Our booking from swargat to dadar 3 ticket but bus not arrived in swargate from this route... We are wating for bus till now..

I am writing this formal complaint to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on 26 march 2023 while I was traveling on one of your buses. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the behavior of one of your bus conductors, who not only engaged in a heated argument with me but resorted to physical assault by slapping me on the face.

I have made payment for ticket in shivneri from thane to pune on 26th may, 2023 money has been deducted but ticket is not issued. Please give ticket confirmation or refund the amount.Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

I I have lost my luggage ( black colour bag with golden handle) on 23 may 2023 .shivneri bus, bus no 9505. From dadar to Pune I can collect the luggage from swargate bus depot contact me. Contact me On [protected].bus left from dadar bus depo only had stopped at ravet before my stop.so people which left at ravet may be have taken my luggage . please help me to find it ....

I was booking for two people from Panvel to Vaduj but the money got deducted as the payment was through UPI (Google Pay). I didn't receive the ticket on email as well as a confirmation on the page.
so kindly initiate the refund or give confirmation of ticket....

In Raigad Division there is Regular Bus on following route, but from Covid 19 follwing buses closed so please instruct the Raigad Division Sir to start the following regular buses

I have booked a ticket from Swargate to Vashi on 23/05/2023 for travelling date 01/06/2023. The amount was deducted from my account. I have shared the screenshots also. but I have not received any tickets via mail. I did the booking again but again the amount was deducted from my account, but the ticket was not issued.

I again tried to book ticket for my mom for Mumbai Central Belgum bus. Her arriving point was kolhapur. Amount deducted but the ticket not booked as the page displaying ticket and allowing passengers to print it did not displayed....

I booked ticket from swargate to vashi highway for the date[protected]. The transaction was successful but I did not receive any information regarding the ticket. I did again, and the same thing happened. Twice, my money was deducted but tickets not issued. Continuously calling the helpdesk, no response. I have also mailed them my transaction details, no response. Attaching the transaction details for reference....

AC is not working in Shivshahi....

Both times, The amount was deducted from my Bank Account but the ticket was not booked as the page displaying the ticket and intimating the passenger to print, did not appear.br...

I tried to book ticket for Mumbai Central to Belgum bus for route mumbai to kolhapur on 19 may 2023.
Money deducted from my SBI account and the ticket was not booked as the page displaying ticket and allowing passenger to print, did not appear. I tried again and same thing happened. So money deducted 2 times but I didn't get the ticket...
