Dear sir,

I have given my micromax canvas selfie to the authroised center of micromax for repair in malad mumbai and i have paid the charges from the same. The day i was supposed to go and collect my phone on that day the authorised service center got disappeared. I have been following up with the customer care but not getting any update on my phone.

I have all the details of my phone and bill of the authroised service center.

Please assist me on the same.

I bought micro max Vdeo 3 mobile for Rs.4500/- in Poorvika Mogappair West branch on 03rdJan.18. The next day after charging mobile not even half a day back up is not there and started rebooting frequently.. mobile started heating when i call to other persons..

When i approached 3rd day Poorvika, branch Manager Mr. Baskaran( [protected]) informed that mobile once billed and handed over to customer, Poorvika will not responsible for any reason and advised me to check with DRB Enterprises @ service center in Anna Nagar mentioned in the invoice for service..

The service center was closed a month back and when i called the service center no they informed me already communicated to Poorvika for further updates..

I am surprised that Poorvika showroom responsibility is to sell the defective product to customers and making money. the mobile has all these problems in the next day and The way of response from Branch Manager is very poor and Rude..Even He does not know their tied up service center got closed but still mention in the invoice and instruct customers to visit the said Service center..

I lost my 4500/- and again need to invest to buy other handset.. Its really hurting and why should cheat people by giving the defective product..

i m purchase a micromax canvas mobile on 11Nov 2017 and after that i am facing a issue than i m vist Service center and they are update mobile software 2-3 times under a week but continously i am facing a same issue. and after that finally my mobile phone is submitted to the center for replacement on 21 Dec 2017 with Request no.[protected]-30993084
on 26 Dec they give me a used Mobile phone with Scarteched Screen for Replacement of my new mobile and i m refuse to accept it than they will give me a new request no[protected]-31043847 with 2-3 days time but continously i am contacted him but i am not receive my mobile and every time they will give me a 2-3 days time.
i am also contacted customer care no but its still pending and the person says to me contact service center.
on my first visit to service center with in a week and i am says to replace my mobile phone and that time they says to me after software update the issue will resolve but its still pending.
please take a quick action on it.

I have submitted my tab on micromax service center on 27th nov, 2017 and today is about more than 45 days but my tablet is still in service center.

I draw your kind attention about captioned matter which embarrassed me a lot for not repairing my tablet of defective display screen within warranty. Crazy infovision, the service centre, excuses about shortage of parts etc. Already 38 days has been passed and i am in very much trouble. Pls. Help me to expedite the matter to solve earliest at your end.

I have a micromax handset model q465 which is under warranty. Its a 4g sim supported volte device. But this set is fail to support jio sim. I have visited the micromax care named shree sai telecom shop no 01, ground floordevi place opposite raj cinema gurgaon.. Contact no[protected]. But the representative neither take care nor try to solve the problem. Reversely he was trying to convince me that is not handset problem its a sim problem. The logic is not accetable at all.
I am waiting for kind attention for this matter.

Sir i submitted my mobile micromax canvas 5 e481 at micromax service centre (M/s shri nath infotech agra.). The service provider told me a problem in mobile regarding motherboard. He told me that motherboard will be repaired and the repairing cost will be 2500 rs. And time is 15 days. I agreed. During submission my mobile, i noted my battery no.
When i reached service center after 15 days, he gave me mobile and take 2500 rupees. I checked my battery no at same time, i was shocked. The battery was replaced. I complaint service provider but invain. He said that micromax company replaced my battery. When my batter was in new condition and working absolutly correct.
I shall be highly and thankful to you if you lookafter my matter.

I have brought a micromax led tv on 6/01/2017, but on 31st dec'2017 it starts malfunctioning. After complaining servicing crew has come and checked it and give assurance to repair very soon. But till day i have not received any response from them. This is for your necessary action pl. Moore i asked change my tv to them. Kindly do the necessary action to resolve my problem.

I fed up from micromax canvas series led tv it repaired 3 times in 2 months of complaint but it still not working so please replace my product service is too slow and service centre taking it lightly daily i call to service centre led tv stopped at micromax branding it is under warranty if 4 month of purchasing product is in this condition then in future what will happen

I had purchased a micromax q 413 handset. From the very first day handset has over heating problem. When i visited your customer service centre in sangli, maharashtra, they told that `you use the handset after three four months it will stop over heating. As per the instruction i used the handset. But problem not solved. It happened for two three times then your customer service person accepted the handest and after a month returned saying everything is ok, the handset ie repaired. But the problem was remained as it is. Again i returned handset to service centre for repairy. It take at least three months but they are not returning me handset.

