Since last week of december 2017 registerd compaint with customer service center new delhi for repais of my hand mixer many times. Once service engineer visited my home and took photograph of hand mixer model hm02 & promised to come with the requisite part withen a couple of days but did not turn again here till date despite repeated requests.     I Purchased a Salvo water heater on 1st.Jan 15. Every year, I have to call technician from your service centre and they take at least 10 to 12 days to change element. This year also, after coming back from US, I found that water heater is not working. I lodged a complaint on 11th January 18 .The complaint no is [protected]-1 . The technician came on 13th January 18 and today is 18th, I am waiting for .

    This is your service. Very bad for a good company.

      My induction is not working properly i complained about it more than 4 time they assured me to visit every time but they didn’t visited i am fed up with your service i will never recommend any one why wil buy morphy if we can get better service other my product was under warranty when i called for first time now it’s been 4 month and now my product is no longer in warranty period very bad service it was my biggest mistake and i will never want to repeat my mistake

        When i was pre heating to 170° for 10 mins it stopped working around 5 th minute. Its the 1st time i am using since i bought it. No power light... And its not heating. The whole thing i prepared become waste. I tried calling customer care no response. I need a explanation for this and a service for it. I hate this product. I think u dont have a quality products.

          This is reference to machine mentioned below..

          I was approched by technician called dhirendher kumar to fix coffee machine.

          This person was charging money to repair a product under warantee. This is a new machine and i bought it in december 2017.

          When i confronted him.. He gives an reason this product is used for commercial use.

          Firstly its a lie i have already using a machine from ' cafe coffee day'ccd for commercial purpose.

          I had shifted the machine from office residence which is in the same building and we are owners of the property. I had called him to clear his doubt but guy refused to acknowledge.

          Why should we lie for petty cash for rs500.00... It about principle and i asked him to leave. The same was explained to mr. Sanjay gupta but i guess your company dont trust customers narrative. Hence machine is still not fixed.

            I am writing to you to express my dis-satisfaction buying a morphy richards juicer 7 months back. The plastic is getting eroded when the juicer is on. Since the purchase, i had used it for only 5 times.

            I called to your customer care and lodged a complaint three months back for which your engineer came 11/2 month ago, checked the juicer and said its a manufacturing defect and told that he'll replace the part. He came back after 5 days with a new spare part and tested the juicer. The issue persisted. He said that another part also has to be changed and said he'll come with that in a day or two. Two months down. Still waiting for him

            I wrote an email on 26th october 2017. No response for it either.

            It is surprising and dis-heartening to receive such a service and stress from a brand like morphy richards.

              Food processor is not working. It purchase on 23.01.2017 and its not working by the time it was purchase i complained many times bt no one come to repair it.. This item is under warranty period.. Please imidiatily solve our problem. We are suffering from this food processor problems from a long time and we are regratting to purchased this morphy richards food processor. This food processor is really disaster and trouble maker.

                I have purchased iron from morphy within 6 month it automatically stop working and when i called technician, suddenly resolve the issue sayong wire is loose and again same issue and tecnician came after 15 days and same problem. Then i asked why same prob again and again, tecnician said that while u do iron on clothes thn wire can be loose. How it is possible.. Patheic service.. I m planning to purchase food processor also.. But now.. No way..

                  Dear all
                  I purchased food processor on dec 4 2016 which is not in working condition from one month i log the complaint regarding the same in your customer care on 4 november but till now my food processor is not corrected the best part it after log the complaint in your call center 4 times no engineer was aligned to visit my place when ever i call to customer care center they stated me that your call has been closed by below reasons
                  1call reason - customer has denied to change the part...2 call reason - customer not picked the call...3 call i do today morning at 10.00and 4 call at noon 3.00
                  But truth of all that is not one contact me or visit ed my house till date... After today's call in morning when they call on my alternate number for the first time after one month where my mother stated that my daughter in law is coming in 15 mins so plz visit by that time no body bother to call me after that...
                  For this i call 4th time to customer care and inform ed him that my this call will also get cancelled by u guys by stating that customer is not present at there place...
                  This kind of pathic services are provided by you guys...
                  Your engineer are closing my call with wrong information... If you want to check the call records you can do that
                  In this month time period when i get number of senior persons to whomever i call mr prince and sanjay kumar who are heading this area they even least bother to take my complaint... What a good senior persons are recruited for customer service s...
                  Your engineer are doing call from land line number today. And stating that we are near to your place... This is the big example of their services and no one visit till today at my place... You guys are waiting to get my warranty period get over...

                  If this complaint help me to get my product factory before warranty period i will be thank full to you..

                      I bought a coffee maker from bahk enterprises, lajpat nagar new delhi on9.11.2017 twice your mechanic has come but frother does not work there is some steam leakage and the steam button is free it does not lock so ther is no frothing there is leakage of water from the fiter as well i want the product to be replaced immediately it has been a week since i bought it but i am unable to use it your mechanic comes tampers with the machine opens it up and it works once in front of him but in the next use the steam button again becomes free please resolve it asap

                        I had registered a complaint on 1st of november for my morphy richards pop up toaster, settled in chennai. I was told by 4th an engineer will come and you need to provide this code to him. I waited till 4th. 6th came 7th came, finally on 8th some engineer comes. He checks and and says there is no issue. I re-explained him the issue again same thing. Then i told him you should firstly know how toasters work then he said yes madam, i will replace the part within 3 working days.

                        9th i recieve the message saying - "dear customer, confirming your bajaj call no che[protected]-1 has been resolved. If satisfied sms bel y if no, sms bel n i[censored]nsolved, sms bel ur to [protected]."

                        I immediately called the customer service centre and the said we are taking you complaint again and will send some different engineer. I got pissed off and shouted on him. He gave me chennai branch head's number, ms. Kavitha.

