Hi,
I had booked Makruzz ferry tickets for 2 travels scheduled in the month of Jan 2022. But due to covid third wave I had to cancel Andaman trip and cancelled ferry tickets more than three days in advance. As per their policy I am eligible to get refund of all three rides to which they agreed on call and over mail when I followed up regularly.
However, even after more than three months now, I am only getting false assurances of refund and there is no refund initiated from their side.
Details of the travel:
Details of journeys are as follows:
1. Port Blair to Havelock (PNR = PQFGEL)
2. Havelock to Neil (PNR = NVLFZL)
3. Neil to Port Blair (PNR = MNFVSK)
I want to lodge a complaint against makruzz for not refunding my money of around 10000rs. Was this information helpful? |
