.This is the burst experience with LLOYD. I have called 7-8 times but no one is updating me status when my AC will work properly.Every time when I call customer care they give me a new phone number and tell me to call on this number and it is very strange they give the number of person who do not look in to my area.like yesterday when i called customer care number they gave me [protected].I will suggest my friends and known do not buy any LLOYD product due to very third call service. 7-8 days back one of person from LLYD visited and told me there is GAS leakage in my AC and this will cost around 2500 RS and they will fill gas and it will take another 2 days, I said ok.Now its 21 MAY 2015 but I dont have any status update.My AC is 2 years old and every year we have to fill the gas and every year they charge[protected] RS. I will suggest every one do not buy any LLOYD product coz when you really need a AC in the month of extreme hot MAY they dont have any services. LLOYD after sale service is very burst and pathetic.

                    I purchased a LLoyd Split AC last year with which I was given 3 free services in a year. Now in order to avail my free service I had to contact customer care. There are several issues with your customer care. 1. There is no number for UP. As mentioned on your website: J&K, HP, Haryana & Punjab:[protected] Maharashtra, Chattisgarh & Goa:[protected] East & North East State:[protected] Gujarat & MP:[protected] South India:[protected] Rest of India:[protected] The rest of India number never picks up. I tried like 10 times at different time of the day. 2. Your online complaint system is a hoax. After I enter all the details, I do not even get a Reference Number for my complaint and there is no email sent. Pathetic customer service. Because of your inappropriate service I could not avail my free service for the AC.

                        I am from Dwarka, New delhi. Last year, on 23rd April, 2014 I purchased a 1.5 ton Split AC from Lloyd which was installed in 2-3 days. After 3 months o[censored]se, its gas leaked somehow due to incorrect installation of the Lloyd personell. I called up the customer service atleast 50 times and finally the gas was refilled and the leak rectified after a week of shouting at them. This year in 2015, when in April, again I called LLoyd people for Ac service before starting it up as summer was approaching, the person came after 3 days of constant calling and said that service was done, however, the AC was not cooling as the gas had leaked again. It will take 2-3 days more. (The AC was still in warranty). Nobody turned up even after repeated calling for a week. The reason they used to give is, this particular service engineer hasnt got ur contract, it will be dealt up with some other person, then they gave me the other person's number, then on repeated calling, they came after a week, and said that the valve which connected the inner and outer unit was at fault, which will need replacement. It will take 2-3 days more to issue it although they didnt even check it properly and the two units together. Finally I decided that it was pure harrasment as I had to sleep every night in fan (which was like a torture !!!) I went out in the market and got it done after paying 3500 for connection correction, valve and all and gas filling from private company (though AC still in warranty) LLoyd gives the worst customer service and their enguineers are all a big fraud...I request everyone not to buy their cheap products otherwise you will suffer later...

                          I bought a 1.5 ton split ac (FLS19A3G) in 2011. Since then there is Gas leakage problem in that ac. I've to refill the gas almost almost thrice a year, with the ac being used hardly 12 hours in the whole year. From the date of purchase I've been contacting lloyd customer support about receiving the faulty product, but the technicians who visited always avoided to replace the unit. Everytime they used to say that there's a minor leakage and it won't happen again and give the warranty of 3 months for the gas. But hardly 4 months pass away and the problem arises again. Last year, i.e. in 2014, I've a also replaced its compressor on the suggestion of lloyd customer support, and the technician gave assurance that it won't happen again, but problem still persists. I'm literally fed up with this pathetic service of lloyd. I've already spent more than ₹25000 for the repairing of ac which costed me ₹17000 at the time of buying. still lloyd people have no answer. Each time a technician visits, he even extracts visiting charge of ₹300. I'm left with no option and this ac is just like a show-piece and useless for me. I've already asked for the replacement of this faulty unit, even when it was just 2 months old and was covered under warranty period, but the company had never listened to the customer. Lloyd's main concern is just to sell its product, with worst after sales service and response. I'm planning to file a case in consumer court against lloyd against this faulty product and also against the mental and economic harassment which has been caused to me.                               mera dwara ek ac lloyd AC company se karida gaya tha jo lagne ke sath hi kharab ho gaya tha. tab se aaj tak main company ko har mahine complain kar raha hu.kai baar wriiten notice bhi bhej chuka hu par aaj tak 2-3 saal me mera AC na to chalu hua. bus mujhe yahi kahte hai ki naya AC de denge aur ye bolte bolte 1 saal aur nikal diya gaya. phir se naya season chalu ho gaya but abhi tak naya AC nahi de rahe hai.

