Online payment made to different store

Address: New BEL road, Bangalore, Bangalore, Karnataka

I have paid wrongly through magic pin to another store of Glensbake house, at New BEL road, but we had some pastries at whitefield branch, I have paid the bill amount of 446 through magicpin for new BEL road branch, but in whitefield they again charged us 500rs.

When we called New BEL road's branch for refund, they didnt respond and ignore my complaint...

Eaten food package sent

I ordered chilli chicken on magic pin but i received the eaten box with vegetables only without chicken and without hard copy bill . On complaining to restraurant and rider they were very abusive and abused me a lot
On filing complaint to magic pin they are doing nothing not even. Replying properly jusy offering a 50 percent discount coupom...

Item not delivered

I found cockroach on my food

Refund against my cancellation of order

Not refunding me

On march 23rd order was placed with order via magicpin application and payment of INR 136 was deducted from account but neither the food got delivered nor the amount refunded....

Non delivery of booked items.

Sir, yesterday night atcabout 9.30 p.m my wife booked few items through you at azooba biryani centre, jadavpur but the unfortunate episode is one delivery boy namely Suman Malik ( phone No- [protected]) of Shadowfax came to my house with a wrong item which my wife not booked, so as she refused to take the same, the said delivery man behaved very roughtly and roughfly and pressurised and insisting her to received the wrong item but she refused...

Refund My Discount Bill amount

I have make payment through magicpin Hotel silver seven By mistake on BAR BILL also but Hotel is accepting magicpin payment ONLY ON FOOD BILL.. My TOTAL BILL was RS2218 and in that FOOD BILL was of RS1428...BAR BILL was RS790...
I have paid RS790 seprately after i paid 2218 through magicpin....
