I have a Term plan policy worth rs 1 CR. There is an agent code attached with my policy.

And recently I came to know from 1 cr, 30 lacs would go to agent and only 70 lacs my nominee would get.

I need to remove the Agent code from the policy.
Please help.

    Closure of my policies

    I have requested online for closure of my policies and promptly received a response that their company executive would get back and support. However, after 2 days of no response I contacted my relationship manager for assistance. He too without assisting rejected my call and sent a message to contact their customer service through email.     It is once again bring to your notice that both max representatives Ms.Jyotsna and Mr.Gagan Gupta had misguided me while giving Max life flexi wealth advantage plan-policy no.[protected].They told that initially once Rs.50000/-premium annually is to be paid and there after that less premium can be paid as per choice, but on receiving policy documents it was mentioned clearly in policy that premium Rs.50000/-is to be paid annually for five years so i was cheated by max representatives.
    In this regard once again i request you that i m not in capacity to pay annum premium Rs.50000/-so my premium may be considered Rs.20000/-per annum and rest excess amount Rs.30000/-may be refunded in my ICICI bank account no.[protected] in sector 119, Noida and IFSC is ICIC0002506.

      Every month on last date of month, approximately 500rs deducting from my axis saving account through ecs.
      I dont know why max life is deducting amount i havent taken any insurance and i havet signed any aggrement as such.
      Please stop ecs deduction and refund my money back till now what is been deducted.

        Regarding Policy Surrender Request (Policy no. - 406431254)

        I send the surrender request for the Policy no.[protected] and generated three tickets for the same but everytime they close the tickets without resolving the request.

        I contacted the relationship manager also he also miss guided me that surrender request is in process.

          Hi, i have a max insurance policy however it is a one time early payment life insurance. Recently I have had money getting deducted from my bank account every month. The message mentioned is that it's a ecs deduction for policy . Please help urgently as I haven't subscribed to any such policy. See attached photo....

                In Feb 2022 I bought an insurance from Max Life Insurance through an agent in which I have submitted Rs 100000 so far. The benefits which were explained to me while selling the insurance is totally different which I got to know after getting the softcopy of the insurance in my email. I have been trying to cancel the insurance since Mar 2022 and refund my submitted amount. I have also complaint to IRDA but no action has been taken either by the company or by the IRDA. So I request you to take necessary action against the company so that I can get my submitted amount back.

                      Max Life Monthly Income Advantage Plan- Money not refunded despite many request

                      I m writing to inform you that i was sold this policy with the promise that i can claim refund after 1 year of purchase of the policy anytime, since it was sold to me by my Yes bank employee i had full trust that i will get my money back because i never wanted to invest in a long term savings plan that too 12 years.Mr. Chaudhary was the employee who missold me the policy, now i am being harrased for last few years to get my hard earned money...

                      Life Insurance Max Life Life Gain Plus 20 Participating Plan

                      When I bought this policy, I was told that I will get 100% premium along with my principle paid after 10 years.

                      However when I checked I was told that I have to wait for 20 years as I will be given additional 10% along with it . I asked them that I am ok not getting 10% additional but they told me I have to wait for another years to get even my principal which I paid .

                      I paid 6 installment of 50000 from 2011...

                      I m x employee of maxlife insurance and i hold a pf with Max life which I tried to transfer through one epf guidelines of Indian government, but neither is the amount being transfered nor i can see the amount as it's a trust as mentioned by the epfo website.
