I had ordered flowers on occasion of valentine’s day (14th february 2019) from your website as same day delivery was available and confirmed. I paid 648 rs for it via netbanking. I did not get the delivery on 14th february and the status was showing as the flowers will be delivered next day i. E. 15th february which did not make sense to me. Then delivery boy called up on 16th that he needs to deliver flowers which we denied and asked to cancel the order, it has been 2 weeks since we cancelled the order but no refund has been processed yet. I had dropped multiple emails to there support mail id asking for refund but no luck. Please treat this complaint seriously. Was this information helpful? No (2) Yes (19)

I had paid 455 for bunch flowers the flowers were to be delivered at 6.00. To my nightmare it was delivered at 9.00 at night.

On top of it the condition of the flowers was a shock .

The entire bouquet was damaged.

I need a refund of the money.

I would not recommend this service to any one.

My order id is 807936 ordered a bamboo plant and paid extra for selected time slot,
They are not giving any proper tracking status nor I got any call from them after calling several times.

Hello,
22/05/21 evening we had order cake and flowers to be delivered to Vapi, Gujarat
Order no: 819343
We had selected yellow roses with heart shape eggless chocolate cake for which we had to pay extra charges also we had been charged for shipping
But the delivered items on 23/05/21 were red roses and round shaped cake
Request you to please refund (extra charged)money back.

I also ordered a cake 699/- on today between 1:00 to 4:00 pm but not delivered upto 9 pm. We waited upto 7 pm. Its a very insert of me. On my birthday, u inserted me within party becoz there is a party. Order id:850959
Now i am saying about my refund otherwise u ll ready for action.

I call costumer care to cancel my order but no baddy to reply all time call but bissy I want to cancel my order as soon as possible
No any option in the website to cancel the order.
