This is to inform you that I disconnected MTNL and I applied for security refund of MTNL 29 Dec 2121 and Did not get it till now.

I have attached the cancel cheque and sent to mtnl official refund ID as per instructed by mtnl employee but nothing happened.

Please check and Process refund as soon as possible.

    Since last one month I am not able to get the dial tone in my landline number 25665431. Also not able to connect to the Internet . Already raised an issue any my complaint number is 5939. Requested to Kindly look into the issue ASAP.

          Good Day,

          I have place a request to start my Landline connection nearly 6 months back.

          I have visited Vile Parle (east) office 4/5 times to re request to restart my landline connection but till now my connection is not started.

          My landline is still not started and I have been billed, this has happened twice as in month of January I have been charged and amount is been deducted from mu account, now again same is been happened.

          Kindly provide the reasons why my landline is still not started and bills are been generated.

              Hi Team,
              It's a very shameful thing that my father dilip Shrivastav aged 75 years a senior citizen is been mistreated by the Mtnl executives of ghatkopar west location.
              None of the Mtnl executives are bothered to solve our landline issue which is not working from past one month.
              My father has visited the Mtnl office several times submitted the complaint as well but his efforts were all in vain.
              They are simply giving false commitments
              I want you to take strict actions against below executives
              Swagat Jadhav, Gaurav Yadav they are the ones who are not delivering their work

                  My MTNL phone is not working since september 2021. I lodged complaints but they are deleting the complaint as addressed after 2 days without resolving. My complaints is not attending..kindly look into the matter..i am really unsatisfied with the service from last 2 years..if this will happening then i have to surrender my mtnl connection because of poor service.

                    Our Landline 26286580 is NOT WORKING for the past many months.
                    We complained and today received message saying "Your Complaint for Tel No : 26286580 with Dock No : 5234 is resolved."
                    But till date there is NO dial tone and we cannot make or receive calls.

                        Tried raising multiple tickets but no action taken so far.

                            My MTNL Lanline number is 25129562.I have been your customer for 25 years. My tarriff plan is DSL399 Combo 2M which I am told provides for speed upto 6MBps. What I am getting as per test results was only 3.4 MBps as on 24.12.2021.On not finding any change in the internet speed from the 3 Mbps odd, I applied for a shift to a higher Billing Plan to get greater speed. The request was registered as[protected] on 3rd January 2022.January 11th 2022:
                            A reminder was sent for a shift to a higher Billing Plan to obtain more internet speed. A reply received from MTNL on 18.1.22 stated that the
                            Plan change w/o status is under provision and it pending with Mr Gaurav Sir DM(GKP) DT.[protected].
                            Ghatkopar MTNL Office vide Mr Pandey, attempted to test higher speeds and was able to touch 5 Mbps, but not more. On January 22nd 2022, it was confirmed by Mr Pandey, that he was not able to go beyond 5 Mbps. Therefore, on 23rd January 2022, I requested MTNL to revert back to the old Billing Plan of DSL 399 COMBO 6M .
                            On 24.1.22, I decided to opt for Airtel Fibre, which promised double digit internet speeds. It was installed on 24.1.2022 and it delivered almost treble the speed provided by MTNL at a fraction of the cost charged by MTNL. I still retained the MTNL connection for sentimental reasons and to maintain relationship of 25 years.
                            Within an hour of the AIRTEL fibre being installed on 24.1.22, I received this message from MTNL.
                            "Broadband Plan change w/o no. 93/94 dt. 24.01.2022 issued"

                            The Work Order to change the billing plan which was applied for on 3rd January 2022, and which was never forthcoming, for nearly 3 weeks, suddenly was issued within an hour of Airtel installing the Fibre in my flat and 24 hours after I requested cancellation of the change in Billing Plan, on January 23rd 2022, due to stated inability of MTNL to provide higher internet speeds.!!!
                            This was followed up by Mr Gaurav, DGM of Manecklal Estate Ghatkopar Office, MTNL, who moved now with lightning speed, asking me to confirm the internet speed. IGNORING THE FACT THAT I had cancelled the request for a change in Billing Plan and requested reversal to the old billing plan of DSL 399 COMBO 6M on January 23rd 2022, the previous day.The speed was still 5 Mbps and a fraction of what Airtel was offering, at half that price. On 24.1.22 at around 22. hrs I replied to Mr Gaurav of MTNL Ghatkopar, "Please CANCEL. Speed is still 5MBps. I WAS INFORMED THAT MY LINE DOES NOT SUPPORT10MBps. SPEED TEST SAYS 5 MBPS. EVEN NOW. PLEASE CANCEL AND REVERT TO PREVIOUS BILLING PLAN".
                            MTNL HAS REFUSED TO REVERT TO THE OLD BILLING PLAN AND CONTINUES TO BILL ME ON A BILLING PLAN WHICH I DECLINED, ASKED FOR REVERSAL AND ON WHICH THEY TECHNICALLY CANNOT DELIVER THE INTERNET SPEEDS REQUIRED.
                            A LEGAL NOTICE FOR A CONSUMER COMPLAINT HAS BEEN SERVED GIVEN THE HONORABLE SUPREME COURT ORDER THAT TELECOM COMPANIES COME UNDER THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT

