I have an motorola g5 phone. Some day ago it gives me an network problem as it didnt show network of any sim. Due to this i went to my near authorised service center in vashi. I submited my phone their after that they told me their is liquid damage and it could not repair when i went their to collect phone they told me it also have touch issue but i didnt noticed any such problem. I only face network issue. Then they told me that they will send my phone to company to see that is company can solve my problem. But after 3 weeks they return my phone saying that it cant be repair. Here is something important to notice that they didnt take any inspection charges from me, normally they took 150 rs. After that i went to local repair shop. He told me that my phone has copy display not an original when i inspect i also understand it is not an my phone original display. This is fraud done by company with me they stole my phone display be aware of company service center. I want company to solve my complaint.

    Re: Complaint against poor customer service
    Sir,
    1. Attached herewith please find the scanned copies of service order, estimate of repair and bill against my Motorola phone model no XT1795 for your easy reference.
    2. On 24.7.2018, when I approached your Siliguri service centre for an error code C0028 ( charging issue ), I was made to wait for prolonged time and finally I was forced to accept that the phone had a liquid damage and therefore my warranty was voided and I have to pay for the repair for which I agreed.
    3. On 09.8.2018 ( i.e. after 16 days ), I was informed by the service centre that the repair will cost Rs.13218/- and the estimate was handed over to me.Please note that, the phone was purchased at Rs 9865/-.
    4. I abandoned the repair and took back the phone without repair.When I I tried to get the phone charged after returning home, surprisingly I could see the phone was getting charged.I had informed the matter to the service centre and had a talk with Mr.Narayan Saha, MSC Manager and he too was surprised to know the fact.However he assured that no repair work was carried out on my phone.
    5.On 24.12.2018, again I approached the service centre for same reason.This time the service centre was initially not receiving my phone stating that the phone is not under warranty repair.I had to state the whole story and only then they ware agreed to check the phone but had an intention to do the same thing which they did earlier.My phone was kept unattended for one hour and finally I had to return back without their service.
    6.Sir, can you please do the needful and can you please make me understand the reason for non cooperation and void of warranty of my phone?
    7.I am not convinced and extremely unhappy for the service by your Siliguri service centre.Your necessary action will highly be appreciated.You can reach me at [protected] and [protected].

      हम कुछ और चलाना चाहते है कुछ और ही चल जाता है ।हम जो नाही चलाते वो भी अपने आप चल जाता है। हम किसी व्यक्ति को फोने करना चाहते है तो किसी और ही व्यक्ति के फोने लग जाता है।
      हमने इस प्रोडक्ट के दो फोन मंगवाये दोनो ही फोने खराब निकले । एक बार बार हैंग हो जाता है तो दूसरे की स्क्रीन हील रही है।हमारे दोनो ही फोन खराब चल रहे है । कृपया इस बात पर ध्यान दे । और उपभोक्ता को संतुष्टि प्रदान करे।

        I has purchased an bluetooth device from paytm on 4 oct 18 but its not working correctly (Charging problem low battery). Right now it's in warranty period.           My mobile got repaired in motorola service center. (Telangana-warnagal district - hanamkonda-ms reddy complex) this service center is not providing bill. Same situation is being faced my many people. Illegally they are charging huge amount for repair without any bill. I request you to take action.                 I have purchased motorola one power from flipkart on date 10-11.2018
                Handsets xi uoj. Hsn:85171290, [protected].. Last three days.. Back buttons given on screen is not working properly. When i search for contact key pad is is disable, so i have to restart the mobile for use. I have given complain on toll free no on 26.11.2018 they give me advise to contact service station of junagadh junagadh service station is closed. I contacttoll free no for they told me to go rajkot which is 110 km away from junagadh. My service day and fare will cost me what to do.. Pl. Help me

                  I have purchased moto e4 us on 08/02/2018 in Big C, parvatipuram, vizianagaram district_535501. It has suddenly switched off on 17th November 2018. I have gone to the shop to complain. The personnel have not responded to the complaint . They advised me to go to the service centre in vizianagaram. Please solve the problem.

                    I baught motorola g6 3 days before yesterday i got a software popup on my phone i updated my phone since then my phone is not getting on it is too disappointing that investing in your new product if i am getting such problem.

                      I have moto g5s plus device, which is not working properly since july 2018. I have alreday visited service center 6 times, still my issue is not resolved. Lenovo-moto is not agree to replace my handset or return my money. They just asking to wait for software update.

                      How issue resolved ? I didn't get any support from Lenovo-Moto and still facing same issue. NO call back and no support yet.
                      Who is the stupid person closed and marked issue resolved ?
                      Is there all Lenovo employee are stupid ? Please provide higher authority to escalate. Is this forum for any use ?
                      My decice is facing screen burn in issue from after its purchase of 3 months and from then i visited service providers thrice and they didnt fix the error thrice stating that they wont handle display issues

                        Heyy motorola and team, i am using moto g5 plus. I got an android 8 (Oreo) update one month ago when android 9 (Pie) upadate were already out on google pixels. Moto g5 plus is only a year old so it's very unfair us not getting the pie update and this is not just my complain but also every g5 plus/s plus users complain.

