I bought 1.5 ton ac on 21/4/15 and as per company policy three free services are provided in first year. On my first service companies service people just cleaned plastic net in side the unit and same they repeated on second service it took only one minute and it can be done easily by ordinary person when i asked service ppl about cleaning entire unit they said its not required and complete service will be done only in third free service so i booked third request for service after few days while my service request no. Leel[protected]. But when they came for service they did the same thing as in 1st and 2nd service when i asked to clean complete unit they said its not required and there is a danger of breaking plastic body of ac and we dont guarantee it they neither serviced outer unit also. I wanted to know that what is companies policy abt service and what is service means is it just cleaning plastic jalis. Please make awareness to customers so that we can ask them to do. Work properly bcs i think companies is paying service ppl but the service persons or agency is not doing justice money spent by company and reputation of company is challenged. Hope you take serious note in the matter and do the needful
the LLoyed company dealers are not receiving the customer complaints to properly and they are not rectify the problems of customers
I am buying a llloyed a.c split 1.5 ton at Sowndary Shoppee at Kakinaa, A.P in this month April 6, 2016 after installation of the above a.c. swing motor not working So many calls to the shop but they are not present negligence of complaint
I m bought 1.5 ton ac I m giving for free service before 15days 04.07.2016 now time service people not come very worst service
I m very hate.
Please follow for the service otherwise I m going consumer court

    Lloyd spilt ac model ls13a5mn purchached on 19/3/2016 stopped within 7 days o[censored]se. Complaint leel[protected] registered on 21/4/2016 . Technician allotted on leave, refused to attend.Supervisor mob [protected] hardly picks up. Able to contact after several hrs try. In spite of numerous calls, no technician has come yet. Toll free says i should not bother till 72 hrs. Yr claim 24 hrs service is public misleading and should stop. Selling of product to be stopped, if service can not be provided.       In my ac cooling and remote problem. I have already complained u. But till nw this problem is nt solve. Ur service center is not given satisfied ans. Pls send ur mechanic n solve this problem. Sir local distributor does not respond properly. Even after many calls he is just avoiding us and not visited. Even more his reply is "you may complain further i am not more responsible for your ac complaint" sir kindly look into matter as it is diminishing your company image

        I bought Lloyd AC 1.5 ton on 17 march.As it wasn't cooling well I lodge a complaint against it on 18 april and lloyd text me with a number to call if it takes more than 24 hours to resolve.When I call at the number he said sir sham ko kra dunga then he said kl kra dunga, I called escalation matrix 1 avinash on 19 April he said sir aj krata hu but they didn't now on 20 I called all, 2nd escalation matrix mailed noddle officer and they said same ki sir aj pakka ho jayega but they again didn't
        I called them around 5 times on 20 April.My product is under warranty .Also they are saying if there will small problem we resolve it on spot but if problem is big they will take 5 more days
        When buying the AC Lloyd they said service will be provided within 24 hours
        Kindly solve it

          I am sanjeev kumar mishra, i did purchase lloyed cooler from home shop 18 two year ago, now its out of order, i already called to lloyed customer care and home shop 18 customer care, but they are not able to provide specific information, i am facing so many problem for repair my cooler, this is the number of lloyed customer care [protected] provided by home shop 18, but no one is picking phone, and home shop 18 customer care representative was telling we are dealing lloyed goods at present.After that i registered on line complain in lloyed website, then i got a number when i called him he tolled i am not able to repair lloyed cooler this is the story going on with me .

            Hi this is Farooq from Coimbatore, i bought LLOYD Ac from Sathya agencies Coimbatore for 1 years ac condotion was very good after that it got some problem, i contact to customer care and service man(Arun Ph:-[protected]) came from ZamZam Air Conditioners Coimbatore, PH:[protected]. They said that the compressor got problem and he made a bill for 6320Rs, with in 2 days they have made it ready bill dated on 30.09.2015. after that only one week its has worked properly, again started the same problem, same person from ZAMZAM Air conditioners came for service, its almost 6 months over i still not get ready.
            One of the worst AC (LLOYD) which i ever feel, i asked the company rectified customer problem then put the advertisement for your brand.

            Ac compressor not working

            Window ac of 1.5 ton purchased on april 16 . on 17 of may i have registerd a complaint and till now no solution has been provided by the service centre . Where as service centre has declared the status that complaint is completed.
            Then another complaint is registerd on 24th may 16 the status is showing waste call .
            Kindly look into the matter
            Dear Friends, One of our AC purchased from GIRIAS ELECTRONICS.COIMBATORE 641012.Installed in our complex beauty parlor on 30.04.2016. The installation persons are too lazy to complete the installation, also not given us the installation report. The very next day, a problem started & complaint registered. They have taken 3 days to visit the place. Removed (THE SWING BLADE PORTION - TOTAL PART, and went. till date no response from the service dealer ( VELANDIPALAYAM - [protected] ) The owner of the service center only came and removed it. But worst response & service from them. After several communication finally, after several complaint we got the contact number of Mr.Rajasekaran - LLOYD ([protected] ) and informed the issues, but no use of it. He also not responded our complaint. Even GIRIAS MANAGER knows these issues, but he is also not helped us. So Friends before buying LLOYD AC or ANY OTHER PRODUCTS, Kindly ensure the service center activities and buy. If we are not getting any correct solution, we are going to file a complaint in CONSUMER FORUM.

