This has reference to job sheet number[protected]-29483632 of micromax mobiles service centre repaired on month of july'2017 by informing us that they have to replace the mother board and i agreed on this. But when they return the phone after repairing i have checked the imei number of my mobile and it remain same. How is it possible that imei number remain same after replacing mother board? But as i dont have time to revisit the repair centre to complaint about the same i ignore by saying to myself that my mobile is running now forget everything. But just after 4th month of repairing same problem occurred and when i reached to micromax service centre they are saying that they will charge again for repair of mobile and they have replace the motherboard last time. I am aware of the fact that if old motherboard replaced with new motherboard then imei number must change and if imei number remain same then it is obvious that they dont replaced the motherboard.

I really dont understand why i should i pay again for faulty motherboard whereas it should be replaced earlier. Please interfare in the matter & do the needful urgently.

    Dear sir/mam..., there was a problem of charging and power keypad in my mobile, which i had given to corrected the service center on 24/11/2017 which has not yet been corrected and neither have any responses, i think the service center has spoiled my mobile. You are requested to give my mobile as soon as possible and if my mobile is defective then give me a new mobile.

      I say that i order a cell phone. Then i was received a partial through postman on (04/12/2017). And when i open these partial then i got some statue of god and its related.       So plz i request you my cell phone will give me otherwise my money will be return.

      I have lodged a complain with them month ago to replace the defective part of the LED which is under warranty (6months old), they are just fooling everytime saying they are working on priority.
      Please can someone help me to escalate this with the higher-ups as I dont want to use the LED now & if possible want my money return.

        I had gone to customer service center situated in ranchi raospa tower and given him my micromax mobile e471 blacke dated on 26/07/2017. But the number and cel fones are given in form no connectivity said wrong number.. And cannot tuned with the given number that is [protected].
        I want my cell return in any cost that problem is only in imie invalid from the purchasing date..
        If not solved i will go to the consumer forum and logged a fir against company and seevice care too.

            Mobile is not working properly. It being hanging after some time again and again. I have saw in company to mobile. They completely restored it and software is replaced. But problem still not solved and other problems are appearing now like sms, alarm, update, reboot, hang, licence of app not available,

                With respective of above subject i want to raise a compliant on my handset as it is not good product from when i bought form vendor. It is having continuous problems like... Over heating, frequently switched off, not catching signals. So many times i gave to service center so many times. But these issues are solved for temporarily.                     Hi team,

                    I was using a micromax dual 5 phone which i purchased from flipkart on
                    11th june-2017 for rs 24, 077.

                    On september 29th around 5:30 pm, while i was on a call the screen went blank. I rebooted the device several times but the screen didn't display anything. After couple of days i went to micromax service center in trivandrum, kerala to get my phone repaired. They confirmed that they don't service micromax dual 5 phone at their service center as being an elite handset. The people at the service center suggested me to take my phone to a service center in ernakulam, kerala as that's the only center where my phone can get repaired or they recommended me to call the micromax service center ([protected]). As ernakulam, kerala being far, i decided to callt the micromax customer care. Till today i have called more than 100 times and still there is no update. I have been always told to get a callback in 2 hours from their senior which almost i never recieved. Finally, i received a call from some technician raj, who took all my phone details and inforrmed that i will be getting a confirmation email, which i haven't received it yet. I am still calling customer care to get some details but still i am getting a response to get a callback within 2 hours which i haven't received it yet. This is the worst service i have experienced. I want my money back so that i could get a new phone as my work is getting hampered.

                    Even my friends told me not to buy micromax, but specs were good, so for my bad I bought one. Now I am still chasing. now if they are taking these many days just to pick the phone. I am not sure how long they are going to take to return it :(

                      I bought yu rekha plus yu5510a from ebay on month of jume it suddenly got off and was not able to switch on my mobile on 13th november. So i visited m/s aastha enterprises phone care centre, authorised as micromax service centre at miraroad mumbai and they submitted my mobile on 15 november their and got job sheetno-w[protected]-2816 i have been calling them many time they said it's at head office. I started calling at micromax customer care on [protected]
                      And finally after two month i get new mobile against my yu rekha plus yu5510a which was micromax q4311 on 4 nov at evening 6pm on saturday.
                      I check the mobile on sunday there was problem in touch and i visited to service centere again on tusesday they told me its a software problem and they flash new software again give it to me but after few hour there was same problem so next day i visited to service centre again gaain the submitted my mobile and get me jojsheet w[protected] and now till date i had not received the mobile.
                      When i call to service center at aastha enterprise at mira road the told me that same answer mobile had not come. And now when i call to customer care number on [protected] they told me me we had all read delivered my yu5510a mobile.
                      Let is know if you had delivered my own yu rekha plus yu5510a then why did they give me micromax q4311??? Which was in faulty condition

                      Now when i call customer care and service centre then no satisfying answer they give useless answer and without listen my query they cut the call..

