When the mobile phone was found, it ok condition, but after 12 hours mobile phone switch off automatically, then we trying 4-5 times but mobile did not power on . Then we inform micro max service center.
I am very dissatisfied your service.

    Sir,
    I went to baroda fatehganj service centre with my mobile, micromax a120 model. I have been facing problem that my mobile battery is exhausted very quick whether i am using internet.
    Service centre engineer said there was nothing in battery asked me to get mobile software update then the problem would be resolved.
    I paid rs. 250/- for that software update.
    Now i am facing the same problem again.

      Subject: complaint about a led set purchased

      I would like to bring to your attention that the led of micromax, which i purchased on 20 jan 2017 from amazon seems to have had a problem.
      Near about one month back i made a call to customer care for compliant regarding my led, customer care representative lock my complaint but
      Your engineer closed my complaint yourself, because out residence is in badaun (Up) engineer comes from bareilly (Up) and distance between
      Both city is approximately 50 km.
      Again i made a call to customer care for complaint in this time engineer made me a call and get all the information via mobile, without visit the site.
      I told him so many time that please check the led once but he always deny due to distance. Without check the led he was saying that led had a problem
      Of card/kit. And was saying that order is in pipeline. One day visit the site and after checking led, were saying that kit/card is for another model.
      Wait for some days i will order again for this model, after few day he came with kit/card and replace it, after 3 day led had a same problem, again made
      A call to engineer, engineer accepted that kit/card were mismatch now were saying that in this time he will order with led photo or proper model so that
      Right kit receive form company...
      5 day before again i made a call to engineer but engineer deny the service. And way of talking is not good.
      I am writing this letter to you expressing the hope that you will reply as soon as possible with the possible course of action, whether you can service it.
      I have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centres.. Now buying
      Micromax products seems like a very big mistake. And i am not the only one who has a complaint regarding the faulty display in your television.
      I am highly dissappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure out s to fix our problems and not just make false caims.
      It would be highly kind of you to do something about this problem regarding my television and for once prove yourself to be giving worthy services at moderate costs.

            Purchased micromax led tv in october 2017. Within 2 months display got corrupted. At the time of purchase 1 year warranty was given by company. I have lodged the complain for rectifying the issue on 4th january 2018. Till now not rectified called customer care, sent emails but no one is giving satisfactory response. One month passed no one is taking care.

              I was in my bus and i was going back to my home from my mother in law's house. As i was traveling at the bus and when i reach home i found that my mobile was lost and after going back to my mother's in law's house my mobile was not there but i still remember that i have put the phone inside my bag. So when i thought a lot i remembered that a person was peeking at my phone.

              If possible can i have a refund or a replacement of my mobile or else can i have the location of my lost mobile.

                I given tab p702 for service not received back since 6months saying one on another irrelevent reasons from the company and the coustomer service center also, really fedup of this issue. Saying next week next week it's already 6 months over planning to give police complaint. I never expected this kind of response from the company really diapponited, atleast need to know wats wrong with that tab and what is the current situation and status of the tab.

After the purchased some problem created.in this time i live in giridih. Then i meet to service center's proprietor of micromax in giridih. They taken my mobile and said we have sent the mobile higher service center in month of mid septemtber 2017 in giridih
                  In that time i lived in deoghar. My mobile not be open and display message "software updated". I went to micromax service center in deoghar but miceomax service propritor not taken my mobile for servicing. He said "jo bhi karna ha kar lo may nahi lunga." and missbhave me. What i can do it. Kya punished the person or changed the service center.

                      I manish having micromax e-457 set but on 26.01.18 don't accept charging so we contact to micromax care on 27.01.18 & submitted for repairing as above job no. & says it will take 25-30 days for repairing, after we call to toll free no. Of customer care discuss with mr jai prakash assured your set handed over to you with in 5 working days.

                      5 working days already passed, customer care had inform to contact micromax care kanpur because they don't have any update.

                      As per discuss on no. [protected] she says we are trying to our label best to deliver after repairing till 5th-6th feb 2018 but customer care no. [protected] mr. Rahul hod still says it will take 25-30 days time for repairing.

                      So you are requested please take care of matter & also requesting our loss is going on so please also arrange of loss.

                        I have submitted micromax tab P681 for repair at CHD service center branch 35 sector. I have not received it back though more than 45 days have passed.

                        No proper information customer care and service center. They have no idea when the tablet will be repaired.
                        Total harrassment.

                        Issue: Tablet failed to start a service center when they try to upgrade it.