I have purchased q383 bolt micromax mobile - [protected]..
On 15/08/2016... Poovika mobile chennai @ perambur branch.. On next day charger not connected.. Again visited the same branch... We explaine the complained... Immediately the sales person open the new phone box and replace the charger same he put the old one and he packed the like new.
We came back home we check the same... Next couple of months same problem happen,,, we visit the same mobile shop. They said pls give to micromax service center,, we visit the same.. The srevice person said.. Charger connector and software need to replace.. They done the same on feb 17.. Again same problem happen on nov 17.. We are visit the same service center they are changed the place.. We visit new address we explained every thing,, they said same problem... They asking for rs.1000 /- due to warrenty period over.. Invoice attached for your ref. Now my mobile in service center only. From day one my mobile phone hanging. Pls explain me 2 points.

1. Mobile cost rs, 5000 /- we go for exchnge show room person asking for 500... Wihtin 1 year.

2. What is the quality of micromax mobile or some other micromax produt..

From the time i bought the micromax phone i m facing a lot of problems with the phone. The phone spent more time in the service center then with me. Over an over again i have asked for replacement when they can't repair it as this can't go on for ever. The service center doesn't even bother calling to tell what is happening with phone. We have to spent money going to them or calling them instead. I just want a replacement as this can't go on an on. Please someone call back [protected].

My phone is stolen of micromax model q427 [micromax canvas unit 4] on the consumer name of amit kumar, parbatti, bhagalpur, 812002 phone imei no. M_imei: [protected] or s_imei: [protected] on that phone my personal data, account no., credit no., or many important documents is in my phone without any protections so, please i just wants to block my id or every secure things.

I have bought a battery yesterday from Micromax service center for yu yureka 1. But the people overthere didn't provided me a computer generated bill. At first they were not ready to provide me a bill, but later they provided me the bill and i insisted them to right the serial no of the battery on the bill. I think that the battery that they provided me is fake one because it doesn't charges upto 100 % at all. Serial no of battery is V[protected]. Please check this if this orginal battery or not.

Dear sir, my smartphone micromax q4311 bought 2 months ago and its earphone not working properly now so i go to care center at ctm. They are not replace my earphone just because one rubber bug not available on one side speaker. It just missing by me so its minor problem they said me not replace this earphone. I wish take some action against them. And permit to replace my earphone. Asap

I gave my phone in max care ranchi for software problem and they are everytime making excuses... It is going on since more than 7 months... And from few days the service centre is also closed...
I'm really disappointed with there services... The handset is of yu yuphoria..1050... First it was not taking charge from any charger and the it started missbehaving and hanging.. So i gave it in service centre and got in troubble...

I have purchased your product led tv through amazon shopping center model no 43b6000mhd serial no 00043b[protected] invoice no mh-bom3-[protected]-115826 dated 15 oct 2015 which covers two years extended warranty and same was registered through msg.
Sir my tv has got some problem with power issue i have registered the complain and the micromax service man has visited for the issue and opened the lcd panel and taken the photographs of all the parts and he left open told me that spare aane ke baad kaam hoga.
Now the service centre bhagalpur is saying that this tv is not under warranty... You should email to the customer care for two year extended warranty.
Sir my led tv is under warranty and i have all the relevant valid documents kindly make it operational urgently by the rule...

मेरा मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर में तीन बार जमा हो चुका है . और एक-एक महीने में वापिस मिला । लेकिन उस की प्रॉब्लम एक भी बार सही नही हुई. जिस की बजह से मेरा बहुत नुकसान हुआ है. ओर मुझे कंपनी की तरफ से काफी परेशान भी किया गया है ओर अभी आखिरी बार जब मोबाइल सही हो के आया तो उस में कुछ भी सही नही हुआ जिसकी बजह से मैने सर्विस सेंटर से मोबाइल प्राप्त नही किया और अभी मेरा मोबाइल सर्विस सेंटर में जमा है.
मेरा अनुरोध है कि मुझे दूसरा मोबाइल दिया जाए ।

Hi my name is manjunath. I bought micromax mobile yu 5010a model 1yearuback. Recently i face some touch issue with my mobile so that i given to the nearest micromax service center..
