Temperature is raising after 3 to 4 km run radiator no leak cooling fan is working

Car front glass faulty

I have swift dzire, I changed my car front glass due to broken during accident, the changed glass was faulty, the visibility is very very poor. then I changed the glass 2nd time. now the glass is looking ok during day time but during raining or fog the glass is very worst. nothing is visible, I am now doubting on the spare market. I hate to touch my car now a days due to this issue. if i need to pay more for good quality glass it is ok....