                            This is mohan from bangalore i purchase the micromax canvas infinity pro on 17/01/2018 from poorvika mobile store amount rs13000/ —
                            With in one day we face mobile heating issue so we informed to poorvika mobile store manager he said this is a software issue please bring your phone to mobile store
                            So i bring the my mobile to poorvika mobile store on 20/01/2018 but the branch manager check the unit he connect net and he see the some video in youtube and
                            So he say we update the software please use the unit, i am asking to branch manager software update through youtube it is possible, he said it’s possible, he fooled and cheated to me
                            So i am stop the argue because the poorvika sales team all are cheated,
                            Next we asking we need refund the money but team says it’s not possible then called the micromax customer care discussed about refund the money but he said refund not possible,
                            So i am confuse regarding my handset issue and my question is
                            1. Why refund not possiable from poorvika mobile store within 7days (By the time of purchessing) because i am paying the money to poorvika mobiles???

                            2. If not take care the customer issue then why run the poorvika mobile store

                            3. If poorvika mobile store not provide the refund then why refund is not possiable from micromax because i am purchessing the handset???

                            4. If refund is not possiable from micromax then why provide the mobile phone the customer.

                              I purchased this product through flipkart on 11/03/2017 vide invoice number #f0ysf[protected]. From day one the product is faulty. The mobile's signal reception is been a problem and network will never be stable. I approached the authorized service centre in villupuram, everytime i take it to them they will do a minor check by resetting and the issue will not be permanently resolved. Again within hours the issue pops-up again - atleast 4 times i have taken my phone to service centre but the issue is not fixed and still persist.

                              I feel cheated by micromax as i paid around rs. 9, 500.00 to buy a scrap quality phone. I want the company to refund my money at the earliest or i will take this legally with the company.

                                  I own micromax 32inch t. V and had display issue. Customer care & service center service was pathetic, never seen such a worst customer service. 2 repairs & 3rd still in process (From nov 18th, 2017). I am without my television and struggling with micromax customer care & service center since sept 2017. Multiple calls, send my grievances to [protected]@micromaxinfo.com…. Promised call backs failed. Overall i lost trust on mm and will never ever recommend anyone. I am writing this with lot of pain. Hope this is heard by someone and will respect customer’s pain.
                                  I expect a call from an executive and resolve my issue!!!

                                    Scrape Customer service team where they dont even care of our complaint.
                                    2months over still there is no replacement provided to us.
                                    they are asking to contact the local service center and they are telling us to come and collect the replace ment tv which they dont provide any proof that this is the replacement tv.
                                    the service center is 80KM away from my location.
                                    This is how micromax cheat and earn money.

There is an inbuild app in this handset which is "app center" we cannot uninstall this app, on the other side it gives push notification of installing an app without users permission. Everytime it gives new application to to install. This is how micromax is earning by installing new applications everytime without user permission. I need solution of it.                                         Dear Sir//Ma'am,

                                        I Shabeer Ahmed given my Micromax mobile, model no; Q 462,
                                        IMEI NO.1: [protected], IMEI NO.2: [protected].
                                        to your authorized service centre, Mobi Tech – Kadaperi, Tambaram, for a change of
                                        Touch and Display AND housing to be replaced due to its mal functioning on29.12.2017 bearing Job no.(receipt no .812).
                                        For the replace of the same the service center demanded Rs. 2800/= for which upon enquiring at velachery service center they had quoted Rs.2500/= only for the same and upon enquiring as to if only touch could be replaced, they replied that such a replacement is not possible for this particular model (Q 462) as it comes as one single fused unit.
                                        Now, after this I went about enquiring with other few local reputed service centers above the same for which all their feedback was the same as that of velachery service center, which was also confirmed by the service technicians at Kadaperi, Mobi Tech.
                                        Now Kadaperi, Mobi Tech. tecnicians agreed to discount they labour charges and charge Rs.2400/= for the replacement of the mentioned unit including the back housing. Advance of Rs. 1000/= was paid stating that they would replace the unit within 7 to 8 days. I received a call On 4.1.2018 to collect the mobile, which I collected the next day on 5.1.2018 after making the balance payment of Rs.1400/= against receipt no. 902.
                                        On inspecting the mobile I discovered that the touch screen has lots of scratches on the screen. When I showed it to the technicians (Ms. Ramya), they replied that, I had requisted for only replacement of touch screen and back housing, which generally comes in such state only ( with scratches).
                                        Now their statement is totally denying the rest of the original statement as to the inseperatability of the touch screen and display unit.
                                        I sternly demand an explanation to the above dispute and my mobile to be rectified and issued as per initialy agreed

                                        .

                                        As I have spent rs.2400 on it which is not a negligible amt. I request your goodself
                                        to take an appropriate action at the earliest and get my instrument set right.