                        Hello
                        I own a micromax canvas 5 phone which i bought over an year ago. Recently my phone got dead and i was not able to start it even though while charging a red light was showing.
                        I submitted the phone for check up who told me that there is a problem in the fpc. Firstly i could not understand what it was so i went back. He told me that it would just take half an hour to solve it but still i said i should go back and check. Please note the phone has not been opened anywhere except the micromax authorized service center.
                        I came again on oct 26, 2017 and i submitted the phone for that problem to be solved. The concerned person there gave me a job sheet saying they do not have the parts.

                        Since then i called about 50 times, i went to the office for 4-5 times physically everytime hearing that the issue has not been solved fully. After sometime they said that the fpc issue has been solved but still the phone is not working. Then they said there is problem in the mother board.

                        Everytime they used to say come tomorrow or it would be solved by a particular date, it did not.

                        Finally, on nov 25, 2018 they gave a call that the phone has been finally solved ad you may come to collect it after a whole month.
                        They charged 1, 650 totally. I saw that the phone's data has been erased, there was software update however no such intimation was given to me that they will erase the data.
                        Then i checked the bill. I was billed for a software update, mechanical repair and 'electro-mechanical' and soldering.

                        Now i suspect some foul play here. How could such a small thing like update and soldering take one month?
                        Why did they say that there are issues in the motherboard and they changed it but they did not charge for it?
                        I suspect that the phone was ready in a few days only and all this while they were using it for their own benefit.

                        Resolution expected: i want full refund of my billed amount, compensation for this delay of one month when i could not do my daily activities and an action against the service center owner.

                            I went to micromax service center near kodambakkam bridge on 25th nov 2017 and waited around 50 mts for service purpose. While i went they called token 26 and mine token no for 29. They have 6 counters and only 2 counters only working. Also some people come and without token they have attended the problem. While telling they told lot of story. My mobile under warranty and not repaired till now. Need solution o urgent basis.

                              Repeated request to your website and micromax website the replacement did not occur till date. Already the phone lies 67 days in your service centre for 3rd repairing.net access not occur. Touch screen replacement is not up to date and problems lies same.net disappear as and when. All sims did not access. Lost its outlook by service men for repeated repair. Lost its identity by changing of motherboard. Now what remains to change. Change us by service men. Within first 200 days it lies 67 days in your s. Centre. My net packs lost its validity twice for not accessing net. So last word is i am not ready to carry any more this set. My time and money is valuable then you. Please replace immediately.

                                I am complaining because i have given my micromax (X512) mobile at bhagwati mobile showroom in mumbai, borivali west
                                They have taken more than 20 days just to resolve my battery issues
                                I have spent 400 rs in travelling for the 800rs mobile
                                They have given me false promise
                                First they said me that i will get it done in two days then they called me back upfrontly and said it will take one week more. Then i waited for one week and when i got my mobile back they handed me the same old battery as my mobile was valid for exhange warranty of 3 months
                                . I tried to talk even the senior executives there but they dont have the sense to talk to their customer they are rude at behaviour. Still i dint got my mobile please do the needful

                                This response is unfair because we are mobile shop owner and i personally being the owner of this shop i will not sell micromax mobile to my customers as gallery is not doing their job right
                                I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

                                I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 2 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt.                                     I'm not getting any ota update for yu yureka black but nougat update is available for yu yureka black provided by the company i'm also visit nearest micromax service centre but they told me that they have no nougat update for my yu yureka black so now what should i do now please help me to getting my update company promise at phone releasing time he must provide the nougat update for her coustmer

                                      This is ritik gupta.
                                      I give my yu5510A mobile in customer care service in 9 october 2017 and my phone not return now when i call customer care then no satisfying answer they give and without listen my query they cut the call..
                                      I called them many times but same answer they give that its not in my hand i forward your complain bt no message i receive from customer care again i want to tell, micromax is the worst company.
                                      Micromax Informatics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      We bought tv last year. We have extended warranty for 3yrs. attached invoice. TV remote not working. Please help

                                        I purchase my first android handset and it is micromax canvas doodle 3 with my saving of whole year and finally manged to buy this phone in june 2014 with price of inr 8, 500. But i face battery charging problem after six months as charger is not work it takes 10 hrs to charge and finally after 16 months my phone switched off and never switched on again. As micromax customer centre told me that it need to change its ram which cost around inr 2500.