                            Till date there is no response received. It remains unresolved. 25.3.2022. They have raised a fresh bill In March 2022 with the new billing plan whose speeds of 10MBps they technically cannot deliver. The request to cancel and rebill with Old Plan from January 2022 remains.

                            The Matter was resolved after a Complaint to CPGRAMS on 25.4.22. However, retaliatory billing and disconnection of services ensued.
                            PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT AFTER INTERVENTION BY CPGRAMS ON MY COMPLAINT No.DOTEL/E/2022/08158 ON 25.4.2022, BILLS WERE PREDATED, REVISED AND RAISED AS PER BILLING PLAN. HOWEVER WITHIN A FORTNIGHT OF THE RESOLUTION, THE OFFICIALS AT MTNL MUMBAI DISCONNECTED MY PHONE AND BROADBAND WITHOUT PROPER SERVICE OF TELEPHONE BILLS. WHEN IT WAS DISCOVERED AND PAYMENT MADE IN 8TH MAY 2022, THERE WAS RESTORATION OF SERVICE.
                            THE BILLS HOWEVER ARE BEING RAISED IN AN ARBITRARY MANNER WITHOUT ANY RATIONAL OR LEGAL BASIS. THE OVERCHARGING IS AS FOLLOWS
                            A) Rs 319.20 of May 2022 for Monthly Broadband Usage when it has not been used at all. It should be ZERO.B) January 2022, for Monthly Basic Charge Rs 588/- is charged instead of Rs 399/-, which is the plan. Excess Billing is Rs 189/-.Total to be Deducted. Rs 508/- for Excess Fraudulent Billing . PLEASE REVISE THE BILL AND I WILL PAY . Attached is a PDF of my Bills and complaint

                              We have recd payment outstanding from mtnl in march 2022,
                              our telphone number[protected] is not working since 1.5.2019
                              we have repeatdly given complaints for the same .
                              No proper reply was given to us, we had also visited the mtnl office at matunga fro our complaint,
                              the only excuse was the cable is faulty and mtnl does not have any money to relplace you may cancel the connection, nor they showed any interest to hear the complaints as their salary was pending since a year.
                              We had given letter for disconnection of our number,
                              now they want the poayment for the months for which the telephone line was not working.
                              The ref no of the letter :

                              Amount 1660/-
                              also w ehave tried calling on the number [protected] to dy ngr mr prasome, but no reply from him .

                                  My no is 22301019. I have made many complaints online as well as to the roaming around lineman. But the lineman gives a dead smile to this like their line and the online complaints are closed without even checking it once whether its working or not. No action has been taken from 2 months but yes they send the bill as such there is no problem in the line.

                                    I have lodged complaint on 23jan docket no.9304 ll and 4898 for broadband on 22/2/22 once again. They keep removing the complaint without attending to complaint. Personally complaint in writing given to mr.Siddesh at jogeshwari tel ex on 22/2/2022 but only bogus promises and line remains dead.
                                    Line is dead as per him because mcgb did digging so there is cable fault. Why they require two months to dig and put new cable or repair cable fault.
                                    Please have cable faullt attended.
                                    Accounts officer billing is charging full bills and say he can not do anything unless mr anand or devangan give instructions to reverse wrong billing.
                                    Please help i am asenior citizen with comorbidities.

                                      Amount deducted from bank, and Prepaid mobile recharge failed

                                      I have made an online recharge of Rs. 245 on MTNL mobile no. 8655xxxx03 on 13/03/2012 but recharge was not done and shown as failed. Please Refer Transaction ID WHMP[protected] from Mumbai.
                                      If recharge has failed then my amount of 245 rupees should be credited to my SBI account. Kindly take a serious note of the complaint do the needful urgently....

                                      Hello,
                                      I am trying to recharge my both ( two ) the MTNL numbers since last 10 days, surprisingly it is sussessful every time as per the message received after transaction however non of the time it get applied to my number.
                                      I tried ( 75 Rs validity recharge, and now STV 153 ) . can some one help here not sure where this money goes and how could I get refund on this.
