I have purchased a lloyd 1.5 tone split A.C on 14th of JUNE 2015.Then in APRIL 2016, I logged a complain for my A.C was not working properly and technician came to my home for repair A.C and he directly refilled a gas without finding the reason of gas leakage.And then a gas was starting leakage in 50 days.Then I again called to customer care but they were giving me the fake reasons for that.And then I did not want to repair my A.C till next summer.Then on 30th march 2017, i called a customer care again and i submit my complain(my request no. is LEEL[protected].And then technician came to my house and he cleaned out my A.C with using the piece of cloth and he took 350 rs. for that.Then I again asked to him that what is the reason behind leakage of gas? but he answered me that when we refilled a gas then we find the proper reason for that.For Last 3 times technician did not give the any receipt or invoice for they charged.Then next day I again called a customer care but they told me that your problem is already solved yesterday.Then I talked with area manager Prayag Thakar but my problem is not solved till today.i called them more than 50 times but they chitted me by giving fake reasons.
we have purchased a lloyd A.C due to brand and best Quality. lloyd is big brand of high repute has such a poor service and rude staff.
I need my A.C repair immediately.This would be my last complain.If i do not get a result for this in next 3 days then i have to take legal actions and further steps.
