Mediassist seems to be a fraudster and negligent for the customer complaints. I had my dad admitted to the hospital and when informed for cashless they asked a lot of documents and with great difficulty some amount was sanctioned. The doctor gave an early discharge and the mediassist people didn’t agree to settle it through cashless process and instead asked me to apply for reimbursement.
I applied for reimbursement and the claim id is 21918786, i have submitted all the original documents at the bannerghatta mediassist office and now they are asking me again to submit original documents.
They are asking for below details once i have submitted the original documents:
Kindly provide breakup of investigation and pharmacy charge mentioned in the final bill.-rs 1175/- & 743/-.
Kindly provide original reports aginst the amount mentioned in the final bill.
Kindly provide a copy of cancelled cheque of the primary beneficiary - printed name on the cheque is needed.
Kindly provide originalpaid receipt against the advanced paid amount rs 4000/-
Kindly provide exact time of admission and discharge from treating doctor
Indoor case papers (Icp) - attested copy-with tprbp & treatment chart.
I have furnished all the details stated above except treatment chart, and the breakup of the amount mentioned for investigation.
I have provided them with original advance slip which i think they have misplace and asking to submit it again (I have attached the receipt copy below which i took a photo before submitting the original document).
The discharge summary details all the investigation carried out and they are ignoring that document. The hospital will not provide any other information except discharge summary at the time of discharge.
Mediassist customer support is worst and they purposely misplace the documents and then ask for the same.
I have raised multiple requests but no response to the questions raised (Tickets attached below).
Mediassist is a fraud company and i request the consumer court to take strict action.
I’m attaching the bills and other documents received from the hospital at the time of discharge and mediassist has misplaced some of the documents which i submitted originally.