                I brought llyod portable Ac
                I thought it will work
                Not more cooling like split Ac but I expected some cooling
                But it doesn't work at all
                Only fan sound.
                It shows 16 degree but cooling is nothing .
                Very bad experience with my first Ac, very disappoint with the product .
                Worse than a cooler
                My ceiling fan work better .
                Need help

                  It is really unfortunate that my complaint is yet to be resolved. I have been following updating at all levels over phone with no effect.
                  Categorically I would like to bring to your kind notice the major sequence of events which have taken place in the past.
                  I raised the service request on 30.11.2015 my remote being defective.
                  Service Engineer visited and checked & informed that remotes need to be replaced.
                  I had to wait for 1 month with regular follow ups at customer care, Bhubaneswar office & local service engineer. He came with a spare remote which did not work and took it back.
                  I found that my service request has been closed online unilaterally with actual problem yet to be resolved (Copy attached).
                  After few weeks I was told that to deposit my old remotes which would get repaired at Delhi.
                  It took another moth with follow up and was finally told that the remotes have been repaired and dispatched from Delhi, and I should get it within 5 days.
                  After another 10 days I again enquired, I was told that new remotes have been expected at Bhubaneswar within a couple of days and will be send to me.
                  Finally LLoyd service Engineer came with 2 new remote yesterday (17.03.2016) and checked, which did not work.
                  When I called up to Bhubaneswar Nodal office I was told the matter is being looked into.
                  Today I got a call and I was told why the new remotes are not working, to which I replied how should I know, the same was checked by your service engineer.
                  Another point of time I was also told by the customer care person "Apne remote ko kaise kharab kar dia".
                  Now this is limit of my patience and a consumer harassment. I need a replacement of both TV's or full refund so that i buy another brand good TV

                    Hello Everyone, I have purchased Lloyd LED Smart TV online and it has been 8 month over. As per the product description Lloyd is providing a warranty of 1 year for their products. I got a issue recently from the Lloyd LED TV. I have raised a complaint in the Official Lloyd Website and they have arranged a engineer to solve the issue. Engineer came to home for the Service and Rejected to resolve the issue as i have purchased the product online. According to him online products are not covered in warranty. He went back without solving the issue.

                        Dispite the co is advertising for having good consumer service, the service is poorest in my life time as the complain for a faulty part is not yet resolved and funniest happening is service person is in dialima whether the product with fault can be repaired or not. All what is done is I made complain and the attendant sent a mail. the process is in process for last 1 month

                          I have purchased a washing machine from Lloyd Electric & Engineering Ltd from the local store and its under warranty. i have raised an issue related to washing machine but service is not at all responding. I really dont have any idea what to do now. i have purchased a washing machine for 18000 still 1 year to pass and machine is not working. my 18000 is a waste now with this event.

                              I have purchased a LED TV form Laxmi Electronic New Sangvi Pune 27 (Authorized Dealers) on 15/08/14.
                              But after one year my screen display has gone. When i register the complain to my dealer as well as Lloyd Customer Care on 27 / 10 / 2015 (Service Resister No LEEL[protected] they denied to repair under warranty.

                              On Bill they have clearly mentioned 4 Years Warranty from the date of Purchase but now the company has refused the same.

                              Request to look into that mater urgently .

                                Sir I bought lyods ac from fridge house ravipuram on 17the Oct 2015 and they home delivered the item but when the technician came for installation he found remote control missing in the box, I called the manager and told complaint he told will get next day, till today we haven't received remote. Today when I called him he told complete batch no remote. What should I do shall I give complaint to consumer court.

                                  I bought a spilt AC from M/s S. R. electronic Mira Road on[protected]. However, water is dripping continuously from the machine. Moreover, cooling effect is also not up to the mark. Apart from that the blower is also not functioning . Pleas replace the faulty machines or do something.

                                    Have purchased LLOYD LCD TV 42inch on Jan2011. Since last 4 month the LCD not working . I logged complaint at the LLOYD service Centre indore. The next day technician came. He checked it & he said its a power supply problem & said that the repairing cost will be 4500/-. I agreed to pay. He came back after 1month . He checked it with the new power supply board . But still it didnt worked. The technician said the panel of LCD is not working. Now i called so many time to LLOYD service engineer about what to do. He said that he can not do anything, Power supply board is not available from last 4month . So he cant do anything . I said give me ur boss number every time he said my boss is on leave so i told him exchange my lcd and take difference amount. Then he call me and said difference amount is 26000/-.. So i chk on wedsite price of new led price is 30000/-. I am very upset .Now i am going to complaint in consumer court . I recommend not to buy any LLOYD product

                                      We brought ac on april of this year but it didn't perform well. The gas has leaked in the ac. The room not cooling well we register complaint but the technician not respond to my complaint we call back again but he doesn't respond.                                       I raised a complaint on Lloyd but still it's not resolved

                                      I raised a complaint regarding my AC outdoor unit, technician visited my home after chasing him two days . He visited, checked the machine and said that capacitor of Ac should be replaced, he said he would come following day and change the capacitor, but he never visited then again

                                        sir, 2 month pahle ac lagwai thi abhi hamne try kiya to cooling nahi ho rahi hn.hamne kai bar company ko kaha lekin koi sunwai nahi ho rahi hn, me last bar kah raha hu nahi to kanuni karwahi karunga.
