Stay in my heart cushion

Fake delivery advertisement on the website and conning customers.

I have ordered flowers from the website (order id:1122235).
Customer care is non responsive. Also they have fake updates on their tracking system.
I lost the presious time so send some one flowers.

Want to make sure this site is closed or pay Penalties for misleading advertisement....

Unethical practice regarding order delivery and no response from customer care on escalation

I ordered a cake on 11th November, 2022 (Order No.1103687) to be delivered on 12th November, 2022 and also opted for a Happy Birthday tag. I opted for standard delivery between 8 am to 12 noon. Goods not delivered

Hi, I placed order on 19/9/22, due to the receiver out of station, goods were not delivered, don’t ring the recipient, this is surprise and sorry gifts, just leave the goods at the doorsteps or leave with someone else at home, if not possible as per your company policy please do the refunds.
