Sir
I have purchased a washing machine on dt.[protected]. Its model No.82G & chassis No. is 16100981. About before 15 days it has gone non functioning. I book complaint with Complaint ID LEEL[protected] on dt.13.5.2017. One person came & checked the machine & he told that motor is faulty, it will be replaced within 3 or 4 days but since than none is returned for replace the motor or attend the fault. I have made several calls to the company representatives, they give assurance only but don`t do the required job. Now Washing Machine is only DIBBA for me.
Pl do the required job otherwise will go to the consumer court.

    Hi my name is ayush, i registered my ac complaint with lloyd on 04/05/17.. Eng came and said condenser coil need to be replaced, my ac is in warranty... Its been now 15 days that i m without ac.. I tried calling customer care toll free no which is
    [protected].. These loosers never pick any call... Such a looser and fraud company that their toll free numbers even not working...
    Never ever buy lloyd product such a fraud company, no management nothing

      Lodge a complaint on 15/04/2017 regarding my washing machine. Till now my washing machine is useless. They provide lots of suffering in the name of khusiyon ki guarantee
      Everytime we call them they say they don't have that particular parts and they have to order it
      Now they say they have some billing problems and our engineers would reach you in two days and then they keep extending the time whenever we call them

        I purchased split ac in April 16. After one year it's getting prob. I registered complaint. Third party technician has come and told it's PCB prob. And to be repair. But he don't know what is repair charges. I said we need new one he told new is costly but don't know price.
        My prob still but he asked for charge 550 whenever company charge s at site 350. My prob has not solved yet . Third party technician are very young boy not professional...

          Dealer gave defected peace.. I had done 10 - 12 complaint for cooling & noising which is still same problem day 1st. He cheated with me.. Please do the needful otherwise. I ill go direct court for justice.

            This llyod company which they have recrutted the service centers r third class n not doing their job properly only doing tkmepasd so that the customer should get harrased n harrsing the customer they r doingg very well prob is not sorting out n all the fake eng they r having not having proper knowledge of doing the work they r all # whichvthe engineers they r paing money llyod company is good but the agents r thirf not attending calls only doing timepass

              Failed to give demo or installation
              I have purchased a portable AC on 29th March.2017. And after that the dealer delivered to my house saying that tomorrow I'll will send technician. I was waiting for someone should come and attend. 2 days passed no one has attended 3rd day someone is calling on the mobile asking my address. I was driving at time I pick up the phone and told him please take the address from the dealer I am driving. After I reached home I had called that technician, he says that he's having a lunch .I said okay after finish your lunch call me. From that onward till now no one bothered to call me. Today 1month and 6 days passed. I called to the customer care they gave the mobile numbers to give these persons I have called to these personal but no good response. One of the technician who's name is Mahedev was talking to me very rudd shouting on the phone as if I am animal. I don't like the service of Lloyd person's are not helpful not coordinating. Now I don't want this product. This product is still lying in my house with a box unused conditions. I request Lloyd to take it back in a immediately. Please consider it's a priority. As earlier as possible.
              I hope Lloyd will take action on this as soon as possible

              Lloyd split ac remote is not.working. On and off buttons, temperature control buttun are not.
              I am willing to buy a new remote for my split ac if old remote not repaired.

                I have bought a Washing Machine from a near by store on 02/10/2016. But the washing machine keep showing different problems from the begging. Have lodge complains 3 times and each time they came checked the machine only from back door and oiled the parts and said its working. After few days it stops working again. This is the 4th time I lodged the complain for service on 9th
                April, they came and discovered that the body of washing machine is broken. Today is 26th of April The problem has not been resolved till now. They keep postponing the date of service but never got the job done.

                This Washing Machine was defective from the begging so I want a complete replacement of the product.

                  It's been 8 months tht I bought an ac BT there is no one day we used it. The gas is leaking in a span of 2 days after filling it. The dealer people came for 5 times in the first 6 months and filled gas everytime it leaked BT didn't rectify the problem.From last 2 mnths I have been giving complaint to llyod service and they came for another 5 times BT they too didn't solve the problem untill NW. Last time they came and took the indoor and it's been more than 1 week they didn't come yet and the hole in the wall is disturbing. And service manager in my area is careless tht I call every day to send someone and he tell the same thing tht they will b coming today
                  BT they don't come at last they come after 10 days BT they didn't solve any problem. And I m fed up calling to most of the people I can. BT none of them is solving .I really request U to take a instant solution to my problem

                    Dear Sir/Ma'am
                    I would like to inform you that I had purchsed new lloyd window AC.
                    And Today I had received a call around 11:41 am from +[protected] for installation. They told me that executive will come to install that AC in 2 hours. I waited alot till late night and I tried so many time to confirm when it would be installed but they did not responded of my phone calls.
                    And when ever call conected they picked and disconnected.
                    It means they are not serious and also spoulling your market & value.
                    So I request you pls talk to them and take actions. If they will do continue like this way...it made negativity in customers mind as well as in market.
                    So pls and also do the needfull in my case.

