We have intiated a complaint for geaser not working on 5th Jan Morphy Richards 3 litres and we have warrenty for geaser 2 years and heating element 3 years the executive checked and told we will be charged for product 850 and service charge 300 as out if warrenty we showed him the card he didn't accept and also took serviuc echarge of 300 and asked us to buy a new geaser and the complaint was not closed nir he asked the code sent to my registered number.we took a new geaset and was installed.i wanted to complain why my earlier geaser inspite of warrenty was not fixed and while in warrenty executiv charhged service charge.very irresponsible service that you people have you are concerned for money my 3 year warrenty end in feb if it's not resolved I'm going to take a legal action and the executive who charged and told it's out of warretny details am sharing-[protected]

      I bought a Murphy Richard 60ltrs otg and from the day 1 all my products were burning so I made a complaint against the same and yesterday a technician came and said it has a overheating issue and 1one more problem .whichever tool he used to open the nobs(temp, timer and mode)he put so many deep dents on my otg.when We said what he has done he said this will happen, I can’t do anything.such a careless behaviour of the tech .i want a replacement of my product with a new one .i was so Exicted when i bought my otg but I think I have wasted my money on it . today I call on this no [protected] and had words with Mr.Gunjan Joshi, he said we can’t do anything .if I call your call centre they also don’t help .i really don’t know what to do and who is the right person to talk with i am highly disappointed with my purchase.murphy Richard is such a big brand and this was not expected from such a brand .its my bread butter so I want an early action to be taken and kindly replace my otg with a new one .

          My heater stopped working suddenly after using it for hardly 4-5 times. I purchased the heater a month ago. It has 2 years of warranty. Kindly do needful.I purchased it for winters. If it's not working then what's the use of it.

            I ordered this otg oven around 2 weeks ago. There still hasn't been any updates about the delivery . neither has there been a order declination. I feel scammed for the money I've paid. The customer care service is also very disappointing.

                Such a worst behaviour by the agent when we called him for a water heater installation. He was asking for an extra payment(even on the box it is mentioned as free installation) and he was behaving very bad and unprofessional. We agreed for paying him extra but he is arguing to pay him more. Need help in taking necessary actions on the agent

                      The above product was covered under two (02) year Product Warranty and five (05) year warranty of motor. Within one year of purchase, the above Morphy Richards JMG started giving problem.
                      A complaint was booked on the Morphy Richards Customer Care No. and the Technician from Bajaj Electricals visited to inspect the JMG.

                      Initially it was stated that plastic parts/ coupler are not covered under 2 years warranty and I will have pay for the replacement of the same. However, afterwards I am told that even for the replacement of defective/ substandard metallic part of the Juicer I will be charged, as per the policy of the the Company.
                      There are no such conditions mentioned on the Product brochure/ Warranty Card, as such.

                          My oven is not working in its microwave option. Not getting heated.Was working good three days before and when I checked it now for microwave, found it not getting heated.

                          What should I do? Not been even a month since I purchased the same.

                          See, I have taken leav from my office today for someone to get it ready for me.

                          When I contacted Flipkart, they said me will arrange a solution today itself.

                          On contacting Bajaj, they said like, will get ready in 3 business days. But, I can't take the leave from office every now and then.

                          On contacting Morphy, no positive response.

                            1. 13 Oct 2020 - Raised a Complaint with Bajaj Consumer Care[protected] for my 2 yrs old Morphy Richards OTG ( Model -28RSS) and was allotted Service Request No 22156519.
                            2. 16 Oct 2020 to 20 Oct 2020 - Mr Dayakar, Bajaj Technician(Mob No. [protected]) visited twice but was unable to make the OTG FUNCTIONAL.
                            3. 22 Oct 2020 - In desperation on 9th day we contacted B Raja, Regional Bajaj Service Center Head ( Mob- [protected]), but to no avail.
                            4. 23 Oct 2020 - Technician Dayakar took away Original Part (Twin rod) for replacement. Since then he has Not been attending to our repeated Calls.
                            5. 29 Oct 2020 - On 16th day I contacted Bajaj Consumer Care[protected] to find out the Status of repair of the OTG. to our HORROR, we were informed that our Service Request has been CANCELLED. the Consumer care representatives were unable to tell us as to who cancelled our Request. We had NOT repeat NOT ever requested Cancellation.
                            6. 02 Nov 2020 - Said OTG is NON-FUNCTIONAL: one ORIGINAL part of OTG has been taken away ( STOLEN as he is NOT responding to our calls); Cancellation of Service Request at their own will reflects POOR/ SUB STANDARD consumer Response.
                            7. Request suitable action against Service Provider to prevent suffering by Consumers.

                                Highly disappointed with Morphy Richards. I purchased a 60 RCSS OTG last month there is some issue with it. I have sent the customer care multiple complaints. Initially there was some issue with the thermostat. Whatever I bake gets burnt from the bottom and undercooked from the top. I purchased the OTG for by bakery business. However, it’s been a waste Worst experience and do not recommend product to anybody.

                                    I have purchased "morphy richard icon dlx food processor" on 19.01.2020 the food processor stopped working in june end & complaint logged on 07.07.2020. 100s or more than phone calls made to customer care & technicians. There is no positive response from the team. They informed me to need to change the "couplers" for 3 jars. Chutney small jar is also not working fine. A brand new product is failed.

                                    Technician inform i have to pay for the couplers, and it make no sense for me to go for pay for a brand new product in just 6/7 months.
                                    Also this make me no faith on product.

                                    So can you help me for same.

                                    Find attached communication with the technician.
                                    34 days passed, still the complaint is unresolved.
                                    24th July - Technician visited & find the problem.
                                    Again 29.07.20 another technician visited & done the same drama of checking.
                                    One of the technician share the RM's no. :- [protected], tried 10-12 times to call on this no. but no response.
                                    Very poor service & fed up to do the follow-up.
                                    It's not acceptable from such a branch Morphy.
                                    Why the customer will suffer for your internal issues.
                                    I don't want your product, please take away your processor & refund my money.
                                    Please take it very seriously & give back the amount. I hv no faith in this product.

                                    I have sent servals mail to you but you have not tajen seriously.
                                    I have purchased food processor ICON Deluxe model in the year of 2017 through Amazon. I have requested for installation but you people couldn't send your person .Same time I have sent email to you and informed in the mail any thing happens Murphy Richard India Pvt. Ltd is responsible. After few month your product was giving problem and I have informed your service Dept after many request in the year of 2020( I have purchased new other company product in the year of 201)
                                    Your service person has told me the gear box has down.(I was paid rs 250 as a visiting charges) And jar also out of service thus to be replaced by new one. My question how to possible in very small duration the gear box come down and the steel jar has defective? Than I was checked my self ( I am electrical engineer and more than 58 years electrical knowledge)and found that out of 4 nos bottom screws 1 no screw is blind 3 mid are csk head screws. It seams the product was manufacturing defective and it was not possible dismentaling without break bottom cover ( refer enclosed blind head screw) So I am advising to you collect your damaged product and analysis in your work . Immediate take action

                                        The touch pad where buttons are there, is completely defective. It had to be replaced 4 times, and now for the 5th time, in the last 1and half years, it’s again stopped working. I live in Kolkata, India, Morphy Richards has partnership with Bajaj Electricals for repairing services. Your team can cross-check the 4 times repairing with your team in Kolkata, you’ll find the bookings under Subrata Datta, phn no +[protected].
                                        I’m really disappointed if such a renouned company like Morphy Richards sell this below grade product.
                                        This product is still inder warranty and I will like to get a complete replacement of the microwave oven.