                                Very worst customer care service. We are trying to reach your customer care... but all your customer care executives are busy at all the times... and there comes a useless message that "our company is very good, getting so so awards"...who is giving you those awards God knows... When tried to register a complaint on website... it took all the details and a message is coming mentioning " your complaint is registered" but there is no reference number...If i have to track the complaint ... there is no way... In this way, company can escape any time... Why have you opened a company like this... where you dont want to provide any post sale service.. but dont worry dear...i will post this message to each and every blog...until my AC gets repaired...                                   I had filed a complaint with the company regarding my split AC with reference No. LEEL[protected] on 28/03/2015. The technician arrived and advised that cooling gas would have to be filled and the outdoor unit would have to be taken to the workshop for servicing etc. We agreed and after some days the machine was reinstalled in another room for which I had to pay extra in addition to the service charges. Ever since the cooling has not been proper. As summers have finally set in we are finding it extremely difficult to put up without an AC and why should we having bought one ? We had intimated regarding the non/improper cooling to the authorised service agent but each time the technician arrived he tried to satisfy us with false purports. The problem is where it was i.e. there is no cooling. If this is what the KKG is what would be the Dukhon ki guarantee of the company. It is firmly believed that the replacement guarantee of the compressor is expiring on the 25th of this month and the company is delaying repair action to avoid its replacement. Kindly help in the matter.

                                    This is Ashok from Hyderabad, Telangana #[protected]. I am using a Split AC of LLOYD purchased on 14/05/2014 from M/s Santosh Electronics and from the month of Octomber 2014 i am facing problems in the same. After repeated complaints and calls the Technician from the company come and say 1) Gas Leakage has happened (Charged Rs. 1, 500/-) 2) Gas Wall has spoiled hence all gas leaked (Charged Rs. 2, 200/-) 3) Moosi River effect hence Coil Damaged (Charged Rs. 500/-) 4) Now the Latest one is Condenser coil has been damaged we need to change it. (Complain No LEEL[protected] I have used a Samsung Split AC for the last 12 years and at the same place without any problems and had to change the unit only for upgrade the model nothing else. My complaint stands unattended from 05th of March 2015 and both (Indoor & Outdoor Units) of the same have been taken by this people and from then this people are telling tomorrow any how we will complete the task but i am unable to understand when will his Tomorrow come. I think this people are only trying to kill the time so that Warranty gets expired and i am again paying for my mistake which i did taking this GOOD FOR NOTHING WASTE AC's which only cheat their customers and have hopeless and idiotic technicians of Zero Knowledge. The worst part is that the Service Manager Mr. Kiran of Sri Mani Enterprises is least bothered and talks as if he is the Prime Owner of LLOYD and talks very rudely.

                                        Hi, I would like to thank for prompt service and hence its not attended so far and really appreciating the way directly or indirectly trapping the customer to have AMC with you else please ready for the problem... Anyway, Thanks for your attention. on 20-Mar-15 I have received 2 calls and summary are as 1. [protected] at 12.59 ended in 11 mins - Completely unprofessional and non-ethical behaviour and way of talking mostly with Haryanwi accent. Even he was not knowing the call details and continuously arguing and trying to proof that I am having incorrect call ID details. I asked so many times to share his mail id so that I'll forward but did not. 2. [protected] at 12.15 ended in 10.35 mins _ Mainly this call was to convince me that since I do not have AMC, that's why you are facing the problem. After above, even I got the call from Accurate engineering to fill the gas and the meeting was concluded to be done on last saturday(21-Mar-15) but he did not turn up. Now I would like to share few feelings / conclusion with you are as for Lloyd... ----Cold response from your side, probably is indicating that nothing is going to happen. And its upto the customer whatever wants to do, should be done. ----Cheapest way of your company to extort money from customers ?? ----Is Lloyd a Multinational company or just general store?? ----Need to justify the slogan from khusio ki guarantee or tension ki gaurantee?? For Vijay Sales...They do not worry about the customer's retention, simply trap the customer and squeeze it as Llyod is doing...rest go to hell.