                        I called her twice and she makes excuses saying we will send some other engineer, spare part not available etc etc. When i asked her why am i not intimidated about the updates she had no answer. When i asked her how come your engineer closed my complaint without any action being taken, she had no answer. And yet my problem remains unsolved.

                        This was my first time with bajaj service centre and probably the last time. Their service for products with warranty is probably the worst because they are non chargeable service.

                        I hope the forum will take some action against it and will solve the issue as soon as possible.

                          I recntly buy a geyser.. Then i submit a request for installtion that is free as per the website.. And a guy came for installation.
                          I was surprised to hear that he said he will only put the geyser on the wall and rest of the work of pipe n all should be done from ur side..
                          Is this really meant installtion service?
                          It is very hard to hear that we have to pay another 1000 rs to a plumberb to set the pipe n ol..

                          I request u to kindly look into the same..

                            Morphy Richards Glide 1250-Watt Steam Iron is not working properly. Morphy Richards 1250-watt steam iron was in May. It has been damaged three times since May to September. It was a two-year warranty, it was still five months but it has been damaged three times, so I do not want to keep it.So get it back and my money goes back.

                              I complained about my food processor 20 days back, technicians came to find the problem but have not resolved it yet.
                              My food processor is in warranty period as only one and half month back we purchased it.
                              I want to know when the problem of food processor will be resolved.
                              For more than 15 times i called on the customer care. Though they assure that they will resolve it but actually nothing has been done.

                              My new Morphy Richards otg which I purchased four months before is not working. When I switch on the otg timer gets started but there is no power supply and its not heating. I have used only thrice.
                              Last month I bought a morphy Richard dry iron from Flipkart. the base plate was very loose. So I got it replaced from Flipkart. But the replacement product stopped working just after using it twice. Should I file for another replacement on Flipkart?

                                This is to complain most grievously that in spite of seeking help for the last ten days, our plea was ignored and when a mechanic by the name of banty mobile no: [protected] was perhaps sent, he made us wait for two days, and at last failed to come on the pretext of not finding our address, which is a registered address and available on the gps. I had not asked for free service even then nobody came. My time is also precious, why was i made to wait on false promise. Indeed your company is a reputed one. Do you haress your customer for no reason?
                                When i made a complaint even then no action was taken.

                                I purchased an OTG on 3rd Sep
                                From Reliance digital. As instructed I Pre-heated @200 for 10 minutes. When I inserted the bread tray inside, the power button neither shown any light nor the OTG heated even after several attempts. I tried plugging it in other power outlet but it didn't work. Very disappointed indeed

                                  I have placed order for "morphy richard icon dlx food processor" on 27th junly 2017 & received order on 4th august 2017. Then food processor stopped working on 14th aug 2017 and i posted comment on there complaint board (I also have screenshot for same). Then i again submit complaint on there toolfree number dated 17th aug 2017 & went through process and in result they mention they will not not replace the product rather they will repair.

                                  And it make no sense for me to go for repair a brand new product in just 1 days for which i spend rs 8883. Also this make me no faith on product.

                                  So can you help me for same.

This was purchased from BISMI Applianceds vide their Invoice No. 289831 dated 03 March 2015. As per the Guarantee Card, the heating element is guaranteed for 5 years. Kindly do the needful.                                     I had purchased the toaster from airforce csd canteen race course new delhi. After some time it went out of order and could not be repaired by your service center. Replacement was approved by your company on 23 jun 17. I went to the canteen three times but the canteen did not have this model in their stock. There i met mr rakesh of your company about a month ago and i was told by him that it will be replaced at my doorstep at noida shortly
                                    But inspite of repeated telephonic reminders, it has not been replaced till date.
                                    I am 75 years old, so it is not possible for me to go repeatedly to get the replacement. I would therefore request you to kindly get the replacement done at my residence at noida flat no. 290 sector 28 without further delay. I am also loosing further guarantee period on the toaster. Same may please be extended by the period when it became defective till it is replaced.

                                      Have raised a call when the product was in warranty but executive came when the product warranty was expired.
                                      I had purchased the food processor product in jun 2015 from vijaysales. The food process stopped working 4 times already, machine gave out a burning smell and then stopped working. Executive has come 3-4 times and again the same problem persist, ever since i have been so gently in handling the product. My products warranty has been expired on 21-jun-17. I have raised a complaint mum[protected] on 17-jun-17 but executive came on 26-jun-17 and he told me that i have to pay as warranty has been expired. Have requested multiple times to their customer care, every time they said that i need to contact later but nothing happened. Then i have contacted vijaysales on 02-jul-17. After 5-6 frustrating follow-up call they told me on 31-jul-17 that i need to pay. Its very frustrating and irritating to contact these guys and find out the product is really very bad. Request you to kindly help me in this matter when i have registered a complaint within warranty then why should i pay?
                                      Due to above explained issue, i have not used the product from last 50 days.

                                        Purchased a morphy richards foord processor #icon dlx# around diwali in 2016, since then it is creating some or the other problem. Within 2 months its motor burnt which was changed by the company as, i have onsite 2 years warranty. Nw its big jar has developed big cracks and also it has stopped working. When contacted customer care they again gave me an engineer visit, who later on told me that you have to pay for a new jar. Company doent take any responsibility for the jar.
                                        It really shameful for a company like bajaj which is delivering these type of faulty products to us and befooling customers. It is a clear wastage of time and mental stress to get your new product repaired again and again.
                                        Company should give us money back or they should be ready to face some strong steps taken by us.

                                        company called me and got another engineer visit done of the faulty product. After few days company agreeed to provide me another jar of the food processor free of cost. They replaced it accepting the fact that the product is not upto the standard quality.