                      My registered mobile number is [protected] i purchase a lloyd wac 1.5 ton as on 13.11.2016 in off season i start wac from april 2017

                      When i start wac. Wac not working properly i complaint for service technician mr. Deepak kumar come and done dry service but my wac problem is not cooling properly in the room this problem regarding complaint any time in lloyd web but not resolve

                      Now i complaint in consumer cell and i give complaint in nationalized news paper for this product because lloyd service is very poor and technician is very illustrate

                        I registered my complaint 2 months back I.e in February regarding my Lloyd washing machine .Till now nothing has resolved but many more problem has evolved because of my previous problem.Every time I try to connect with them they don't respond to my calls and even if they pick up the call they just do the conversation and ignore the matter even their manager is fooling me .kindly resolve the matter and do the needful . I am a frustrated Lloyd customer

                          Lloyd engineer had been came for service and found gas low problems​ and he was saying will come with gas in 2-3days.
                          But not came anyone yet.

                          Please help me on urgent basis because my account warranty finished in next month.

                          Also many times trying by call he was saying tomorrow will come again same then again same but not came any one.

                              I have purchased a lloyd 1.5 tone split A.C on 14th of JUNE 2015.Then in APRIL 2016, I logged a complain for my A.C was not working properly and technician came to my home for repair A.C and he directly refilled a gas without finding the reason of gas leakage.And then a gas was starting leakage in 50 days.Then I again called to customer care but they were giving me the fake reasons for that.And then I did not want to repair my A.C till next summer.Then on 30th march 2017, i called a customer care again and i submit my complain(my request no. is LEEL[protected].And then technician came to my house and he cleaned out my A.C with using the piece of cloth and he took 350 rs. for that.Then I again asked to him that what is the reason behind leakage of gas? but he answered me that when we refilled a gas then we find the proper reason for that.For Last 3 times technician did not give the any receipt or invoice for they charged.Then next day I again called a customer care but they told me that your problem is already solved yesterday.Then I talked with area manager Prayag Thakar but my problem is not solved till today.i called them more than 50 times but they chitted me by giving fake reasons.
                              we have purchased a lloyd A.C due to brand and best Quality. lloyd is big brand of high repute has such a poor service and rude staff.
                              I need my A.C repair immediately.This would be my last complain.If i do not get a result for this in next 3 days then i have to take legal actions and further steps.

                              Inconveniency regretted for your Lloyd Product Breakdown.
                              As per our telephonic conversation on 08th April at 18:45 hrs, you’re not ready to pay o/w Gas Charging to get repaired your split air conditioner which is almost 2 years old (Purchase Dt: 14/06/2015) and not under warranty!

                              Hence gas charging cannot be done Free of Cost as product is out of warranty and subject to get repair chargeable only..

                                I purchased a window ac 1 ton from geeta electronics from yamunanagar. The installation worker is very rude. Not installation proper & no checked ac is it working properly. Next day we installated by other person but ac's swing fan not working and we complain to service provider. I want replace my ac now because it's new only 5days old. Please you can do this.

                                  I have a complain for gas leakage for my account but these guys are not coming to do that also. They said they will come on 29th March 2017(10am) but they didn't come. When my husband called him he cutted the call, then after few try he finally lifted the call and said there is no one on shop so he cannot came right now. I mean are we fool who are waiting for ths guy for past 3 hours. My husband have to take a leave from his office just because of the simple work. These guys come on odd time usually after 8pm, when our society don't allow any sort of work to be done. I am really pissed off by there service.

                                    Dear sir, i have purchased a spilte ac from bhavna home appliances surat and it has a above one year of the purchased date now a days there is a problem facing by us that the ac is not working and cooling is not there so i have call to customer care department about my ac but the came to check my and take the charges(350rs)of checking so i have givin it and after check they tell me about compreser is not working so my compreser is under warenty of 5 year now they are again telling us the money amount of (2200rs) so what the rubbish meaning of the warenty of the compreser of the 5 year

                                    Its my humble requst to you to plz look out the complete and reslove as soon as posible

                                      I have purchased my new 28 inches led tv in the month of April 2016 with 1 year warranty. 2 days 1/12/2016 back suddenly it's display was stop working. I have registered my complain next day 2/12/2016 but there is no response from company till now. After I have tried to call the agent when he picked up the call he start abusing us. Other companies never take that much time even if they take time but never abuse any customer like this. The agent number I also have with me. My contact no. [protected]