                          Its been just over a month since i purchased a brand new moto e5plus... And just last week the screen got cracked while it fell from a height of roughly about 1and half feet from the couch i was sitting on... Firstly didnt think at all that moto phones could be this fragile as motorola has always been synonymous with "strong built" phones and secondly when i did visit the nearest authorised service centre in siliguri to get my phone fixed (Only 1 official motorola service centre in siliguri) i was in for another shock.. The cost they estimated of replacing the broken screen was around 8.5k.. Considering the enitre phone itself retails for about a little north of 8.5k these days... So what does it mean the "display" costs 8.5k while all the other hardwares like battery, antenna, platic parts come for free?!?! In the event of me needing to replace my batteried with new ones will that cost nothing?!.. Dont know who's to blame ;the service station in siliguri for charging sky high price (Almost the price of brand new) or motorola for not looking into this matter b4 selling their phones to people... I really need a proper solution to this..."motorola india" i hope ure reading this..

                            The service center of motorola in mirzapur (231001) is very poor. I have a software issue in my moto g5s, but your staff tells that his laptop is not working. Afterall i reached 5 times at service center, but same thing happens. Please take some action. Because i feel unsatisfy with your moto service. Hope you solve my problem. What can i do with my moto phone?

                              I bought motorola g5s plus in november 2017 and using it with vodafone 4g enabled sim with 40gb 4g data plan.

                              The internet speed has been pathetic from the day 1 and i thought the issue was from vodafone's end so i followed up with them and got the sim replaced however, still no difference in the internet speed.

                              My another phone redmi with same vodafone sim at the same place gives me 30-40 mbps speed and this motorola is giving 1 mbps speed only.

                              Called up motorola phone support and followed all the steps suggested by their staff and still no luck hence i visited their service center vision tech in pimpri, pune, they've formatted my phone and still no luck... I am tired of this issue and want a refund / replacement with the model that actually works on 4g...

                                I gave my phone on 10.10.2018 for changing battery at the time my phone was working very good condition except battery draining, and slightly battery bulging. After service i received my phone. Now the phone's speaker was very very low and in the typing tool the space bar was not work properly. So i cant able to type.

                                  I have moto g5s plus, but camera lens has some dust, today i came here for repairing in motorola raiganj service center (Siliguri more, raiganj) the center operator is misbehaving with me. They are not providing such care. As motorola is propular brand, i think in this issue company's reputation is decreasing. So, sir i ll be great ful to you if you take step against this operator to provide a satisfactory service. Invoice is attached..

                                    Im motorola website they mentioned that moto z2 force with turbo power mod (Accessory). But when i purchased it from flipkart on big billion day (Order placed on 11th oct 2018 and product got delivered on 12th oct 2018) i didn't get any mod (Accessory) along with phone. When i contacted flipkart they said they didn't mentioned the mod in the product specifications so they will not provide. When i contacted motorola they said it is their retailer responsibility to provide the mod (Accessory). But flipkart is not ready to give the mod and they are keep on saying that they didn't mentioned in product specifications so they will not give. And one more thing when we goto motorola website and search for moto z2 force phone and click buy now, phone will be displayed with mod image and also when i select the flipkart as retailer it will open the same page from where i bought the motorola phone via flipkart.

                                      My moto z device was dead in warranty so i gave it to service centre for repairing, they changed motherboard and battery, and gave it to me it was working fine but display fitting and rear back fitting issue was there, so again i submitted, they have repaired it also but again next day display started coming out and rear camera was not working and this time they replaced camera and gave it to me, again next day display started to coming out, again submitted to service center and they fixed it, again the next day display started losing its grip and call speaker volume was very low, again submitted, and interesting thing is that it is all happening after escalation if issue.

                                      This is now the story of motorola, they are now known for poor service and substandard product.

                                      How much time, a person should visit to service center, i have visited 5 times and 6th time they picked up, still issue is not resolved. I asked for replacement or extended warranty on the same device.

                                      Hoping nothing will get, and my expenses for this repair gone to 8500 inr, as i have taken 5 half day leave and every time i visit service center it cost me min. 500 inr.

                                      The new motorola not the old one, doesn't believe in customer satisfaction nor they are giving good service and quality products.

                                      Looking for positive response, this is called harrasment in my terms.

                                        Recently i had updated system and since then my phone is not working properly.

                                        My counterpart will not hear anything which i am talking, there is some continuous noise coming and other party hardly hears something

                                        This is the second issue i had since i bought this phone last nov, first it stops charging for which service station took 5 days to fix.

                                        Now service station is not ready to fix saying mother board is damaged and they cannot fix free though my phone is still under warranty. Reason they are claiming that my phone is damaged. There is some dent which happened 6 months back and now they are saying that they cannot fix as phone is damaged.

                                        I have decided not to buy any motorola phone in future and i will give my negative feedback everywhere

                                        I have bought moto e 4 plus device on 25 decembaer 2017

                                        hence the device 2 times demage i also repair him your authorised cervice center but the device now off the cervice center told me that not repair
                                        i also compalint consumer portal complaint no is 966371
