regarding charger

I have moto g 5 s plus. I bought my device in last december. My charger is not working. I'm facing this problem for the second time. Even though i have used it very less times because i use this device rarely. Ihave already replaced usb cable once. Very disappointed with this. As a famous brand this type of issues are not acceptable. Need to solve this urgently.

Motorola now giving poor phones and services...
Redmi alredy no.1 brand why...???
Because his customers are happy with redmi service and redmi phone quality and price...

Present i have two moto phone but next i am purchasing and promoting to all to purchase other phone, don't take moto ever...

the product was affected and when we submitted the product for amendment at the service center then they changed your phone's parts.

charging problem - it never gets charged and the speaker isn't working from the very first day.

I have been using this phone from one year now and from day one its not working properly. After repeated complaints no action was taken. The phone never gets charged and hence i always have to keep it on charge. Also the speaker doesn't work below 45% charge which is very weird.

my hand set is under warranty period but the service center is denying to repair the same as it's tuch screen is not working
